Mariana was outstanding technical, customer service experience and most of all patience her audible was pleasant. Brianna customer service as I came put the broom away as I was the first customer of the day, she greet me professionally and help me select a phone that would give good features for my budget, knowledge is king she wow her products.

I went in to ask for help transferring my data to a new phone. Rodrigo was so polite and patient with everyone who came into the store. He efficiently transferred my data with a smile. Thank you, Rodrigo.
Went into Cricket to buy a case for my new Iphone 11. Jessica G the sales associate tells me that the cases she shows me are for the Iphone 11. I go home and check the case and it says it only fit the Iphone XS Max and realize its too big for my phone, okay no problem Ill just exchange it for one that fits my phone or return it. Jessica G overcharged me for $30 instead of the $24.99 that the price sticker said, okay no problem its only $5. When I go back Jessica G tells me that I am unable to return it or exchange it for a case that fits my phone. I let her know what the receipt says, Returns accepted at original point of purchase within 7 days, and that same online policy that clearly states the same policy for Cricket retail stores and my case is brand new. I let her know that she gave me bad advice on a product that didnt fit my phone and she told me that You shouldve looked before you bought it. Very unprofessional especially since shes the one that gave me the bad advice and I trusted her and she revealed that she has only been working there for a month. She calls her manager Alfonso Mejia on the phone and her manager tells her to take down my phone number so he can call me tomorrow and she gives me his email so he can explain the policy. I never received a phone call or an email response from the manager Alfonso Mejia. What a coincidence the day after the Incident a fraudulent charge on my credit card is reported in Australia. What a shady place I feel bad for the undocumented people who are unable to report this business or stand up for their rights. The good thing is that I disputed the charges with my bank.

Everything was good till i find the people on the store over charge meAnd the wors make me pay insurance and when i need a new phone they give a number and put me on charge of claim call the azurion insurance they make impossible for me to get the replacement of my phone put me to print pages and never healp me so my recommendation is the service is good butt the insurance is a robe the people in store and online are the worst is like they being train to not healp and is a frustrating waist of time plus their phone are junk and expencive
