I was new to T-Mobile. I have had it for about a month. T-Mobile sells you a service and collects your money. But they cannot provide you with the service that you are paying for. I cannot use the internet during daytime/early evening hours. I click and wait and still nothing happens. However, if I sign in from about 9:30 PM until 6:30 AM I can usually get the service that I expect 24 hours a day. I can usually stream videos at that time and I can read Apple News. T-Mobile is worse than dial up by about 50 times.DO NOT GET T-MOBILE! You will be paying for a service that they cannot provide. They have oversold their service. They do NOT have the infrastructure to support that service. It’s that simple.

I went in today to check out getting a new phone but I was treated inhumane and disrespected by the employee named Ivan. I can’t believe T-Mobile has Costumer service like this. I don’t recommend T-Mobile go to a different phone company. Save your time and money.

Very unprofessional employees. Went in on Tuesday to check why my wife’s phone was not working to make or receive calls after an update. Was told they didn’t know. Wife opted to order new phone, went with the IPhone 11 Pro 256gb. Apparently they don’t carry anything in the 256gb in store as far as iPhone, so it needs to be shipped. We pay the down payment and buy a screen protector for when the phone arrives and go on our way. The phone arrives at our home 2 days later and it’s the wrong phone, the iPhone 11. We specifically asked for the iPhone 11 Pro and stated that she wanted the better camera. We call T-mobile store and are told there is nothing they can do as it was shipped. We call customer service and they won’t refund money from wrong phone until it is received and checked for damage. Then after receiving and checking for damage, it would take 7-14 business days to process refund. So upset as anyone would be, we refuse to pay another down payment for the correct device. After being a T-Mobile customer for 23 years, it shows they don’t value their customers. I call the store again and tell them that Verizon can get her into a phone today, their response is literally “whatever, that’s fine.” The response is as if they don’t value their most loyal customers. 23 years as a customer has come to an end!

Terrible experience. I went to the Cerrillos location and the girl that helped me had a really bad attitude. When I mentioned I was going to complain her exact words were “go ahead”. Then, a manager got involved. He made things even worse. This has been the worst customer service experience ever! Today I went to the new T-Mobile location on St Michael’s Dr. I highly recommend the new location. The employees there are way more professional. They really know how to provide excellent customer service!

Brittney has been VERY HELPFUL She is kindhearted and gets the job done I wouldnt ask for a better manager even under pressure she does her job well she has never once got an attitude with me and she is very patient and knows her phones and accessories well. If you have an issue make sure to ask for her and she will do her best to help! But remember people dont get frustrated with her she is only doing her job! Started using T-Mobile $40 per month prepaid service when I moved into an area where AT&T didnt work. Had used it for just about a year when I got a notice on my T-Mobile online account profile that said ZERO DOWN FOR ALL which detailed that I would be able to purchase any device I wanted for $0 Down and a small monthly payment.I went to the Santa Fe location to get a new device where I was informed that I would have to do a credit report & put down a deposit completely disregarding the ZERO DOWN FOR ALL promotion. I said I dont need a credit application because I have ZERO DOWN FOR ALL and they proceeded to switch my account from prepaid $40 per month to $70 postpaid(without telling me about the increased cost) assigning my a credit class that was inferior to what would be expected from ZERO DOWN FOR ALL.Now I still have no new device on ZERO DOWN FOR ALL and my bill has increased from $40 per month to $70 per month with no added benefit.The store personnel blamed it on the activation team that evening but when I called the next day a very rude and surly salesman(Jason) proceeded to lie into my ear for 10 minutes solid saying he had witnessed the whole transaction the night before stating that my refusal to do a credit check was why my account was ruined and my ZERO DOWN FOR ALL was no longer in existence.Their recklessness and lack of ability to communicate clearly has ruined my T-mobile experience, cost me money and cheated me of any benefit I sought to derive from a T-Mobile loyalty promotion rewarding a year of loyal service.Avoid this place at all costs and just go online or drive to Albuquerque if you need to visit a T-Mobile retail location.Summary:1. They ZERO interest in helping you get what you want2. They will make drastic(EXPENSIVE) changes to your service without explaining ANYTHING.3. When they fail at doing their job they blame the customer.

