This location has a good selection of clothing for men and women. They also have books on the lower level. If you like t-shirts, they have a wide selection. I was not able to find anything for my daughter this time, but I will try again later. The store also strictly follows Covid-19 safety protocols.

For some reason my Credit Cards doesn’t work here, and apparently I’m not the only one. I tried 3 different cards from different banks and also my friends’.

This is a nice two story store, big, lots to look at but you know the deals sometimes are just not deals at all to me, so not my favorite spot to shop. I gave it for stars for location and layout.

Men exist. I know thats a tough pill for some retailers to swallow, but they do, and most of them wear clothes. And when they buy clothes, they deserve more than a ratty little corner in the basement of the store, wedged between the sales racks and cheap LED toiletry trinkets. At least I think so. Clearly Urban Outfitters disagrees.

Lets be honest. We only come here when our daughters drag us here. But even staying close to my daughter, I still feel like people are thinking, Why is HE here?

Located on 3rd Street Promenade, this has always been my favorite Urban Outfitters. Its one of the larger stores. I really like the fact the it is two stories. Womens on the ground level, second floor. Mens and miscellaneous on the basement, first floor. I have made many of my favorite clothing purchase at this location. I purchased a pair of fun, black shoes on sale the last time I was in. I love them!

Here are so many items I had ever been.

Cool store with nice items. You can shop for things that are more over the top but can also find items for your day to day clothes. Personally a bit overpriced for someone on a budget like myself but cool and great stuff nonetheless. This location is nice too and the staff and people working are kind.

They were handling the matter of social distancing well. They maintained a limit on the persons inside the store, and were employing a 3 come out, 3 go in type system. They had a wide selection of clothing, accessories, and price margins were not too extreme. One could even buy airpods there should they choose. The checkout was swift.

No trip to the 3rd Street Promenade is complete without popping in here to see all the latest cool stuff. I dont know why, but this is the only Urban Outfitters I get lucky at. You cant leave without checking out the clearance rack. Today, I think its downstairs.

Always love stepping into an Urban Outfitters. The stores atmosphere is always welcoming and cozy. I love the clothing selection, though the prices often keep me from buying anything. However, last time I was in I found this great flannel thats certainly going to be part of my wardrobe for many years to come.

This place has cute trendy clothes for all types of sizes. They also sell brand shoes and have a little benefit makeup section by the cash registers! It may be a little bit pricey, but besides that I cant find a reason not to shop there!

No one really helps you out, personally I like that. Unless I NEED help. Then Ill ask and I get the help I need. Other than that this is a great UO. Its also huge.

Nice store with architectural details that by themselves would make the visit worth it. The staff is nice and well trained. It is one of those places that anyone in the retail segment should stop by and take a look to see how it should be done. Nothing is left to chance, every little detail from architecture to the clothes presentation is fully thought for their target audience.

Okay so the clothes are obviously beautiful, no complaints there. But I had a pretty weird experience with the sales associates (this was today).The person who used my dressing room before me stole some socks and left all the tags on the floor (I didn’t notice when I went in there), and they assumed it was me. I came out and was getting in line to pay for my things, and they kept staring at me, and talking back and forth on their radios, but they said nothing to me. Then one of them came up to me and asked if I was buying jewelry, so I said yes and showed him. He said okay, and walked away, so I just shrugged it off as nothing. I checked out, and then the girl who was full-on staring at me stopped me and showed me the sock tags. I told her she could check my bag, and presented it to her, but she refused and asked me again. I told her again that I didn’t and she could check my bag, and she refused again and just said okay, before walking away. It was very, very weird. They didn’t apologize for mistakenly accusing me of shoplifting, or check my bag when I offered to let them, which they should’ve. They also waited until after I paid for the things I was buying to accuse me, which was rude on a number of levels because they knew that if they had accused me before checkout, I might’ve left. If they had been polite, I would’ve still bought things and willingly shown them my bag so they knew I wasn’t lying.I have worked as a sales associate before, so I know how dreadful it is to deal with shoplifters, and I would never do that to someone else. I know they were just doing their job, but there’s so many better ways to deal with shoplifters than that, and to apologize when you are mistaken.Honestly I’m a millennial, and I think people don’t want to be direct and actually talk to each other anymore. There was another sales associate who wanted me to move but just kinda stood there and reached her hands out. If you want someone to do something, just ask them! If you have a question for someone, ask them! If you mistakenly accuse someone, apologize. Goodness gracious.

