Changed location of the store from Albuquerque to Santa Fe recently and its been a pleasant experience. Not only convenient in not having to travel as far but the staff has been amazing. Melissa is friendly, personable and very efficient in her job. David has taken me through steps I had never experienced in trying to allow me to get the most benefit from my hearing aids. Presently he is working with me to find solutions to some issues and is very thorough in his explanation of what he is changing to improve the quality of my hearing. David has no problem working his clients in to address concerns. Very pleased to have come upon the store and staff in Santa Fe. Try them, you wont be disappointed.

My wife has some memory issues, and inadvertently ordered a new set of hearing aids,-when all she really needed was to determine the condition of the ones she was using (they were fine, just needed batteries). When this was explained to David Rodrigues--who is their lead person at the 3811 Cerrillos Road site in Santa Fe--he was more than understanding. The hearing aids had been ordered and delivered to the store, and we expected to pay a penalty-at the very least, but David--with incredibly good grace --wouldnt even consider that as an option, and-in fact-refused any payment at all. When we do need new hearing aids, there is no doubt where well go. That ethic is rare in the business world, and certainly appreciated.

Dr. David and Melissa are AMAZING. I took my mom in she in from out of town. 1 hour away from Santa Fe. Her appointment was at 11:00 am. We stopped to see if they could see her early. Melissa was kind enough to fit her in 1 hour early. It was so easy to have great conversation with Melissa while waiting for Dr. David. Dr. David was so patient with my mom talking her through her adjustment. He treated her with such kindness and care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. David and Melissa. Thank you both for taking care of my mom.

I purchased my hearing aids just one week prior to working as an election clerk. With the voter wearing a mask, me wearing a mask, a plastic shield between us, election clerks working on the left and right sides, and people walking and talking behind us, the hearing aids were an absolute blessing. I am also relieved at how well Melissa manages the office, adhering strictly to the corvid-19 restrictions enacted by the State. Curtis did a wonderful job fitting me for the hearing aids and then explaining their use and training me on their care. I am so grateful for their help.

I cant say enough about how pleased I am with the service recently received from Michael MacDonald and the staff at Miracle Ear in Santa Fe. Over five years ago I purchased top-of-the-line aids for both myself and my spouse from Miracle Ear in another State. Our hearing aids were initially maintained for us by the Miracle Ear Center where they were purchased. Two years ago we moved to New Mexico, and at that time the nearest Miracle Aid Center was in Albuquerque, 100 miles from our home so we gave up on maintaining them. The new Santa Fe office was open for a year before we discovered it, so we were long overdue for retesting and reprogramming of our aids.Our hearing aids were out of warranty when we moved to New Mexico. Michael pointed this out, but he went on to emphasize that as long as the aids were functional, Miracle Aid would maintain them at no cost, including any necessary reprogramming as our hearing deteriorated. Both my wife and I received comprehensive hearing tests and had our aids cleaned and reprogrammed. Michael and his staff spent two full mornings with us, and Office Manager Jennifer made a great effort to obtain data on our aids and prior testing from the office where we purchased them. The results are fantastic. My wife who is profoundly deaf, can now converse with me again. My own hearing loss, which was moderate when I bought the aids but has deteriorated in the 5 years since then, is now restored to a level which is better than I thought possible.Kudos to the staff at Miracle Ear of Santa Fe for their professionalism and their tireless efforts to render good customer service.

I love the Miracle Ear Store in Santa Fe. Pam at the front desk is THE BEST she is always so kind and helpful. She has an adorable dog too! Roger LaRose is new but is super fantastic. He was so helpful with some advice on an issue I was trying to solve in getting help for an indigent woman that I am trying to help. These people are truly fantastic. They are always there for me with any adjustments or questions that I have with my hearing aids. Did I mention that Pam has the cutest dog ever!!! Go Saint Bernards! I love this team and will continue to use them for all of my hearing aid issues. Id like people to know that they have a terrific payment plan so it wont break the bank when faced with these pricey but very necessary aids.Definitely look them up if you are having issues that may need hearing aids. I recommend them 100%

I thought this was gonna be a quick appointment well was I ever wrong, by the time I picked up my hearing aids, I knew I had 3 new friends, they were all so great. I know if there is ever a problem with my hearing aids, I can go in and expect professional and really great people.Mike McDonald runs the Santa Fe office, I met with him today, another great person.Thank you to all of you for making my experience a great one.

The staff at the Santa Fe office are awesome. They helped my dad Wilbert with some hear aids that he really likes. We arent having to yell at him anymore. Pam, Michael and Ken are awesome and very friendly when we go for follow ups. Thank you Santa Fe Miracle Ear office.

Absolutely horrific Customer Service! I was yelled at by Michael McDonald and wouldn’t schedule an appointment here if it was the last miracle ear in New Mexico. Also this establishment apparently suffers from ageism and discriminates against anyone that’s not “old”. I guess young people don’t deserve to hear.

Has really made a difference in my fathers hearing.
