Full disclosure - I bought records from here which was a great experience.The guys behind the counter though listened to my integrated amp and speaker situation and spent 20 minutes looking stuff up and helping me with some options. They told me to break in my speakers and then if I’m still needing their help to reach out. Super professional and didn’t try to make me buy something I don’t need right now. I’ll be back!!!

Incredibly rude and non-professional service. We spoke to a Jamie who was polite at first and promised a date for a quote. The day came and passed by 5 days. After calling to check on it, we were told that we were pushing him. He was then very rude and threatened to quit his quote. I said maybe that was for the best and he replied in a mocking tone Okay, BYE BYE and hung up. Shocked at this service. All we needed was a quote, and they couldnt even provide that in 10 days after being promised it in 5 days. Do NOT recommend this horrible business. Dont waste your time.

The guys at Constellation are true professionals and went above and beyond to help me with my relocation and TV install. The showed up on time and were completely prepared to help me make adjustments and decisions. The install went smoothly and they even helped coordinate an electrician where additional outlets were needed to ensure perfect placement.

I requested a visit from Constellation twice on a complicated, existing electrical issue. When they finally showed up the second time, the guy was here for 10 minutes, left no feedback but said he would get back with me within a week. Its now been over two months. This company is, at best, below average in customer service, and possibly below average in their true knowledge of electronics.

I used Constellation to install a new system (wiring, equipment, etc) during remodel of my house. They are very professional and knowledgeable - they did a great job. I will use them again and recommend to friends and colleagues.

Very unprofessional. Called for a quote and after more than a week passed no quote delivered. Mocked over the phone and didn’t deliver. How this business is still around I have no clue. Jaime deserves to be fired.