Some of the employees here are stuck up. They show no more emotion act like you want to welcome someone. They need to work on talking to people and having great customer service.

I like their merchandise and this is a nice large store. Urban is very pricey though so its not somewhere I would go regularly. The greeter and reshelving people here seemed snooty and unfriendly though. It seemed as if they didnt really want anyone there. Or maybe its because I dont look like their typical wealthy (usually white) trendy twenty something. Make me feel that way and you reinforce why I dont go there so I just bought $10 worth of nail polish. Maybe the manager should try to pep the employees up and teach them to treat everyone as a valuable customer.

This store is doing a bait game. Advertising that “all home sale items 50% off”. Or “home all sale items 50% off”. It’s so very sad. Corporate giants trying to mislead teenagers. My daughter picked out items from the home section which was littered with signs around her items she picked up. And then when at the register with her hard earned money told. No. That only already on “sale” items in the home section are 50% off! Very disgusting choices by this company. The GM of the store Neive should be ashamed of herself. As well as the marketing corporate directors. Never will I shop here again.

Having family fun day was ruined by employee and manager. Started to rain and we stoped in the store instead of the manager inviting us in to take a look around her unprofessional staff and herself told us to leave asked us to step outside. Honestly I felt discriminated against during and racially profiled. Im super disappointed will never shop or recommend urban outfitters.

Unique and hip pieces, fashion statements. A lot of sales and specials on Cosmetics skincare nail polish. they also carry some interesting pieces for the bedroom or your car or some little gift ideas that are funky.

Urban Outfitters is my favorite store, but this location is awful! Employees are very unprofessional and they take forever! My item didn’t have a price tag and I waited fairly enough to get the price checked, but the cashier was rude, and told me that it’s customer’s fault and we ripped the price tag! Very disappointing!

First urban outfitters I ever went to. When I went back a couple of years back I wasn’t allowed to take a photo (I wanted to send it to a German friend to show her Urban Outfitters). Besides that, loved the location on 3rd.

This Urban is so nice. It is stocked with limited edition items. Many online only items are available. Dont sleep!

The staff are always cheery and helpful. The reasons why I gave it 3 stars are because, when I went, the sale section was a jungle and the checkout line was long and discouraging. Some clothes werent tagged or were miss-priced, and the racks were so stuffed that clothes were spilling out on the floor!

One of the bigger Urban Outfitters that Ive seen and the layout is very cool. Pretty much a standard Urban Outfitters but it has a little bit more selection due to the size of the store its also two stories and all the cool gadgets and gizmos are downstairs. It also has a pretty big collection of Music on LPs... always a fun place to check out

Store manager has a nasty attitude. She is not professional at all. She lied to my friend and I that she was a “ district manager “ she is not friendly at all, nor is she helpful. Does not respect her customers at all. She needs to train her associates right, when her colleagues calls for help she does not go, she will have you waiting for 5 mins just to send another manager over. She needs to get fired or get written up.

If youre looking for cool fashion forward eyewear this is definitely the place to go! Syrus who helped me pick out new glasses is the guy to see. I love love love my new frames and get compliments DAILY! He just knows what shapes look good on my face plus he is knowledgeable about the prescription. Ive worked with him twice now and just think hes the best! Thank you Syrus for all the time youve spent helping me with my frames!!!

I have this dream, you see. theres a photo booth on the basement level of Urban Outiftters. Ive been inside this booth several times, snapping pictures with friends and being a third wheel.In my dream, I visit this photo booth only this time I have a girlfriend. And we smile together.
