Wonderful service, and they did a great job. Very good safety protocols, nice communicating about options and choices, and they made it all very easy. The results were fantastic, and we’ll be back.

Such a great experience today. After a slight snafu (not their fault) the new manager, Taylor, went so far out of her way to accommodate me and kept in contact all day. Extremely professional and kind and wanted to make sure I was going to get my brows done before a trip, even if it meant doing it herself. They wound up squeezing me in with Gina. I am picky and my brows look INCREDIBLE. Gina was super sweet and quick, absolutely flawless work. I’ve been going elsewhere but they have me back as a client.

It was very easy to book an appointment for the time and day I needed. When I walked in my appointment started on time with Gina. She was amazing. She listened to my needs and wanted to make sure I was happy with the final result. I had planned on getting laminated brows this week but that is canceled bc my brows look better than I could have imagined. The product she suggested was perfect for my needs and I get complements every where. I will be back.

I have been going to Benefit Montana for a while, and appreciate the consistent good work. Yesterday, I had a trio done by Noemi. She was wonderful! Super personable, professional, and took her time to make me look beautiful! Great experience and will book with her again.

So happy I finally discovered Benefits BrowBar!!! Ive had a few appointments now with Noemy to do brow tints/wax/tweeze over the last several months, and could not be more pleased with my brows. She is super friendly & I always look forward to seeing her. The appointments are very easy to book online, the store itself is super cute w/ lots of street parking, the staff is extremely welcoming & polite, and the services are very affordable, especially for LA. One of my favorite things about coming here is they are always running on-time and Im in and out in under 30 minutes, which makes it really easy to visit during the work day. The staff is always super helpful when asking questions on their services & products too (ie when to get a spray tan, etc). Another thing I love about coming here is they arent pushing you hard to buy a ton of their products with every visit, which I find really makes the experience even more great because Im on a tight budget. I have purchased several new products I hadnt used before for brows & tint maintenance since coming here, and each of them were recommended to me after I asked specific questions or ones used during the service that I really loved. :)

First of all the main lady was very passive aggressive. Second their appointments are every 15 mins which IS NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR AN APPOINTMENT because she rushed my lips and DIDNT PUT ANY LOTION TO HELP THE HEALING WHICH LEFT A BURN ON MY LIPS. I am in a lot of pain and they were just rushed but that’s not my fault. They need more time between appointments. They stopped halfway through my appointment to help a customer but then were stuck there for 10 mins which is half of my time which then made her next appointment collide with mine.

This adorable store has everything you need to make your eyebrows pop and these ladies are the brow experts of the westside! Its not inexpensive, but the quality is far superior to drugstore products. And Ive tried them all!

Great place if you are with Nicole. I get my brows tinted every month here. The past 2 times I was here I was with Debbie and she did an AWFUL job on my brow tint. I had to ask 3-4 times for her to clean up the tint she got all over my skin, and left the shop with tint all over my face. Very very disappointed. The gals at the w3rd shop do a much better job. I’d recommend to go there first.

I can not express how thankful I am to these beautiful ladies, everywhere I go for eyebrows, No One does them perfect for me, I stumbled upon this place, Seel (Im sure Im spelling her name wrong sorry) was AWESOME AMAZING, she made my brows Alive again in 5minutes ! Then Nicole waxed them PERFECTLY ! I literally walked out crying from how SWEET PROFESSIONAL NURTURING THE WHOLE CREW WAS THERE ! & on top of all that the Price was far less than an UNPROFESSIONAL nail shop, that dont care what their doing to your browsLove you guys always will be a customer!

Affordable, quick, easy, everyone was very friendly, and my lash tint looks great.

Walked in & needed assistance choosing a foundation & was wanting to replace some of my make-up. Got told to sit & wait. Waited 20 mins (while one of the ladies finished a brow wax & then took her break). Ended up leaving & replaced my entire make up collection at another store on the Avenue

Like another reviewer commented, services are hit or miss. I used to come in regularly for waxing but my last experience left me wanting. My esthetician didn’t introduce herself, she didn’t remove hairs that the wax hadn’t removed, and just wasn’t very friendly. I’ll be trying another place next time.

Difficult to book sometimes but worth the inconvenience.
