No parking. If you are disabled youll need to go elsewhere. No ramps, no rails and the only parking is not achievable for disabled people.

Terrible. The guy in here is super unhelpful.Needed a pre paid envelope to portugal to send to embassy. First he claimed he can’t do it (a UPS store???), then he gave he a slip to fill in all the addresses when I had them printed out for him. He was clearly trying to make me leave as he didn’t want to provide this service for some reason.

To the bitter, old, rude man that runs the store thank you for showing me how not to be when I get older. You are the epitome of evil and darkness that the world does not need. Your aggressive attitude and and clear anger you take out on people is obviously a demon you are battling with. I’m sorry life has not shown you how to be compassionate towards other people. As humans the only thing we can offer one another is kindness. If this is something I can learn at a young age then this is something you should have already learned at whatever age you are.

We could not be happier with the service we received at this store. My wife and I needed to have 4 larger items including an antique clock and wall shelf unit shipped to Washington state. Suzy was very professional and detailed in providing estimates. Aldo did an amazing job packing the items which arrived undamaged. The price we were charged was very fair. Five big stars.

Terrible rude service and complete lack of professionalism.

It is really nice to have great customer service when you are executing a boring job like shipping a package. Counter guy was really nice and very helpful. They were very efficient. I have been to other UPS stores and I will always return to this one. He made sure that I got an email confirmation and explained exactly when the package will get there etc. Highly recommend.

One of the best UPS Store locations in the city. Customer service is excellent. All the staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. I never have to wait long, even when its busy. Andrew and Aldo normally help me and they are terrific. :)

This is the only place to go for your PO Box needs. Ive been using their Box services for about 2 years now for both my personal and business mail and could not be more satisfied. I can call to see if I have any mail before I make the trip AND BEST OF ALL I get a real street address for my box and great customer service all year! Highly recommended.

I had four packages to ship to NY. it would have cost me around $330.00. they recommended to put them in two boxes so we could same. We end of by paying almost half of that. they are very nice and helpful. I recommend them to everybody.

I have a mailbox, very happy with the service. I like that they are open on Sundays. The store is very well kept, and organized. The staff is helpful and through. I recommend this store over other locations. Excellent service!

Not recommended, deceitful owner/manager.Dont ever admit you need help and dont know ups offering. They will try to overcharge you with unnecessary services in a bad atmosphere.Simply avoid.

Very happy I found this place. Amazing staff, EXCELLENT service. I run a small business and I have a mailbox at this UPS store with 24-hour access. They offer many services such as shipping, packing, printing, faxing, notary and passport service. I highly recommend this UPS store for your needs.

Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a big package to be shipped not only they helped me carry it in the store, they even packed it for me. Due to the nature of my work, I needed to set up an account and mail box, the staff was so helpful, she took her time explaining my options and what suited the best for me. Thank you!!!!!!!!

The most helpful staff ever. I had to send an important letter to NY by Saturday. Manager helped me with that, not only he saved me 15% but he also got the letter to N.Y. on Friday. I will always go to this store. you should too

I came to this location to ship out a few items and I was given the best service I have ever received. They helped me put everything together in one package and protected the box so I felt secure it was going to arrive unscathed. I have shipped many times with UPS but it was this location who really took care of my needs. Thanks!!

Not enough parking and one the employee was rude

I came in to print out a couple of pages from a flash drive. I was instructed to use the computer to print the documents and was immediately charged for 8 minutes of computer usage (their minimum) in addition to the documents printed. Ive never seen such a blatant rip off from a print shop.