Just switched 3 phones from AT&T to T-Mobile. Customer service was great. Juan A. was excellent to work with. Decided to switch when my son (already on T-Mobile) was traveling overseas. Called T-Mobile to find out best coverage / costs while oversees. They said no cost for data and texting, $0.20 per minute talk. I believe AT&T preys on customers when they are out of the country. T-Mobile is a great value.

They were busy, so I had to wait a little while. After connecting with a sales person, he was very helpful describing features of phones and giving me a mini-lesson on the selected phone. Another sales person finished the order efficiently and professionally and got everything set up, including screen protector, case, e-mail, etc. As a first-time smart phone user, I was happy to have the help rather than stumbling around with delivery of an internet order and personal setup.

Five stars for lots of help, customer service, and screen protector ninjitsu. I had a hiccup or two along the way but the staff here (esp. Sergio and Chance) provided the necessary assistance. Never had to wait too long and all options were made clear. Keep up the good work guys!

This is perhaps the worst experience I have had with T-mobile! I as furious that the store manager Jason and more than 1 employee at this store were rude, short and disrespectful towards my 84 year old father, A veteran of this great Country! I made prior arrangement to purchase my dad an easier phone to use and was assured the staff would take the time to assist and teach my senior father how to use the phone... not so ... he was belittled and made to feel “less than” on two occasions! I intend to file complaints with the district manager and warn others who do not want their elderly loved ones abused! I live in CA ... and dad is in NM ... or I would go there myself! Shame on T-mobile . Because of this they are loosing a good paying customer!

Id like them to improve their customer service. There was a time the employee was so rude with me. So I asked somebody else to help me. He also speaks Spanish. I believe he said he was the only one speaking Spanish there. I told him I speak Spanish and English. So I felt sorry for those who go there asking for help and just speak Spanish.

Man lies lies lies and rude. We got a phone from this store within 2 weeks the phone cracked wasnt damaged in any other way the rep at the store accuses us dropping it and just went downhill from there he argued wouldnt allow us to return phone and offered to return the phone for 50 $ restocking fee and then took that off the table and said nothing we can do ... ! So steer clear they dont care about their customers.

The absolutely worst customer service ever. I ordered a phone on dec 18 for 2 day delivery. five days later it still was not delivered. I called and cancelled the whole plan. I had to wait for the phone to de returned before they could give me my money back. so not even 2 week go by and they take another 78.00 dollars from my credit card the beginning of jan....I am like WTH ....it is currently march 27 and I am still on hold waiting for 35.29 back....this place does not care and will keep your money even if you are in the right. I have no phone,,,no service and out my money...I would minus stars if that was an option...BULLSHIT UGH

Terrible customer service. I went to transfer my Straight talk number to T-mobile. Their staff insisted that I need to provide him the Straight talk Sim card number. However, the iphone 5 I bought from Walmart with Straight talk service plan doesnt require a Sim card to be inserted in, since it was activated by program. I have account number from Straight talk but they dont need it. I was freaking out.

Not good my Samsung note 7 was recalled and return but did not have downgrade Samsung note 5 do not have in store or online but man say cannot hold note 7 in my data very mad. Coverage map some not work in towns was vacation or no roaming.

Yeah I purchase a phone last year are they cannot Supply me with protective casing for it they say because they change phones very often so Im very disappointed with that Ive broken two screens on two phones they have replaced them for insurances but still they should be available with some protective cases and they dont have them

I went for a few days because I bought two note20 ultra and if I have a month with them and I barely notice that one of them is not well sealed, dust enters even a millimeter of paper sheet and I isolate myself for a while since they are supposed to have protection to the water call service they sent me to the store I explained the problem they said they were going to compare it with another design that did not have it but I thought they were like that but I thought it was not for them to tell me I think they are like that and still I still design in addition There is nothing that can be done because 15 days have already passed, I want to assure it by the insurance to which you answer yes, but if you sent it to me defective, because I have to pay the insurance deductible when I do not damage the phone so I arrive with that defect The only thing missing is that if the battery explodes with models behind, they will explode anyway they will tell me that they cannot do anything that happens they must be trained and at least have humility to antendender since they are to provide a service
