My entire experience with Southwestern Hearing center has been excellent. Everyone is very professional and patient / customer service focused. The initial audiology testing process was very comprehensive. Dr Miller took time to fully explain the test results and to discuss hearing aid options. Likewise at a subsequent visit to get the hearing aids and at a follow-up visit. he took the time needed to fully explain things, answer all my questions, and ensure the best fit. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend the Southwest Hearing Center to anyone suffering from hearing loss.

They are the nicest and most efficient hearing center. They were able to ship my dads broken hearing aid directly to the company for repair. The tech called and said it would take about 2 weeks and it only took one week. Thankfully since its so hard for my dad to be without it. Everyone I spoke with has been very nice and so helpful. Since it was under warranty they didnt charge us for shipping or any other fees. You guys are awesome!! Thank you very much.

Excellent service. The professional staff is top notch and the support staff is friendly and competent. They have strict COVID procedures that make me feel safe during my visits.

Doctors are great however their customer supervise is sub par. My hearing aids came in and fitted by Dr Peterson 12 weeks ago and you have to pay 1/2 up front for your hearing aids to be ordered and receive them. Once the insurance company pays the benefit, you are supposed to receive your out of pocket money back minus the difference. Well I have been and continue to wait for this repayment. I’ve contacted Southwestern Hearing 6 or 7 times, 3 times in the past 2 weeks and I am still waiting for a call back from the supervisor. Well I’m still waiting. It doesn’t take 12 weeks for insurance to pay a benefit. I keep getting the run around hoping to receive my repayment soon. Only reason for the 3 stars was the Doctors especially Dr Peterson is wonderful.

For the past 18 years (2003-2021) I have been well served by the professional audiologists of the Southwestern Hearing Center (formerly the SW Ear, Nose, & Throat Assoc.). As a concert violinist, the optimum compensation for my gradual hearing loss has been essential. I have been highly satisfied with the comprehensive testing and thorough care and hearing aids provided me by the SW Hearing Ctr.

They answer their phone - no playing phone tag. The audiologists are very thorough and skilled. They take the time to answer questions and solve any concerns. My appointments were on time or even early if I arrived early.

Just received new set of Phonak hearing aids. These are a high quality product. Dr. Miller was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in both the initial and fitting appointments. He spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and addressing my concerns. The scheduling and other staff at SHC were all very helpful and accommodating. I’m looking forward to continuing to adapt to my hearing aids. This experience has been made easier with the knowledge that my hearing aids will be supported by competent and caring professionals.

Moved to Santa Fe last August. It is difficult to select physicians when you are new. I took the advice of Dr Love, my ENT, and so happy I did.The office is very efficient and the quality of the hearing aid is high quality in comparison to others I have spoken to.It is a pleasure to have an appointment withDr. Miller. Every now and then you meet a doctor not only very knowledgeable but also has superb customer service. He answers each and every question and takes the time to explain things thoroughly.Santa Fe is fortunate to have him.

Lack of normal hearing diminishes life. It draws you into yourself and away from others. It just takes too much energy to listen very, very, closely to others. It creates tension. It’s easier to be alone.My first use of aids was 10-15 years ago. They were top of the line aids, but still caused tension; everything was too loud, too soft, or just wrong. I quit using them, and life grew smaller.Dr. David Brown, MD (ENT), is associated with the clinic. He’s an exceptional doc with years of experience and knowledge. He said the new aids were a huge improvement over older ones, and arranged an appointment with Dr. Peterson, AuD. Doctor Peterson is a joy to work with. She is personable, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Her work, along with Dr. Brown’s has brought back my hearing. The aids have far exceeded my expectations. Go to this clinic: you won’t be disappointed.

I could not be more pleased with Southwestern Hearing Center. 100% of the staff is 100% happy, caring and there to serve the patient. The quality of care is beyond exceptional. I thank everyone there, from the bottom of my heart, for gifting me with a quality of life, something I lost years ago because of my poor hearing. Not only has my life improved, but that of my family. They no longer have to get frustrated as they repeat something to me over and again. There are smiles all around. These folks are that rare breed in Santa Fe that offer courteous, on-time, dependable, thorough service from the doctors all the way through the office staff. Dr. Peterson is lovely to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

My hearing aid snapped over the weekend-I left a message and it was returned early Monday morning. We took the hearing aid in, stressed how urgent it was, and left with the understanding that there were no guarantees under 24 hours. Before we could reach our home, they called and the hearing aid was prepared. I was able to attend my 3 scheduled Zoom meetings because I could HEAR again!!! Thank you to all !!
