Nice hang out place Santa Paula is especially today when I cashed my points at this Starbucks location. Very sunny relaxed atmosphere in and out. I drink decaf which seemed strong enough along with a sandwich.

Stopped by after work for a quick meal and was seated right away. The food was pretty tasty and service was great. The popcorn chicken was delicious and the cheesy corn was perfect. Definitely recommend!

This Starbs always has the nicest staff ever. Even though when it’s super busy they still try to get you in and out as fast as possible. Everyone here deserves a raise!

Not just because the food is great. And trust me it is. But I also like what the business is all about. They pay their employees well and treat their employees right, and you get service and food reflective of that at a time when a lot of restaurant owners are complaining about finding workers because they dont do these things.

SP Starbucks always has the nicest staff. Can get busy often because its the only drive thru in town. Makes your drinks as specified, no complaints here besides its normally busy

I never post or review any place unless they get it wrong so many times where Im just over it and done. This place never gets my drink right. Id honestly rather commute to the one by VC to get my drink because it is so much easier and quicker than waiting 20-30 min to get my drink wrong. The people are polite and greet you everytime but frankly that is not enough for me to return to this location.

For the most part, the staff is friendly and upbeat, but the line and wait times are a joke.

Super easy access here! Drive through only took about 1-2 minutes with a couple cars in front of us. High quality service, especially during the Covid crisis when its better to just pick up and go. Definitely will return.

I love the staff there, they are so nice and I never have a bad drink or the wrong one, even though sometimes the staff have there and days they do there work with a smile on there faces.

If you want regular coffee ( which all other Starbucks give it to you right at the register) this one you have to wait ( for regular no special coffee) really !!

Its a Starbucks! With the usual high levels of efficiency and quality. This one has a weird quirk however, in that (if you are inside) they call your name when your FIRST item is ready - not when your last item is ready. Which can make for some confusion and false starts...

I went in today to get my usual coffee. I love the staff that work there, they are always nice. Today in particular this young lady was taking my order when (I believe is her manager) threw her a food item at her, not hitting her but threw it on by the cash register very rudely. I’m not quite sure what it was but she rudely walked away without saying a words. The cashier handled it very well and continued taking my order. I knew she was or is the manager because I have talk to her in the past about some mistake made on my drink.I went around 7ish in the morning.I’m writing this because people come here to write about how the staff treated the costumer or how their drinks were, but it should also be address how the employees are being treated.

First off let me start off by saying I dont drink coffee or come into any coffee shop that offtenx With that said I thought I would get the wife coffee and the kids an non caffeinated beverage. I went inside and ordered 3 drinks 1 hot 2 cold (same kind). I received the hot drink first then a few minutes later 1 of the cold drinks, after about 5 minutes and multiple drive through orders complete they finished the last one, by this time no more hot coffee for the wifey. I dont understand why they would make a hot drink first if I have to wait up to 10 minutes for the entire order to be finished. And secondly I never understood why drive thru orders are first in line when ( I feel drive thru customers are to lazy to get out and interact with others) now that im done with my rant the employees where nice and polite. Would go again for a nice treat for the wife

1.) I enjoy the white chocolate mocha. 2.) Its posted in an area thats next to a grocery store, fast-food, Dennys restaurant. 3.) You can kick back & enjoy your company, or alone.. 4.) Service at Starbucks is awesome. Nice, polite, Respectful employees that attend you. Rate 💯%.

I went with my partner, who is a Starbucks fan - I am not. The wait for her coffee was too long, as usual. It was busy, but there was lots of room to stand around and wait. Quite a big store and lots of emphasis on re-usable materials - that was nice to see.

Long as line! Wait time is MUCH TOO Long! Big mistakes making it a drive-thru, they definitely need to relocate it to a much larger lot! They have the money for it! Also, my Venti coffee was 3/4 full.

I had a drink made at the other Starbucks and came to this location to get it remade and Brian was extremely nice, friendly and took care of it. Thank you again. Also the team members here are always so nice and welcoming.

Customer service is very nice, but they are for some reason extremely slow. If you are in a hurry this would not be the ideal place. The place itself is a great Starbucks its large enough to go with friends, study, have a meeting or go by yourself to just enjoy some coffee. Outside is enjoyable and large as well. The place is always CLEAN, which is great! I had to give it a 3 star due to the lag and the coffee isnt always on point, but they are always helpful to make it right again.

This location really is the best in Ventura County. The baristas are so friendly and genuine. Miguel is remarkable.Great hire, Starbucks.

Honestly I don’t understand how they want to stay in business. It’s currently 8:10 New Year’s Eve and the doors are closed. I looked at their hours posted on their door and it says that on New Year’s Eve they’re open until 9. I don’t get why only the drive thru is open.

Santa Paula Starbucks is soooooo much better than Fillmore. I stopped here because I feel as tho SP gets my order right and is open when I need them to be. Fillmor e SB is such a disapoint.

I LOVE STARBUCKS COFFEE but the cashier wouldnt accept my $50 bill and I said wow Im to rich for dis place then my friend was getting a drink and he gave them $20 bill and they accept but took for ever to make like we were there for I think an hour or 2

This is a nice newer Starbucks - lots of traffic. The parking lot is kinda a scramble because lots of different businesses use it but the store is nice. The customer service has always been great.

Im recognize especially when its person with my first name. Long term employee 2 are really good they been here since its Grand Opening. I had some disappointed but they help with alternative.

Would like to give more stars but unfortunately the service is not what it should be. Our star bucks shop is beautiful but slow service and not very friendly. 😣

I ordered a iced white mocha with no whip cream,Well they got my order wrong and they put whipped cream on it2 days later I go again and order a venti iced caramel macchiato and they charged me for a venti and gave me a tallSame week and I decide Im going again hoping they get it right this time well wrong again I ordered a venti vanilla iced latte and they gave me a venti iced black coffee with vanilla syrup, it was so disgusting and so sweet I couldnt even drink it

I swang by the Starbucks in Santa Paula to get a smores frap n a dragon fruit drink this afternoon around 6:30 pm and the drive thru wasnt busy with the exception of 1 car that beat me to the drive thru by a matter of seconds. The service was super slow eventhough the place wasnt busy at the time. I seriously felt like backing up and taking off because the service was way too slow, but I couldnt becuase i already had like 4 cars behind me. A young man named Sergio was the one who helped me and he had a smirk on his face/look like Im gonna take my sweet time helping you, besides the fact that it looked like he was goofing off/joking around with another young male employee there. After I payed, I got my drinks, then my card (maybe 30 secs later) but the receipt wasnt offered to me. So since Sergio simply said thank you when he handed me my card back and closed the window, I waited about a minute b4 he acknowledged me, that I was still there, and opened the window and asked me if I needed something. So I told/asked him if I could get my receipt, to which he looked at the side of the register and got my receipt and handed it to me and said here you go. So as far as the drinks go, they were good but as far as customer service I would say the manager might want to retrain Sergio and the other male employees that were there and if not, get some new ones.

My favourite Starbucks staff is awesome they interact with the customer always friendly and always have a smile for you.

This is the most effecient Starbucks I have ever been in. Its always crowded because its the only one in Santa Paula, but the staff is incredible.

Service is slow and staff needs to be better trained in customer service. Bagel cold by the time I got my latte. Barista kept stopping making my drink to wait on other people. WYD? 4 people working?

Starbucks was the best they have the best drinks they are super good even the deserts are good.

The staff here are great, personable, and work hard to get to know me and my order. Rarely have the messed up an order and when they do are so quick at fixing it, they might as well of not made a mistake at all.
