First off, this little Santa Fe boutique is so cute and welcoming! Secondly Christina has a beautiful store along with selection! The dress I ended up buying today was not even one I pulled for myself but with the information I gave Christina she pointed this one out I said yea sure I’ll try and me and my family cried it’s the perfect dress for me! I highly recommend going to see Christina to get your wedding dress!

This is just a room with some pretty dresses hanging . They are only by appt and today after driving four hours to make the appt I was given an excuse that the employee had a flat tire . Couldn’t make it later either because the owner “ was out of town “ this was the second time I tried to get in communication was terrible both times . More importantly this wasn’t any appt it was a special moment with a mother who’s memory was fading by the day . Her text response included “ whatever” . Lastly though makeup and hair being done is not a good thing for trying on dresses this was done so I could take a photograph with my mother that will not be at my wedding and this was her only chance to see me in a dress . This isn’t a business again a showroom with some dresses by appt only . Don’t drive four hours or hire an entire crew to help you with your special moment .

REFERRAL DISASTER!I purchased my wedding dress from the original Dressing Room in St. Petersburg, FL in 2015 (this is their 2nd location). Judy Ferrara (Christinas Mother In Law) was a professional straight forward sales woman whos bridal experience + the impressive work history of her tailor Hugh (still the FL locations tailor) were the driving forces that lead me to put my trust/wedding funds into this once in a life time decision. From start to finish my experience in 2015 with Ms. Ferrara + her tailor was so exceptional that I encouraged my best friend she was in good hands when Judy sold my friend her wedding dress in 2016 (a sample size gown in house) with me there for support (exciting/EXPENSIVE purchase). I was SHOCKED after my friends sale was finalized that upon her return to the store for MAJOR ALTERATIONS she was told that Ms. Ferrara SOLD the FL store and left the state without ANY NOTICE or info for her remaining brides she sold gowns to in 2016 in Florida! Now my friend is WEEKS AWAY from her wedding sorely disappointed with the poor tailoring of her wedding dress/may have try ANOTHER dress shes been sent a pic of! As the former bride/friend who referred her to the Dressing Room I feel SO BAD...From a business owner standpoint - Im disenchanted so far by the mismanagement of Ms. Ferraras remaining sales account(s)/referral since the Dressing Room FLs abrupt change in ownership/move to NM. I will 100% be posting a PROGRESS UPDATE to see if the Dressing Room/Ms. Ferrara can MAKE THIS RIGHT with the bride(s) whove been abandoned in FL who put their trust/funds into Ms. Ferrara. It is a trying time when any business changes hands/opens... With such a personal, costly, once in lifetime investment at stake - my hope is to post a raving update = amazing wedding dress result! I have posted 2 photos of my dress from my 2015 purchase.

I am so impressed by the selection of tasteful dresses Christina has for sale in her lovely boutique! I liked every single dress I tried on, which is simply miraculous. Her prices are extremely reasonable given the selection and quality. I ended up purchasing the dress in the window and am thrilled to wear it to my wedding in January. My friend and mother were there to help me find the right fit and Christina made us feel at home. It was super fun and extremely productive! When I went to pick up the dress, I bought a number of other classic wedding accessories such as barrettes and earrings. Highly recommended!

I called several times to make an appointment. Never got a answer, left countless voicemails. Not one call back. Tried to make appointment in person, not a possibility. I feel like this was very unprofessional on their end and I would not convenient at all once so ever. Even Davids Bridal takes walk ins and is very professional.

What a fun amazing experience! Such a cute place, drove in from Amarillo to look at dresses and it was well worth the trip. We even had the whole place to ourselves and I felt like a queen. Thank you so much!

This is beautiful boutique, very well edited collection of reasonably priced gowns.We enjoyed our experience and bought the perfect dress for well under our budget. Would definitely recommend, especially because we had a private appointment .

I had the most amazing experience at The Dressing Room West. Christina was wonderful, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for their wedding dress.

After walking into the store we were “greeted” by the most RUDE and UNPLEASENT woman I have ever came across in my life. She didn’t say “hello” or “how can I help you?” she just gave the RUDEST look and basically pushed us out the door saying it’s by appointment only. Well the door was unlocked and it was during business hours so we obviously figured we could go inside and make an appointment. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. What an unprofessional person. I’m absolutely disgusted.
