I was referred to do business with hangups unlimited, and it was not a good experience.The website is so confusing, so I called and explained I was a new customer. After explaining my project, I thought I new what to order.The hardware shows up, and besides being utterly cheap hardware, it simply wasnt what I was told it would be.After calling and speaking with the manager, I was told I should have ordered the correct product!I asked for her boss, whom apparently no one is allowed to speak with???So I emailed him.Bottom line they wont take the order back and could careless about what happened. So I now have 60.00 worth of useless cheap product.I really had high hopes, cause I run a sign business and was looking for a vendor like this, or so I thought.

They have brands you won’t find in other hardware store but staff isnt very knowledgable.

I got here last weekend looking for home appliances for affordable prices and I hit the mother load on this place. I went home feeling satisfied.
