Friendly, helpful, professional. Just really feels like its run by grown-ups, as opposed to a lot of motorcycle shops.

Stopped by for some help with parts. Dr Moe, as always, was more than helpful and steered me in the right direction!

These folks really hooked-me-up during a cross country road trip!!!My bike was having issues, and they took me in on a Saturday morning to perform an electronic diagnosis check. They found an open code listed for the trouble I had.A few weeks prior, I took the bike to my home dealership (the next State over & 750 miles distant) and they worked on my bike; charged me money,,, and sent me on my way. THEN,,, the same problem recurred!The Santa Fe Folks provided a diagnosis (parts were not on hand) that would cure the issue. Sad thing is, I need to show my hometown Dealership the diagnosis paperwork from Santa Fe BMW so they can order the parts and repair the bike.Santa Fe BMW didnt even charge me for the diagnosis test!!! They would allow me to tip them! I WISH,,, I could take THIS dealership home with me...

If service is what matters most, this is the place to go. Ive been a customer for over 2 years now, and every single time Ive been in or called its ended with complete satisfaction. Top notch, 10/10!

Andy and the entire the team were exceptional to work with. I am not the easiest customer and ask for lots of details and they answered everyone of them with confidence. The non-pushy and friendly atmosphere along with world leading quality products sold me in every way. Truly a customer caring experience.

We had great service here when we needed tyres and new chain and sprockets.All the correct parts were ordered in at fairly short notice.Thanks to Mo and Sam for sorting everything out. And to the chaps in the workshop for getting things done in a timely manor and spotting a couple of ‘required adjustments’

What an amazing experience buying a bike from these guys excellent customer service and Mr.Andy is so helpful and informative showing all the tech with the bike and key features and also about safety and then calling a week later to check on me how Im doing and to see how the bike feels, Ive never felt more welcome at any other dealership than here they treat you like family if I could Id give them a 10 star rating and cant forget my friend Carl who delivered my bike for me thank you guys much love

I recently completed the process of buying two new motorcycles through Andy and his team, and the experience was a pleasure. The whole team has never been anything but communicative, friendly, and professional. Dealing with sales people is never my favorite thing to do, but Andy was up-front and responsive, and patient with my long lists of questions. Ive since followed up buying accessories through Mo and servicing the bikes through Sam, and they have both met the high expectations Andy set. Highly recommend this place.

This is a little bit different. White Glove Logistics. We were delivering a bike to the shop from Saint Petersburg, FL. We were running late, Sam the service manager was wonderful working with our drop offIt was after hours. He could have told us to wait til the next day. He didnt and made a special trip back so we could unload the bikeI was so glad because we had to continue on to California. Sam was the best with customer service!!!!!!

Shout out to Mo in parts. Measured my big fat head so I could find the right helmet to order and of course when it came in it fit perfectly. Thanks Mo!

This place provides great service. We rolled in on our bikes because we wanted to just check out the place but then noticed that the rear brake of one of the bikes wasnt working. Chris, David and Mo were fantastic - super helpful and flexible. And: they were able to fix it within the hour. Were big fans.

Thanks Mr. Andy.Looked all over the World Wide Web for a good motorcycle deal. I found two bikes here I was interested in, showed up prior to closing time and Mr. Andy still let me test ride the bikes. When he pulled the second bike around he felt it run rough and told me to come back after he had his mechanic clean the plugs. I chose to go with the second bike, a Honda VTX. Mr. Andy gave me a great deal. He was helpful and patient during the purchase paperwork. There was a hiccup during the paperwork for the license plate but he printed me out a second temp license plate. I have not had maintenance performed here yet. The staff are very friendly. They have an array of gear, from helmets to clothes. I recommend Andy for a purchase.

Amazing shop! Was stuck in Santa Fe with a mechanical issue and everyone was super responsive and helpful. Free Wi-Fi enabled me to participate in video conferences and get work done while they got my F 800GS fixed up for the ride back to Colorado Springs. Strongly recommend the shop!

I was in a bad way with some pinched tubes and had a ride planned for the next day. The Service Department Manager (Sam) saved my bacon and completed the tire swap with new tubes in about half an hour. Great Service!!

Santa Fe BMW Motorcycles is an exceptional dealership. Along with its sister company (Sandia BMW, Albuquerque), they have taken great care of me for many years prior to me moving to New Mexico. I would always make it a point to visit them for scheduled service or an inspection of my R1200 GSW as I was riding in the Southwest.Now that I live in New Mexico, Santa Fe BMW is my new home. Chris (Manager) and all the gang are extremely knowledgeable and I dont say this lightly...they make quite the team! Thank you guys!

I guess Im the unlucky one. After seeing positive reviews I had an awful time with SF BMW Motorrad. I called before I went for service. Tires, oil, final drive, routine stuff Ive done on numerous trips at numerous BMW motorcycle dealers across the U.S. Today, Im told Im not in the system. Apparently my phone call for service went to someone at the car dealership, and despite me telling him the model BMW K1600gtl, and I already was in their system from a stop for service last year - he didnt clue in. So I show up at the motorcycle shop for service. I dont exist. But as Im telling them this, one employee says, Its happened again. Why does this keep happening. So Im not the first and thus this dealership didnt deal with a known problem and Im out of luck for service. Service manager Sam did nothing to assist. Just told me I was out of luck. I wasted my entire morning in Santa Fe, not to mention riding there yesterday and getting a hotel with the plan for service in the morning. Sam did say the dealership has new owners and they only own BMW car dealerships across America and apparently motorcycles for this new owner have fallen thru the cracks. New owners. Ive seen that one before. If I blow a tire in the desert of mountains expect to hear from a lawyer.P.S. - got in touch with BMW Motorrad in Albuquerque and the service guy Teo bent over backwards to find tires and schedule me in for tomorrow. Santa Fe Motorrad, Sam, and the booking guy who knows very little - you need to try harder.

Ive changed this review from one star to three after speaking with their service manager. He admitted that BMWs motorcycle service had issues that he was working to correct. Im still a bit peeved over the way I was treated but getting over it.

If I had more money I would give it all to the friendly folks at BMW motorcycles.

St oped in while riding through. Great employees as well as the atmosphere.

Helped me out w/ a flat when I showed up. Very nice.
