Jerrod Delgado and Jon Fernanadez were amazingly professional and fixed my side window in no time. They called me the day before to confirm and showed up when they said they would. They were a pleasure to chat with and did a great job!!! Cant recommend them and Safelite enough. When I first called, to after the glass was replace, it was an all around great experience!!

Poor location--long drive from the north end of town, and they had ordered the wrong wIndshield. Not terribly apologetic or helpful with a solution. Frustrating because I was heading out on a roadtrip the next day. I called Speedyglass and the fit me in the next morning. I received awesome, friendly service there, and for less $.

Absolutely amazing service and a lot quicker than expected. The waiting room is pretty small but they make sure you know that before you go in so you can arrange a ride if you dont want to wait. Very great service. The technician, Joe was extremely friendly and thorough when explaining what was going to happen and what I need to do/avoid once my windshield was replaced.

I had no problem with the technician at the Santa Fe office who installed the windshield - he was fairly courteous and seemed to do a good job (my windshield is only 1 day installed). My problem was with the scheduling and communication. I was notified via email and text that my original appointment wasnt yet approved by the insurance company and that I would be contacted when it was. No one contacted me. I had to call and go through a phone mail system that seems designed to frustrate people enough that they hang up. I finally found out that it had been approved a few days before. So, I made an appointment at the Safelite location to get it installed. I got a call telling me that the windshield hadnt arrived and they would contact me when it did. I waited over a week and no one contacted me, so I called, and learned that they had it, just never called me. I set up an appointment (earliest was 8 days later) for someone to come to my house. No one showed. When I called the Santa Fe office, I was told that the technician had been over booked and couldnt make the appointment. The earliest they could do a site visit was over 2 weeks later. There was no were terribly sorry for making you hang around, we can get to you first thing the next day. Instead I was told that they couldnt make people being served the next day miss their appointments - they had no problem dropping mine and not calling. I ended up making an appointment to go the the Safelite site to have it replaced, but given the local offices track record, Im not sure that they would ever have called. Perhaps they are understaffed because of the pandemic. If that is the case, their communication needs to be MUCH better.

I arrived late due to having some car problems and driving a hour just to get here. Alexander was still able to get me in. He did an amazing job on my windshield! I will definitely use them in the future.

Windshield replacement!!!!! Windshield was leaking on passenger side Into the cabin. I just hope electrical was not compromised with all the rain weve had. Unprofessional by far. Cant even get an estimate on time. Employees need more training and customer service skills. I will never use this company again!!!!!! Hopefully they get it right this time.. Update windows was corrected by same tec. The tec left glue pieces on dash and glue smudge marks on fenders. Overall job was preformed and done correctly the second time

Efficient. They have good wi-fi if you need to work at their location while waiting for your car to finish up. I worked with Thomas and he was very courteous and professional. They did great work.

We are having to beg for multiple visits to actually get our windshield installed with out having it rattle and make noise. It is not a confidence builder. I truly regret calling them both times for the same windshield. They are more concerned with asking for 10s o nt survey rather than getting a windshield safely installed.

I drove 60 miles to town for a windshield replacement, only to find the wrong one had been ordered. I put an order in for the right one and did a customer service chat to confirm, only to drive 60 miles back and find that the wrong windshield was there again.Enough is enough, Safelite. Allow customers to call the shop directly again.

I went twice in 2 different appointments I made. They never have my correct windshield, they told me they will call me when my windshield will be at the store but never got a called back.Bad customer service it seemed they did not want to the job.

Andrew met me immediately at the door, offered me coffee or tea, and promptly took my car in for the scheduled service. I appreciated his courtesy, professionalism, and very efficient service. He had my car faster than what was promised, and he explained to me when I could remove the tape and for how long I should wait to wash the vehicle. Best of all was that he gave me back my car cleaner, vacuumed, and smelling nicer than it did when I drove in. I love Safelite because of Andrew!

Last year I purchased a 2011 Audi A6 from Carmax. It had a number of minor issues that I addressed with the mechanic, Sam. He was very accommodating. One of the issues was that the windshield was old, weather beaten and was full of pits. He gave me absolutely no problems and immediately arranged to have it replaced by Safelite by putting in a work order. Unfortunately, this happened right around the time when covid started to get bad, so it took a while before I could bring my car in to have the windshield replaced. Finally I brought it in. However, after driving it for a few days I noticed that there was a visible cloudy streak down the center of the glass. I called Safelite right away and informed them of the problem. However, with the possibility of contagion, I opted to wait until things seemed to settle down before bringing my car back. Today I took it in to be replaced. Now my new windshield is installed and its absolutely perfect! Everyone was polite and friendly. They did excellent work and if I should ever need a new windshield theres no place Id choose. Thanks!

