First, the employees are great and very nice. This is no fault to them. The problem seems to be they only have 1 person who is trained to fill propane, which also happens to be the only person who does trailer sales. We have been to this location multiple times within the last few days trying to get our propane filled.. TSC needs to get this guy some help! Train another employee to fill propane to avoid long waits and sending customers away.

I would buy my chicken feed here about half the time. I had an issue with some feed today and the manager John was incredibly helpful and gracious. Had me in and out of the store in under 15 minutes too. You never see that kind of customer service anymore. Im getting my supplies from here 100% of the time from now on. Great experience

Way over priced, a bag of chicken scratch used to cost 8.99 its how 15$. Dont waste youre money their are cheaper ways to feed youre flock, this place is a rip off!

I lost a tool at work the other day, a pair of Channel-locks brand new too! First time I got to use them.😕 I was walking in for dog food as it was on my way home from work and a co worker said it was more affordable there and suggested I go check it out. I found what I wanted sure enough and it did cost less AWESOME! As I was walking to the front to pay i walked past the same pair of channel pliers and was very pleased to see that they were $15 less. 😁 sweet now that made my day, got my pups and me covered thanks ill be back.

It was labor day weekend, long story short it was 8:30 pm we were in a Bernalillo and we needed a generator for our camper. Jay and Rebecca were kind enough to wait a few minutes after closing at 9pm to sell us the generator that we needed so badly. They really showed compassion for our situation and I will always be grateful for good human beings like these two. Tractor Supply Co. is lucky to have these two as part of their team! THANK YOU!

DONT EVER COME HERE TO FILL YOUR PROPANE. I showed up and they said to wait 15 minutes. After 20 minutes I asked them again to come fill up my tank. Then after another 10 minutes someone finally came out. Its never taken any establishment this long to fill my propane. This isnt the first time they were this slow either.

I have nothing but great respect for a specific store in Santa Fe. We bought a Utility trailer from the Bosque Farms store. We had issues with the wheels. As we left Albuquerque and went North to Santa Fe, we almost lost a wheel because who ever assembled it at the Bosque Farms store did a terrible job. As we made our way to the one in Santa Fe. Randy and Adam went out of their way to help up get back on the road so we could start our mini vacation. We had to buy a new wheel and mount. Mind you this trailer is only a week old. After my husband got it on. We drove about 25 miles and we were still having issues with the wheel and mount. We had to have our boys drive back to the store in Santa Fe. Randy noticed the boys were back and they informed him we were stranded with the wheel coming off again. He gave the boys the entire mount instead of trying to buy parts and pieces. He also printed off a diagram for us to follow. Needless to say we were able to drive to our final destination with no more issues.

Tractor Supply employees are friendly and helpful. I find their store always organized and clean. Unlike other stores in the area if you dont have a face mask they will supply one for you. I would give 6 stars if I could!

They had the exact boots I loved that had been stolen. The only pair that dont hurt my foot and the place smells like fertilizer which reminds me of my father. The staff was very helpful in finding me my boots.

Well kept and organized store. If they don’t have it, you probably don’t need it. We buy dog food here and they have good prices. We’ve bought many others things here over time and we always come away pleased.

Chances they will have what you are looking for .......if not they will probably know where in town it can be found. They will also check their on-line store. The associates are the best Ive found in a long time. Not pushy sales people but humans that genuinely care. If you havent been there or its been awhile then its time to get back in touch with a Lowes or home depot type store that actually has sufficient associates that are knowledgeable and genuine. A÷÷÷÷÷÷.

Its well stocked for the most part but some of the veterinary medications are out of stock. It seems adequately staffed for the small amount of traffic they had.

TSC has great products and sometimes hard to find items, think sheep shearing blades and large tractor innertubes. However they are notoriously understaffed. The staff they do have are wonderful but overworked.

I’ve been shopping at this Tractor Supply for several years now but after my experience today I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I don’t care what your views or opinions of COVID-19 are but I know for a fact it’s a hoax and I refuse to wear a mask. On top of the fact that not only do the mask not do anything to stop any viruses but they are also very bad for your health. If only people would actually research things instead of just blindly believing the mainstream media and government. And sure it’s the businesses right to ask people to do this or that but it’s also my right to spend my money at places that allow the customers to make up their own minds if they want to wear something that harms their health or not. I’m not spending a dime in any store that is forcing people to wear a ridiculous mask.

I like this place! Honestly I get all my chicken supplies here. Everything from items to maintain the coop and the run...to organic feed. I enjoy being able to ask questions and staff generally being able to give me an answer I can actually use and they never try and sell me on a specific product when Im looking for options and supplements for the hens. They are the cheapest or the most expensive store, but they give you another option and competitive pricing.

