I needed storage (safe and clean) quickly in Santa Monica today for some left over things that didnt make the office move. I found an amazing Task Rabbit mover and called Extra Space. I worked with Christian (who was patient and wonderful) on the phone and he hooked me up immediately with a unit and stayed on the phone with me. Within fifteen minutes, I signed papers via email, had a text sent to me with my gate code and unit number and was inside. The lock was inside the unit waiting for me. Later in the day, the Manager, Terry, called me to check in on my experience and to note that she walked by the unit to make sure it was all ok. Really, this business is wonderful. I have used a few storage areas around and they feel unsafe and dark. Thanks Extra Space!

Extra Space Storage (Cloverfield location in Santa Monica) has been fantastic during my nearly year-long downsizing project which necessitated renting four storage spaces. Terri chose them very carefully so they were in close proximity to each other. Which I so appreciated! The building and parking lot is impeccably maintained. A+ cleanliness. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. My project just wound down to the need for only one long-term storage unit. So I have let the other three go. Which is good because Terri told me there is a waiting list. This is definitely the best place in Santa Monica for long / short term storage! A+++

The building exterior, as much as the has a clean look to it, unlike many storage companies the warehouse district. To us: CLEAN is good.The next morning, I dropped by to see if they had any small storage rooms available.As I entered the lobby, the person in charge also surfaced from the private back area.We each met with a smile.I related I wanted to rent a small unit for a few months.She said, “I have an idea. You are going to love the room I will show you. Come with me.” A personal tour? Sure.For what must be their smallest, lowest-cost, little-but-immaculate space: Terri closed up the office and accompanied me nearby to the perfect space for my cartons.Most businesses will give you a map and suggest that YOU go find what you’re looking for!She repeated the couple turns we’d made, suggesting that writing them down was the easy way never to get lost in the long-but-well-lighted hallways.I was being treated and regarded as if I were the billionaire, paying $5,000a month storage rent—instead of a fraction of that.The woman there, recalling her name as Terri, greeted me with a smile, locked up the office, personally walked me to the projected storage room she had selected, and made it special. Review for Terry at Extra Space Storage 1707 Cloverfield Blvd.I currently keep all my work gear in my locker,so I go there every morning and night to pick it up and drop it off. I had an unfortunate accident where I was attacked and robbed and ended up in the hospital for a few weeks and my locker payment got declined due to the people taking all my thing and spending all the money in my debit card. I got out of the hospital and explained my situation. Terry was very understanding and she understood I had to get in my locker to go to work, so I could get money to get my life back on track. One of the things I had to do was catch up on my locker payment. I am currently back in the saddle and getting Everything back in order and I am all caught up on my Storage Locker Payment. Ive had many storage units in the past. This location is by far the cleanest and best customer service I have ever experienced. Terri the store manager is really friendly and helpful. Most storage facilities I have used are cramped, run down, dirty and depressing. This location is the polar opposite. Clean, open and well maintained. Lots of parking and flat load in door area. So no ramps to just get into the building. I can not recommend them enough.

I cant say enough about the customer service experience here at the Extra Storage locates near 26th and Bergamont. Terri, Will and others were very helpful not only when I moved in, but recently over a misunderstanding over my unit fees. Things are kosher now and I am very glad to have my belongings there.

I had unusual storage needs (a unit thatgenerally stays cool but doesnt need to be full climate controlled), and after speaking with many storage companies, the manager Perri was super helpful and professional for finding the exact unit for me under hard deadlines on my side. I left my belongings with a peace of mind, which after multiple storage unit experiences, is completely worth it for any higher cost associated with the location.

Just moved to town and called on short notice. Terry was super helpful getting everything setup and as seem less as possible.

Its very clean and the manager Terri was very nice and accommodating. I rarely saw other tenants when I was there moving things in and out and parking was always open, usually right next to the load out area.

Ive interacted with many storage facilities for myself, family, friends and colleagues over the years and this one stands head and shoulders above the rest, no question about it.Terry always brought a personal touch to my experience there. She would remember who I was and what I did, and it just felt like wed always pick up our conversation right where we left off. She understood my trucking business needs and she always made me feel like I must have been the only person there but I know she makes everyone feel that way and thats rare.The location and upkeep of this facility is impossible to beat if you live in Santa Monica. Conveniently located just off the highway with easy access to main veins of the city.Everything was always spotless and even at night through the double coded doors and great lighting everything was secure.Couldnt recommend this facility or Terrys help more highly.

Terry, the manager is amazing and has come to our rescue more than once!We were out of town and furniture was delivered earlier than promised.Not able to fly back due to family commitments, Terry was able to accept delivery, I procured another storage unit in Chicago and had it transferred to Santa Monica so that she was able to put the items in the new storage unit.She goes above and beyond! Her positive personality has made these last 20 months so much easier than we would have expected.

This is a VERY well maintained property. I feel very safe leaving my things here and each unit is cleaned out after every single use. Terri the store manager is seriously the nicest person I have ever dealt with. And I mean that from the bottom of my heart. She has made the whole experience truly fantastic and has always accommodated my needs perfectly when I needed to move to a bigger unit. She is truly a wonderful person and I will ALWAYS send people here when they need to use a storage space. The grounds are kept beautiful and very very clean. I will be back no doubt about that. My company had a few units there until yesterday and I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff here. Terry was helpful every time we were here and she always made sure that the place was spotless. Thank you so much for everything Terry.As far as the place goes, doors are big and as a whole it’s very well lit. One small quirk is that you have to be coming north on cloverland to get into the driveway.

I walked in to inquire about renting a large space and she hooked me up with a 10x20 unit on the ground floor under the first month free promo! I was out of there within 30 minutes and the vacate process was just as breezy. The facilities are clean and safe (not stuffy & sketchy like some other places) and easy access right off the 10. Terri was friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again and highly recommend! :)

My rent was reasonable for what I needed and I did ask about other rental options as well such as a parking space for a work truck.My items were safe with Extra Space Storage as their security system was outstanding.I would rent with Extra Space Storage again should I need to in the future!

Both were very professional and informative and answered all of my questions. I asked to see some of the units that were available and Eddy eagerly showed me. I was quite impressed on how clean the grounds were, as well as the office. I would highly recommend this site if you are in the market for a storage facility.

Extra Space Storage in Santa Monica is the best storage facility in Los Angeles. Ive had storage units in several places throughout the city and found a great home for my business equipment at this location. What separates this facility from the others is the cleanliness and customer service. Jessica the manager is so friendly and helpful, it really feels like they care about the customer here. Ive used the storage unit for about 4 years and have had a fantastic experience. Its climate controlled, has huge doors to load in/out, and is very secure. Its also in a great location on the Westside, right off of the 10 Freeway. You cant go wrong with Jessica and Extra Space Storage.

Yes, I have successfully moved out of unit 578, in fact I completed my exit yesterday, around 1 pm. Im not very skilled with online media, so let me repeat here what I told the staff in person yesterday.Extra Space Storage on Cloverfield Blvd. in Santa Monica, CA surpassed my highest expectations.When you enter the facility, everything seems to sparkle -- the floors are shiny, the units look and smell fresh, the lighting and air conditioning are great (especially in the HOT summer of 2017), and above all, the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.Whenever I had a question, it was answered quickly, and often the staff person had an additional suggestion that made my work go faster and easier.The first person I met was Roy, then Jessica, who helped me every step of the way, then Terry during my final days of moving out.I will tell friends and family about the great experience I had at Extra Space Storage on Cloverfield.
