Shopping and purchasing a Mattress at Purple was a pleasant experience. We worked with Bryna. She patiently described the benefits, & pros and cons of each mattress. After we selected the Mattress of our choice, she casually introduced us to the Platform - she sold us as we werent thinking about a Platform.Next, we had to shop for a Bed that would accommodate the Mattress & Platform that we just purchased from Purple. Thus, we called Bryna to help us with the Dimensions of the Mattress and Platform. Not only was Bryna available to take the call, but she graciously worked with us and the sales representative from another store to assure us that the dimension worked.What I like most about this pleasant experience is that Bryna always asked us if we had any more questions. I truly found her to be really candid, happy, smiling young lady. I really appreciated that most; well, the phone call discussing the dimensions - what a life save!!!!!! Shes the BEST!!!!! Her demeanor was superior. Thank you, Bryna,Furthermore, Bryna followed-up with us a couple of times ensuring that the Mattress & Platform were delivered.

I’ve visited this showroom a couple times and honestly it’s been so great every time. It’s a mattress store but there’s no pressure involved like other stores - maybe the location helps, but it’s a comfortable setting to try stuff out in. The salespeople are also super friendly and go the extra mile for you. Bryna was especially helpful finding/combining a few deals to make sure I got the best price on a new mattress and a few things like sheets and pillows. Thanks Bryna!

First of all I want to say thank you so much to Bryna from purple in Santa Monica showroom. I had been eyeing the mattress and the pillow for quite a while but I really wanted to test them out first. I decided to go to the show room in Santa Monica and Bryna was so sweet and very knowledgeable of all purple products from knowing what mattress is best for your sleeping position as well as pillow. She was extremely patient with me as well, I like to lay on the mattresses and it took me approx 1 hour to decide which mattress to choose from and Bryna was not rushing me she was describing the differences to me from the mattresses and pillows. I highly recommend u to ask for Bryna when u walk into their show room, she will help u with anything u need and any doubts you have. I ended up leaving with 2 pillows the mattress the base and sheets. Thank you so much Bryna for helping me choose the mattress and pillows to my needs and physique 🤗 I am so far loving everything!

What a mattress! I was looking for some new items for my place - a mattress was not what I was looking for that day. The sales woman Bryna at the Santa Monica store was knowledgeable and took time to explain what they call purple sleep system. With that smile I thought she was the manager and brushed her off. But she corrected me. Good old fashion customer service and eye contact is my reason to go back to buy. I am a big guy so a good mattress is important. I will be back

I have always wanted a Purple mattress, and before I bought one earlier this year, I wanted to see and feel the mattress of my desire, as well as the sheets and pillows. Erin Hamilton was such a great help when I went in. She was super patient and answered the hundreds of questions I had for her, and my familys questions. The whole process was so easy because of her. The assistance of Bryna and Sean made the experience even better. I am so glad I was able to visit the store, see the products in person, and buy the best mattress I have ever slept on. Thank you!

The first time we visited the store to get information and learn about purple bed we were greeted by Bryna. She spent time with us to provide information and not try to sell which we appreciated. My first trip to purple I was greeted by a cheerful and very informed sales person named Bryna. She walked me through all things purple and efficiently educated me on the structure and types of mattresses. I went back to purchase a pillow but unfortunately she was not there. The pillow experience was frustrating and and inefficient, but that’s a different review. I went back a third time to purchase a bed and luckily Bryna was there to Shepard my wife and I through the ordering/delivery process, which once again she did with efficiency and a cheery attitude. After the sale, I had some problems that had been created by the pillow salesperson, but after spending a short time in chat and 40 minutes on the phone with support, I decided to call the store and once again Bryna to the rescue. She fixed my data problems in short order. My wife and I happen to own a retail store so we recognize exceptional sales talent when we see it. If you’re looking into a purple mattress, I advise you to ask for Bryna!

About 3 or 4 days ago I went to shop for a matress for my mother I was attended by a gentleman named Sean he was so helpful he made me feel so confident in my purchase and helped me find what was right for me hw made me comfortable and excited for my new bed set-up Im hoping anyone who is looking for great customers service can ask for Sean by name, I can say with experience that he is the man to make it happen in the most professional manner possible. Very satisfied Im definitely coming back for my self very soon.

Bryna welcomed me into the store and helped me purchase the OG Purple. She was very thorough and informative and made the buying process quick, easy, and simple.

Went to the store to test and decide on which level of mattress suited my needs best and Audrey and Rebecca were so amazing and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions and informing me of the different mattresses. Also once I had made a decision, they were great at helping me checkout and find any applicable promo codes to make sure I got the best deal! Cannot stress enough how easy they made the mattress buying process which I imagined to be difficult and a pain.

I absolutely LOVE this store!! Amazing attentive and super personable staff (Im talking about you Rebecca and Audrie! Y’all both deserve raises for the AMAZING job you’re doing so keep it up!!!!) who really care about their product and making sure you as a customer love it too!I got a purple mattress back in 2016 (back before they even had different types of mattresses like they do now!) and they have SO MANY MORE amazing things than they used to! The lumbar pillow and ultimate seat cushion I highly recommend for anyone who either works an office job sitting or doing long distance driving or trips, they make a world of difference (I tested it on a 7 hour drive up california and a 7 hour drive back in one day and my butt wasn’t sore or uncomfortable at all!)The mattresses are life-changing especially if you suffer from chronic lower back pain like I do, knowing that you will wake up the next morning and not have to worry about how bad you’re going to be hurting has literally made me cry when it first happened.The Lightweight Duvet is sooooooo comfy! I always sleep warm and used to wake up a lot because of it, which is part of what drew me to Purple in the first place. The lightweight Duvet is PERFECT for anyone like me that wants comfort and breathability without having to be cold! (And if you are worried you will be too warm, I live in Los Angeles and the duvet is excellent, even in the middle of July!) My ONLY criticism of the Duvet is that purple doesn’t make a duvet cover of their own. This would make the Duvet absolutely perfect! (You have the technology, make it happen so I can buy it dangit!)Pajamas. Made from the Purple Sheets fabric. ‘nough said. Don’t believe me? Go to the storefront and FEEL them. I’ll wait.Lastly, The pillows are amazing (I have 1 original, 2 harmony and 2 plush and original is still my favorite but the twin-cloud ones are AMAZING!). If you are looking to change your entire life, this is the place to start!!
