Rite aid has always been a go to store for different things we need. Great staff. Clean store.

This is a great drug store. The staff is helpful, friendly and informed. The location is always clean and neat. They have a good selection of cards. Two thumbs up.

I have gone to this store many times and had good experiences but today at 1:50 p.m. I went to the pharmacy and the woman who was at the drop off counter was truly one of the most unpleasant and rude individuals I have come across in the service industry. This is only the 2nd review I have ever written in my life which says something about how unpleasant this experience was. This individual should not be dealing with people who might already have stress from needing to visit a pharmacy.

The person working the pharmacy phone should look for a new job in the middle of the woods if she doesn’t like talking on the phone. Most rude pharmacy worker I’ve dealt with in a while and hung up before I could even ask another question. Would give zero stars if I could. People like her shouldn’t be talking to customers on the phone.

The employees always greet me.I get almost most of my personal items here.Shampoos conditioners face products.Great sales buy one get one free or buy one get the second 1/2 off.Can not beat their sales.Their ice cream very nice quality.

I have been going here since I have been a young man! I have always had a good experience and know the people there by face now. The location is always clean and the staff are always friendly!

Why are the pharmacists SO RUDE lol. Seems like a problem that’s existed for a couple years based on the other reviews here. It’s not that hard to have a templated polite response that ends with a “is there anything else I can help you with?” As far as I can tell you are paid hourly so why are you hanging up on customers? Gatekeeping is too real

Some of the rudest pharmacists I have ever encountered consistently. Everytime I go to have a prescription filled I encounter snappy, rude customer service. There is never an excuse as to why one should have to encounter such a lack of respect as a customer.

They have the ice cream ready for me by the time I reach the cashier!

It’s a pharmacy. Nothing really special here. Would you have a good selection of products and produc it’s a pharmacy. Nothing really special here. They do you have a good selection of products. And service staff seems nice enough.

They are great, they are fast and the whole place is very human scale. Parking is terrific and the check out people in the front are friendly and aware of the customers needs and how to accomodate them. Pharmacy is fast, helpful and very cost conscious.

They have a Thrifty ice cream store inside here which is pretty cool. The sections are also very organized with large signs.

I totally appreciate this pharmacy. They went above and beyond for me - worked with my doctor and called me when everything was ready. No waiting, no hassles. Ive come here several times and had very personal assistance.

Not to far from my home. I like coming here frequently because Im such an avid shopper... ha-ha-ha But this last time I came I was a little disappointed.. Its safe to say either their workers are really lazy or they dont have enough of them. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say they dont have enough of them.. I wanted to buy ice cream it was a hot day and I wanted ice cream. With no line insight it took them about 20 minutes to find someone that could assist me.. If it wasnt for the way I was taught I would have jumped over the counter myself and scooped the ice cream of course I would have paid. communication rite aid, it goes a long way.

I am giving only 2 stars bc of the lack of customer service by the Pharmacist (Jan 7 afternoon). I was very clear about wc cough ingredient I was looking for. She let me look for 2 different brands. The 2nd time she said oh, I dont think we have just that ingredient. I was VERY clear initially that I was looking specifically for just that ingredient. So I went to a diff Rite Aid and the Pharmacist himself walked me to the meds and answered my questions. Thank you.

The store itself is pretty good. However, the pharmacy, which use to be great, I now have had multiple problems with. Most recently.... I went to pick up my moms prescription and but a few things. I went to pay with a check, and, as has happened sooo many times in the past the check machine was not working right. So very nice and innocent person that was helping me then called Dave over. Well he couldnt get it to work either and then proceeded to be EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful towards me. Needless to say, I have switched to the rite on 14th st pharmacy, and although I occasionally have to get moms meds at 18th st, I try to avoid Dave like the plague that he is. They should get rid of Dave and bring back Mimi.

The pharmacy here is the worst Ive ever experienced. They are inefficient and unprofessional and extremely dangerous. I just went to pick up medicine for my wife and after having the prescription for several days, they said they couldnt read the doctors handwriting and asked if I knew what it said. Then they said they would figure it out and were about to fill a prescription without certainty of what it said. This is not the first time. Once I took home medicine for someone else. Thank goodness I caught the mistake before swallowing someone elses drugs. Its a dangerous, inefficient pharmacy and should be regulated asap.

First time ever at Rite Aid!!My friends and I went last night to thete rite=aid at 18th and Wilshire in Santa Monica to buy a soda and a bottle of tequila, we got to the registered i pulled my IDs out of my wallet and joke about it saying if there was a discount for senior citizens, ( we all three are close to our fifties) .I didnt realised my drivers license was expired, she told me they dont take expired ID, an no Mexicans IDs, ( even is officially issued by the Mexican goverment), The lady asked another cashier if she can take them, the other lady and the other lady said no, I told them i know the law, them i asked to talk to the manager and to my surprise the manager was the one who didnt authoried my purchase (Liz) i tough it was ridiculous that three old, clean cut, not drunk guys, could not buy a small bottle of tequila because of poor judgement or criteria from somebudy incharge of running a million dollar store operation, dont get me wrong i have my own business and we handle alcohol, I have our employees trairned on ABC regulations, this wasnt a kid trying to buy alcohol with a fake ID, anyways we went and took our business to the rite aid on 14th and Wilshire and they took my MEXICAN ID as good, if this ever happen again we ( my family and friends) will take our business to Wallgreens or CVS!ADIOS!
