Some time back, I once lasted easily around 3 hours for an oil change. They had a bunch of mechanic staff who looked like they just got out of bed. Unfortunately, the worst one had the most important position, front desk. He laughed/joked, talked about his life, disappeared to the back room for stretches of time, walked around, and walked around some more. All while the line of customers grew. That day, I swore to myself never to go back again for any auto related things, even buying their items. Strongly advise many to do the same.
I needed to have my tires rotated. I usually do it myself, but I didnt have space in my garage because of another project, so I took it to these guys. I got there at 1:30, and they said the wait was three hours, but if I came back the next day at 7:00 am when they opened it would be a shorter wait. So I came back at 7:00am, and they told me the wait was three hours, and if I came back the next day at 3:00pm, the wait would be shorter. I think they just tell people the wait is three hours no matter what, so they have plenty of time, and if its done early, the customer feels good about beating the 3-hour estimate.I pointed this out to them, and eventually got my tires rotated.I watched the guy rotate them by simply swapping the fronts and rears, no crossing. I asked him to cross them, otherwise next rotation theyll simply be in their original place again. He said thats not a standard rotation and he would only go front to back. I told him thats wrong, but he said thats what he always does. I waited inside for twenty minutes to talk to a supervisor, who said they should cross them. He went outside and told the tech to cross them for me. The tech agreed, but after the boss went inside, the tech started swearing and saying rude things about me in Spanish. I look like a white guy, but I speak Spanish. After he finished, I told him (in Spanish) thanks for finally doing it right, though less talking next time would be better. I drove off and wont be back.
The worst experience ever. Read previous reviews. It is all true, especially the wait. All I needed was balancing on all 4 tires. I went in Saturday morning and was told it would take 3 hours to wait. I was told to make an appointment so that it will be easier for me. So I called to make an appointment for Sunday and was told that I could not even after I was told I could. So I went in on Sunday afternoon and was told again that it would be more than a 3 hour wait, so I passed. I went on a 3rd day at 1:30. I was once again told more than 3 hours, but should be done by 5. So I said that’s fine. I even told the tech that I’ll come back at 6 to give them more time. I called at 5 just to get an update and was told that they didn’t get started on it. I asked if it will be done and was told that it should be done before they close at 7. I had my wife drop me off after 6 and I was going to hang out there till closing. As soon as I was dropped off, I noticed that it wasn’t even looked at because how I mis-parked my car was the same way. I asked the guy in the nice blue shirt on what’s going on. Considering how he was dressed, more likely the auto center manager. He told me that they couldn’t do it because of the condition of the tires looked like they were 6 years old and that they tried calling to let me know this at 2:30. I told him that the tires are only 1 1/2 years and that I did not receive a call. I even said that I called at 5 and that no one ever told me that. I was told by friends that when this auto center can’t get to your car, they would make up stuff to say they can’t do the job. Also no one ever called because I checked the history of calls. Very bad 1st impression. You need to work on your customer service. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this experience was bad. You are the 2nd bad review, right behind DMV.
Went to go buy a new tire to replace my flat, it was 4:15pm and the man turned me away saying that he would be unable to get tires done today. They close at 7pm...I was offered no assistance, it was poor customer service. I asked to make an appointment for tomorrow, and he said its first come first serve and didnt offer any help whatsoever. I will get my tire replaced somewhere else. Thanks for nothing Walmart. Once again youve lost my business.
I came to their auto center today to get an oil change. There was an older gentleman at the counter assisting a customer. I was the next person in line. When he was done with the previous customer, he simply walked passed me. He didnt even bother to say Good Morning or Ill be right with you. He simply walked passed without acknowledging my existence.....and he didnt even come back. He proceeded to leave the customer service area and start working on a vehicle. Very rude and unprofessional! I left and got my oil change else where.
Service was great, Technicians were very helpful, there was a wait time, but what shop doesnt have a wait time, will definitely be back for my next oil change and Rotation .
Quick and easy service. Didn’t try to up sell me for products and services I didn’t need. We’re not aggressive at all. Polite and welcoming.
Ruined my tire inflation sensors because they didnt know what they were doing. Kid that ruined my car got mad when I confronted the manager and broke my oil dipstick in half then put it back in my engine. All other employees thought it was funny. Honda techs found it and worried it was in engine lower unit, $1200 to find out. AVOID THIS SHT HOLE AT ALL COSTS. Female Manager didnt care and harried to pass it off onto corporate lawyers. NEVER USE THIS HIGH SCHOOL SHOP. They have no idea how to fix cars or even install tires properly.
Great service. In and out in less that 15 minutes with a battery change. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS.
Poor service, very kind rude people. Bunch of smart assess . Always say you have a long wait time, wouldn’t recommend these clowns to anyone. Never again!!
Good prices but long wait times. I went an early Saturday morning at 8am, there was already 3 people there waiting with me. I needed an oil change and new wipers. It was a 2.5 hour wait left at 11:15am. Ending up wandering and shopping for more in the store. Go if you have the time.
I’m actually giving this place a negative 100 million stars. I’ve had multiple bad experiences and always left went to punch somebody. Horrible customer service, and half the time they don’t even get the job done. Several times they couldnt complete the oil change because “the bolt was too tight.” I told them they didn’t have to use their hands but I guess they can’t figure that out. *sigh*Auto service center, I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.
This place was much better back late 2014ish early 2015ish. Short wait and great service!
