This is the best place in Santa Maria to get any work done on your vehicle. They have incredible customer service skills and did an amazing job repairing my Ford F-150. I highly recommend Fix Auto of Santa Maria to anyone who wants it done right the first time, in less time and for a good price.

My brand new van was damaged by an animal. I immediately called Geico to get my claim going. They referred me over to fix auto. They scheduled an appointment for me that same day. I arrived and the staff was so nice and professional. Alfonso was amazing and explained the entire process throughly. I received a call the next day from Alfonso letting me know the claim was approved parts were being ordered and when I could expect my van to be ready. My van was ready a day early and looks brand new again! I’m extremely happy with the repairs that were done. I arrived to pick up my van and Alfonso had my paperwork ready to go copies of everything and went over it all. If I ever have to take another vehicle to a body shop it will definitely be Fix Auto. They did an outstanding job. Definitely a business I would recommend.

I wish these guys were mechanics, Id go to them.I hit a parked car, the owner said her vehicle was fine. However, my vehicle got hurt. I went to Fix Auto after meeting some other auto repair, who was completely off the radar for what I needed.Hector saw the need, quoted it, life happened, ended up going back at least a year later. He remembered my car. Went back today, they fixed my car, however, they looked beyond the obvious, reported the necessity, fixed that, same quote. Unheard of these days.Al, Hector; heroes!!!

My vehicle got into an accident, and my insurance recommended this spot. At first, I had to look at reviews and I saw a lot of good but the one with the paint had me skeptical, due to my car having a new paint color from the manufacturer. But man did I regret having those bad thoughts..Shout out to Jose for being super chill and going out of his way working with my time schedule.Everything was fixed like it was new, look like fresh out the factory.Paint was ON POINT, can’t even tell a difference.I highly recommended this place, they took well care of my vehicle, these guys really care about your cars and how you feel/concerns.Waiting time (during pandemic) wasn’t that long I was expecting longer due to back orders from this covid bullsh*t but the car was ready within the week.They also offer transportation if you had to drop off your car, and have no other way to get back to what you were doing.They tell you what is being fix, why, and exact amount cost of, ahead of time.I’m really judging when it comes to mechanics and auto body industry.. before going I kept thinking “make sure to double check everything… you never know..”I did and everything is perfect. Nothing is missing, stolen or broken.Replacing the parts and positioning looks flawless.These guys definitely know what they are doing

These guys are PHENOMENAL. I was pretty shaken up by the incident that caused the damage to my car, but they made the repair process absolutely painless. Alfonso walked me through the damage and the likely repairs, took my keys, gave me an estimated completion date, and passed me on to the rental car guy, who was equally helpful. I have never had such a stress-free repair experience. They never treated my questions or concerns as an annoyance, but happily gave explanations. They even vacuumed/cleaned the car before handing it off! Should I ever have need of repairs in the future, I know where I’ll be going. Completely recommend, and so grateful for the excellent service I received.

Horrible experience! They changed from Premier Auto Body to Fix Auto in Jan 2018. Same staff, same owner. I paid $651 for very minor fender body work, and paint matching of a front driver door and fender. The fender was not repaired properly to match the one on the other side. They did a poor color match which stood out even from a distance. The pictures speak for themselves. They rounded off a fastener, created dents, chipped and cracked perfectly good factory paint on a perfectly good door that had no reason to be touched. This during their botched attempt to fine adjust the painted front door. Turns out they called over a local paint supply store to take a picture of the car, and mix some single stage paint for them, which I had nothing to do with. When the paint came in they just sprayed it. Never bothering to do a test spray to verify the proper color match, which is standard practice to avoid ending up with fully painted panels that do not match the car. They offered a free respray, BUT only after I go out and match my OWN paint at MY expense no exceptions. Really? After I already paid my invoice in full for this job? This is their responsibility not mine. I paid already. They refused to take ownership of this and fix this on their end.So like an idiot, I spent weeks and more money out of pocket for more paint, reducer, and catalyst. I just wanted to get this over with and move on. Numerous trips back and forth between Fix Auto and the paint store. This time Fix Auto does a small test spray on a piece of metal each time, which they failed to do the first time resulting in this situation. Again, their fault not mine. I had nothing to do with it. After no fewer than three failed remix attempts with my own batch of paint, I knew I needed to go elsewhere.Fed up with this nonsense, I took the car to Fusion Colors here in Santa Maria. They proved to be a vastly more competent shop than Fix Auto. Finally the car was repaired and paint matched properly.After the car was completed by the other shop, I returned to Fix Auto in person to update them on the situation and seek some kind of resolution in a tactful manner. I was rudely greeted by shop owner Hector aka Mando Paz. His disregard for customer service was in full display. He had no interest in even talking to me. I tried to have a cordial conversation with Hector about this situation. All Hector did was argue with me, interrupt me, talk over me, and walk away from me while refusing to put the phone away from his ear and give me his undivided attention. Right away he questioned why I was even there since the car was already done by somebody else. He was not too thrilled about that. He asked what could I possibly want from him now? Everything that went wrong with this car was because of you he tells me to my face. Hector made it clear I was not getting any sort of reimbursement, and he tried walking away from me several times saying that everything was my fault. He tried to give me a stupid little lecture with a lesson from his father. Told me that I should just Take this as a lesson learned. And before walking away from me he tells me You and this little $600 job or whatever you paid isnt worth my time standing here having this conversation with you right now. And There are many other more important things I should be doing besides standing here having this conversation with you.Despite Fix Autos Lifetime Warranty on repairs, shop owner Hector aka Mando believes he owes me no amount of reimbursement or resolution for anything, including making me waste more time and money on additional paint, and causing additional damage to the vehicle that was not there before.Avoid this shop. Take your car elsewhere. This guy does not deserve your business. There are far more competent body shops in Santa Maria.

I needed to get my Audi TT fixed from a rear-end boo-boo. Went to a couple other shops first for estimates and to chat about how theyd do the work. Something didnt sit right about them, so I tried Premier Auto body. The owner, Drew, let me know how hed do the job. My main concern was matching the color. Drew had the color camera and computerized mixing station right there. Hed spray a test card and hold it up to the car to see if it matches. Great job in the repair and repaint; cant tell at all that the car was damaged before.I was so impressed, I came back a second time to have my BMW touched up. I scheduled the job before hand and he was able to do the Bimmer right there while I waited. Their prices are competitive with the others, and their work is flawless. Highly recommended.

Good chop for take you car for fixed

The insurance company took my motorcycle to repair a damage caused by fire, they did not complete the work, they did not replace all the damaged parts, it took them a month to change a directional light and a front reflector, from there the motorcycle left without a horn and in the end they told me, it is because here we fix cars here we do not know about motorcycles
