I think the one thing that other reviewers have missed is that this store is actually world class. Shawn has an unbelievable collection of different brands..he’s a wealth of knowledge about so many brands I had never seen. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Very nice acoustic guitar store. Probably the best selection of vintage guitars in the state. The owner is super nice and will take the time to tell you all about his guitars if you would like.

I cant say enough good things about Shawn and his shop. He took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and was super helpful to work with. There are very few places in NM that stock the kinds of guitars that Shawn does, and being able to go play them in person is invaluable. If youre looking for high-end and unique guitars, this is the place!

Shawn and the folks at Stay Gold are top notch. Their friendly service made my experience buying from them a really great one. They have an inventory that any musician or collector would love. Its a mix of the best modern builds and vintage/parlor stuff from yesteryear that have inspired many years of great music. I love this shop and would gladly buy from them again
