I had the BEST phone shopping experience at the T-Mobile store in Santa Paula last week, July 2021. Jose Mendez took the time to understand my needs and helped me select the phone and service that TOTALLY meets my requirements.My Moto ACE works well, and it was easy to set up and start using right away when I got home.I highly recommend this store, Jose Mendez, Randall (who helpfully finished up the sale when Jose needed to work with another customer), and Yaneli who was also wonderfully friendly and helpful.The colorful T-Mobile drinking cup is like a dessert to a wonderful phone shopping feast! Randall is awesome. He has helped me multiple times and has been knowledgeable, and very patient because I usually have alot of questions. Ive been a TMobile customer for more than 10 years now, first with prepaid. Thank Randall and T-Mobile.

I just switched over from boost mobile and was a bit hesitant at first since I knew nothing about T-Mobile.But Yaneli was very knowledgeable and answered any questions or concerns we had. She was incredibly friendly and overall gave us a wonderful experience. She provided us with excellent service by going out of her way to ensure we were satisfied and knew exactly what was going on! Something Id never had at any of the Boost Mobile locations. So Thank you Yaneli for helping us and being so patient, thorough and kind!

I went to pay my bill this morning and the guy Beto helped me out. The guy seemed sick he had a runny nose, he kept sneezing and the worst thing was that while i was waiting for my receipt he used his hand to clean off the mucus from his nose.I just told him that i didnt needed the receipt anymore. I dont understand why they have this guy working when he could have covid 19.

Customer service was great staff was very knowledgeable professional courteous and friendly they answered all my questions to the best of their abilities and my issue was resolved in a timely manner!!!

Great service

My wife and I were in the store and the manager there didnt seem to want to help my wife set up her new iPhone. He wasnt very helpful and gave her the wrong instructions. Later on in the day my wife went into a store the groceries in the store clerk helped her set up her phone. Ive always had great service from T-Mobile but will never go back to this store. Very unprofessional

I was very disappointed at the way my husband was treated. My sister was going to start service with you but an associate interrupted in his conversation about nothingthat had to do with what was being said. And asked my husband to leave the store.

Sales people were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient with setting me up with my phone plan and were extremely patient! Definitely recommend them! :)

They were very rude, one of their phones did not work and when I went for the guarantee they gave me an excuse and when they sent it they sent it to another address.