After a truly terrible experience at one of the Big Box Home Improvement stores earlier today, I found myself at Tractor Supply. Trying to avoid the HOARDS of people at the other stores, plus I really needed propane for my RV and other crucial items.Tractor Supply was honoring the CDC protocols for COVID-19, as were the shoppers!! It seemed like, by and large, the type of person shopping here was nicer and more respectful of keeping social distance and wearing masks than other places Id been.The man who filled the propane tanks was friendly and helpful, every person I asked questions of while shopping inside was friendly and respectful, and it was the best shopping experience I have had to date since this virus struck the world. Being out in public shopping can be incredibly stressful for me (I have severe PTSD) and for my service animal, who has to keep me calm and do his job while dodging awful people out in public who could care less about respecting others health - but this was an incredibly positive experience.The Big Box stores I went to first were not only crowded beyond ANYTHING I have ever seen, they had none of the supplies on my long list. Tractor Supply had EVERYTHING on my list, plus decent fellow shoppers and EXCELLENT customer service.I plan to make this store my go to place. I am so grateful for them during such a stressful time and I hope someone reading this might forego the Home Despot or the other bigger stores and give Tractor Supply a go. Lowes today felt like a gory horror movie, isles upon isles filled with hostile zombies not wearing masks or keeping social diatance. Tractor Supply felt like a freakin Disney movie - I was totally expecting the awesome staff to bust out in a choreographed song & dance routine! Ha! But SERIOUSLY. It was that wonderful.

Update : After speaking with the store manager this issue has been better resolved. We were apologized to for the way were treated and compensated for our trouble. Jim is a very professional manager and leader in his store.Did you know at +Tractor Supply Company​ there is a six chick minimum?After standing around for 30+ minutes and addressing the assistant manager for help to only be rudely ignored was I made aware of this policy as he walked away from me not to break his neck to see if there was anything else my family needed anything else at all. I would of liked to of known why there is such a ridiculous policy!Long story short I asked for the regional manager contact info but advised I didnt want the regional managers contact info or how did he put it? Oh yeah (HIS THE LAST PERSON YOU WANT TO SPEAK WITH!) now what is that supposed to mean?As for me and family well vote with are dollar and take are business else where! As for my friends and professional contacts Ill share my experience and let them make their own decisions where theyll shop from. All we needed was feed and a chick to have as a laying hen to add to the flock but were only treated as a criminal instead.....!

These stores are great. They have all sorts of stuff. Clothes, tools, pet supplies, sporting goods, bird seed, ... You name it. Right now they have a bunch of chicks out there.

Good prices, the line at the front usually takes forever because there is only one cashier. One time i bought two trees from here and they died, and did grow. They said they would reimburse me, but when i brought in the trees with the receipt. They said that they wouldnt do it, which was a bummer, but i am apart of there rewards club and i havent seen anything yet. Hopefully soon, because it does motivate me to buy more with good deals.

Pretty bummed about our experience here. We drove our van here to have our undermount propane tank filled. We have travelled across the country having had many TSCs fill our tank but they refused to do so here. We have am ASME propane tank with a remote fill and they claimed that it was company policy to not fill these. Just a heads up to any other RV or van dwellers out there!

I have been shopping here for chicken feed. It is very reasonably priced and always in stock! They have household hardwares. I recommend it to anyone looking animal feed at a good price!

Was told stove was arriving on Tuesday so I made arrangements to have a truck that day, then it changed the day of original delivery to a later delivery date. Disappointed in the reliability of their shipping.

I have always found the employees to be extremely nice and helpful. I have always been treated kindly and found great warmth in the people who work here. After working over 18 years in the retail industry, the bad reviews make me wonder what the other side of the story is. I have seen outrageously abusive treatment from customers to employees all over Santa Fe. There is always two sides to a story.

This is the best Tractor Supply I have ever been too. It is always well stocked, staff is very helpful with anything from advise to loading your car, and the store is nice and clean.

Had exactly what I needed

At a supply house I expect that there will be somebody to answer questions or if they dont know the answer, call someone who does...very disappointed in the young gentleman who didnt help me.

I really like it, the only store in town where you can find specific items like welding rods, big wrenches, you have to check out their inventory.

I have only recently started shopping here but have had good interactions with the staff and have made some good purchases. Get on their email list and watch for coupons! They are very busy on the weekend, so you may not get your questions answered then...

Found close to what need hope its close enough. TSC like many businesss lack clerks who actually know what products TSC carries. Previous time, I looked for deck mower belt n came close, BUT absolutely no one offered any assistance.

They supposedly sell propane but nobody there knows how to fill a tank...Tried again and again with this store but it is still a half baked operation. Ordered 400#s of horse feed for pickup, when we got there, sorry we dont have anyone to load it. Tried to order Lamb Feed online, sorry we cannot deliver it to our store, Propane still a good price but...sorry we dont have anyone to fill your tank

Although I also heard that Jim was a great manager, the national ads for Pet Appreciation Week really pushed rescues to bring their animals here and when they arrived Jim was not working, on a Saturday, so John, who said he could not help anyone because he was alone, proved to be rude, perturbed, annoyed, and generally to hate his job and the annoyance of the rescues and animals presence. He threw a box of adoption packets on the ground in front of a small puppy without a word and walked away in a huff. With all the good people I know looking for jobs, why is this guy working anywhere? And was that goat for sale? Why was their one loan goat caged all day in the sun with no food or water?
