I had the best customer service, the employee was very helpful and kind. They had a great selection of everything that was needed for a wedding and much more. I definitely recommend this bridal boutique to anyone looking to get married.

The service was very good and she was very helpful in helping me find the right dress for my wedding. My fiance also purchased his suit there. she assisted him with finding the right suit. We highly recommend this store.

I needed rings for my fiance and I and I was able to get all three in a set here. Mine didnt fit but the women at the counter was able to tell me a place close by that would be able to size it for me. Within an hour I had our rings plus they fit and the wedding turned it amazing. Thanks for all the help.

Owner is very rude and pushy. Customer service sucks, not helpful. Spending my money else where. Customer service is everything.

Rude, disgusting people! I really hope this place goes under as we walked in just for a moment to look at dresses and the woman was so rude. If she would have given us 30 more seconds before she approached us she would have found that we were going to leave anyway. Her store looks like something found at a flea Market. Definitely designed for a certain clientele.

Do not go to this place! They are extremely rude. Bridal party was measured and ordered dresses from here. The dresses came in and were the wrong sizes and had to be altered. They did the alterations wrong and could not be fixed a week before the wedding. They would not refund the money because it was not their fault that the girls didnt have a perfect body. That is not how you do business.

Horrible experience, no help whatsoever, yelled about my five year old walking with me, the baby having a bottle, and the drinks in the stroller Cant I read the sign, No drinks allowed? No sign posted, caught her posting it after I went back to ask for a manager (no idea who she was); She called security and claimed to be the owner. I cried after her abusive treatment; I will not be giving her my business, nor will i recommend her ever. Avoid, call mall management. DO NOT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE WOMAN!!

I had an appointment with this place and they never showed up. The said they open at 10:00am and I had an appointment with them at 10. We waited a while and had to finally leave and they showed up at 10:30. They said I couldnt reschedule for two weeks because of renovations being done on the other side of them. How does that keep them closed for two weeks? It shouldnt. Never go here.

They did a Quience for me I loved everything they did. They did an amazing job on everything and they helped on everything I needed. They were also very sweet and nice. Thanks for everything!!

Lady was absolutely rude. Went here this year for prom and was met with a store owner who walked in on my friend changing. Same lady proceeded to tell another friend she was too fat for a dress. Tried talking to store owner about her being rude. Was met with her and her husband yelling at me. Go somewhere else to shop. Lousy store and people.

Best service anyone can give me being 13 hours away this is my go to place from far they always have what i want and great prices, they send me my stuff on time all the time! Love love them since 2012

Horrible service! She will steal your money and does not care if you are not satisfied or if she gives you the incorrect product. Also, she is so disrespectful and even has her husband get involved to fight her battles for her. Please save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere, where it would be appreciated.

Called to ask what was in stock (in white) said she would send pics. Couldnt send them but called back to say if I came in she would be happy to help. Went in and was told I needed an appointment because I couldnt wear makeup (wasnt wearing any). Very unattractive dresses as well as the very unattractive service

Loved the dress I got but had to come back in two hours, Plus they didnt want you wearing makeup which is understandable but didnt have any wipes or make up remover handy

Very unpleasant place to shop. Attempted to shop there today, no one greeted me . There was a lady in the back yelling Spanish into a walkie talkie ...

This lady is steals money and saying we owe her. She will not give us our products although we have paid in-full. I HAVE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES, The BBB, and Attorney General on this lady. She is stealing your money and not doing what she was told to do as a boutique.Save your time and go somewhere else this lady is sketchy as hell!

The women that run this store are the most unprofessional people I have ever met! They will manipulate a situation leaving you with further payment. I would never refer M & J Bridal Boutique to anyone!!!

Its been a few years but they had very odd service.... wouldnt let me try on a dress even though the place was a ghost town, lady said they had to sweep... them she grabbed a money box out of my friends hand and said we couldnt purchase that item...., such a strange experience 🤔
