The rudest pharmacy I have ever encountered:An elderly friend needed to get his third COVID shot. On Sept 20th I was told at the store that we needed to schedule an appointment through the CVS website. I went home and did so (also scheduling him for a flu shot at the same time).I received a confirmation email on the 20th, specifying a COVID vaccine, at that location, Sept. 28th, 3pm.On Sept. 26th I received another email confirming an upcoming COVID vaccine at that location, Sept. 28th, 3pm.Today, on the morning of Sept. 28th, I received an automatic phone call confirming an appointment today, at that location, 3pm.Today: 3pm, Sept. 28th: My elderly friend and I were in the store for his shots.The pharmacist said they didn’t have a COVID appointment on the schedule for him, only a flu shot, and didn’t have a COVID shot prepared.There was no apology — just condescension, as if I was just another idiot customer they had to deal with. They obviously thought I was the one who had made the mistake, and didn’t seem to be making any effort to prepare the scheduled COVID shot.When I got annoyed and said I had received two emails and a phone call confirming a COVID shot at that location, at that time, they still treated me like I was in the wrong ... but at least started preparing the shot, which was then delivered a little late.When I went back a half-hour later, because I had noticed the new COVID shot hadn’t been noted on the vaccination card, I also took along copies of the two emails, confirming the appointment they said wasn’t in their system.The woman didn’t even look at them, didn’t make eye contact, just said it didn’t matter, it was all finished. Again, no apology, no acknowledgment they had made the mistake — just condescension.I noted that if the main CVS website isn’t informing them of appointments scheduled at their store, that was probably something that mattered, that they should look into.She continued working on her computer, ignoring my existence from that point forward. I left.[FOLLOW-UP: After writing this review I got an email from CVS asking for feedback on my experience there. I repeated what I wrote here. Later that night I got an email response from the pharmacist, saying:As the Pharmacy Manager, I deeply regret that we were not able to meet your expectations. I can understand your side of the story but there is another side as a staff we are doing our best to accomadate vaccine schedules and yet still operate a pharmacy. There are times when we are under tremendous stress to meet everyone demands. We will try to do better.When I go to my usual pharmacy at Smiths grocery store they also always seem very busy, sometimes stressed, and to be doing their best to accommodate vaccine schedules and still operate a pharmacy. Yet, they still always manage to be really nice, friendly, and respectful.]]

I saw postcards in the window of this CVS as I was passing by and remembered that I needed to send postcards to a few more friends. I stopped in and picked out some postcards. When I got to the register, I found out the postcards cost only 20¢ each! Great price! Same selection as on the Plaza and a better price.

September 1, 2021. Not one clerk was wearing a mask, even though masking is government mandated. I stopped shopping at CVS for the most part 9 years ago when the pharmacy clerk spilled 1/2 of my prescription onto the floor and simply picked them up and returned them to the vial which he tried to give to me. And no masks when Covid cases are rising? Clearly shows that CVS simply does not care about our health. Shame.

In mid-June my husband needed three medicines prescribed by an Urgent Care facility. The Rx were called into this CVS. CVS called me to say that they did not have a Tricare contract and I would need to have Walgreens call them to transfer the Rx to Walgreens. Walgreens called CVS 2-3 times and was always told they were busy and would get to it when they had time. After about 5 hours, I went back to the Urgent Care facility, and the doctor sent the Rx directly to Walgreens. This CVS has LOUSY customer service and I will never go to a CVS again.

Inconsistent. Some workers are just basically good people who realize they are in customer service. Others? Downright unfriendly...more interested in talking to a coworker than a customer. I saw an older woman trying unsuccessfully to enter her CVS card, so she could get the discount on the product. The cashier, a slim young woman with long blonde hair was so abrupt and impatient that the woman left in frustration. The cashier then turned to her coworker and declared loudly she didnt know why, some people act like children. Sure she has a right to vent...everyone is stressed these days, but she needs to be reminded that she is there for the customers. And as a representative of the company, such hurtful comments should be private or out of ear shot. Too bad.

I love this store. The pharmacy is the best, polite,respectful and most important your prescription is done when they promise. Also excellent customer service from Melissa. She was so nice. God bless you all and thank you for making things easier through this rough time.

This pharmacy is very unorganized and management is non existing. Kenny in the pharmacy is very rude & incompetent. To get my prescription filled it took me three trips to the pharmacy and several phone calls to my physician who was getting the blame for a glitch on CVS computer system. Will not use this pharmacy ever again!

9 times out of 10 no matter what doctor office calls in a prescription the pharmacy says they never received the script it is so frustrating so many calls to get something filled calling the doctor calling the pharmacy and all over again

Dont use the photo service. Submitted an order for same day photo print ona birthday for a friend. Submitted it at 7am. Got an email at 9:50PM !!! My order was ready to be picked up the same day but after 15 hours! When I called to cancle, the manger was rude and dismissive on the phone. Worst experience with a CVS ever, and thats saying something!

I like how quiet this store is in the mornings.When I have the time, I love to walk around and just try to find interesting finds. I dont use the pharmacy, so I cant rate that, but theres always a cashier there to check me out, so I love popping in there.

Management is severely lacking, in presence and leadership capability. Its clear the pharmacy is really understaffed and very poorly managed, unfortunlately there is always a wait and the pharmacy staff seems to suffer from low morale and high turnover.

A dangerous and unethical pharmacy that does not have preordered prescription drugs on hand including vital heart medication. Numerous elderly customers are left hanging. So bad full pharma staff quit.