I scheduled an appointment a week ago, and they were supposed to be here within a 4 hour window. I set aside my whole morning for the appointment. The window has come and gone with not so much as even a call from them saying they would be late. I called them and they said, ohh we scheduled too many appointments and it will be another hour to an hour and a half. Absolutely unproffessional!! Im going to report them to my insurance and go elsewhere

Attentive when I was there and seemed to do a good job. However, later in the day, I was driving and my rear view mirror fell off WHILE I WAS ON THE HIGHWAY it was after closing time so it was too late to back. Did some reading when I got home on how to put it back together and a piece was missing...and I don’t have a day off/time off when they are open for over a week. So I guess I drive a car with a dangling rear view mirror for a week.I went to a place that had a warranty on their workmanship for the safety aspect, ironically they made my car considerably less safe.

The staff at Safelite were attentive, helpful and efficient. Not the easiest place to find and while the waiting room was comfortable and amply equipped...it is still a waiting room. A better location would give customers more options for their time. All in all professional and quality service was received.

When I dropped my RAV off for a new windshield my appointment was an all day appointment. Im not currently comfortable calling for a Lyft so I thought I was going to walk around the neighborhood for hours. Upon hearing this, the technician, Nikolas, hoped he could squeeze it in early. Before I even made it to breakfast (I was walking), he called to let me know my vehicle was ready. My RAV is equipped with lane control and collision avoidance systems, which require recalibration after a windshield is replaced, so it was a more significant job than just the glass. I have tested both systems since picking the job and they both are functioning properly. The installation is professional and neat. In the shop, COVID precautions were adhered to. Both technicians present while I was there were professional, friendly and answered all my questions. I would, without reservation, recommend this glass shop to anyone.

If you have a car with advanced features that are integrated into your windshield, do NOT go to Safelite. The corporation does not provide the training and does not support their technician with backup technical support. You could end up having to go to the dealer to fix the installation wasting your time and cost to complete repairs. Additionally dont trust Geicos recommendation of using Safelite Auto Glass.

Update: My windshield got a stress fracture but I was driving through a really bad snow storm. I called up Safelite they scheduled an appointment an Thomas R. came to my house and was extremely professional and explained the process. He ended up coming at the end of the window but he called and let me know when to expect him twice, which was appreciate. Im surprised at these low reviews but also my windshield was covered by insurance. Definitely recommend, only advice is to choose a day when youre planning to be home most of the day so you dont stress about timing.Initial review:This review is purely based on service not price (insurance paid). John B was professional and did a great job! The facility isnt close to anything and it has a pretty basic waiting area but the service/speed was great. Oh and they have free WiFi and coffee. So far the work seems solid and he also cleaned all my windows and was PROFESSIONAL.

I had an appointment today to have my windshield replaced. It was to be between noon and 4:30PM. At 4:50, not having heard anything from anyone, I called Safelight to see what the story was. I was told the technician was running late and he would be at my house by 7:00PM. It is now 8:45 and no one has showed up and no one contacted me - not the technician nor Safelight. I will not use them again. If I could have posted this with no stars, I would have.

My girlfriend got her windshield replaced. Did not even last two weeks before having a full length crack down the passenger side of the windshield. She called to see about a warranty and they sent out someone to inspect it. He blamed a pin hole sized chip and told her it wasn’t covered. Then he proceeds to tell her if he wanted a better quality glass she should of requested it. They use cheep glass to make a quick buck, this has changed my opinion about safelite. I won’t use them, nor recommend them to anyone. I will tell everyone about this experience and tell them to shop around for a business that cares about quality not quantity.

Replaced my windshield on my BRZ here (8/27/2018)They took care of the car, and even wiped down all my windows and cleaned out the front seat (They didnt have to do any of that). And they were flexible with the pick up time for the car as well. Overall great experience.

Damaged the ribbon wire that controlled other electric features when they replaced a drivers dice window. It was January and they have never called to do anything more after promising to order the ribbon wire and repair. Looks like I’ll have to sue them!

I have never used Safelite but Farmers recommended them as a preferred vendor. I called and gave my referral number which was established with Famers with all the necessary information. The Safelite rep was indifferent in his voice, he asked me questions that should have been in the claim and should not have been part of the conversation--example when did the windshield get damaged? Really? That question had nothing to do with scheduling an appt. I asked why we had to go through these questions, and his response was do you want an appointment? Rude and insulting, I told him that I can go somewhere else. His response that is your choice. I promptly hung up and went to another Farmers vendor. I gave feedback to Farmers. If that is a typical Safelite experience, then I urge you to STAY AWAY from them!
