Amazing customer service! As customers walk in you are greeted with, Hi, Welcome! and when you leave Thank you, have a nice day/night! They are always busy but they always have someone to help open a register or help with self check out. Letty, Sheryl, Jesus, Adriana, Leo, Dora and Alex are a great team and always helping customers. Definitely 5 star customer service!Also if you like to save money sign up for their Carepass. You can grab detergent or $10 worth of merchandise for only $5 a month.
Went here for Covid vaccine. Their process is organized and simple. Staff is friendly. Location is easy to find. If you have an appointment and follow their requirements/recommendations, youll likely have your shot done within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment. It does not get much better.
Fantastic people working here. they see you waiting they will open up another lane. All the pharmacy techs have a great personality. And the pharmacy manager tung is very helpful and knows me by name.
Very impressed with the level of customer service here. I have been here several times now and each time I have had issues with the insurance and the terrible doctors office that I was going to. Multiple members of the staff have gone out of their way on each occasion to assist me with insurance and staying on top of the doctors office to get the right scripts and work with me to ensure they were the right ones for me.20 years of medical issues and many pharmacy visits, this has been the absolute best experience on each occasion.
They are always very pleasant. They are very busy in the Pharmacy because they have a lot of high tech options, facilities can electronically submit prescriptions and they have auto refill AND they accept Medi-Cal which Rite Aid DOES NOT DO currently, putting a huge burden on them as a big pharmacy with great hours supplying for low income families. I understand why I am waiting, if you dont have Medi-Cal go try Rite Aid that may help.
Rite Aid and the pharmacy across the street sent me to CVS because they didnt have the meds. So it gets a 5.

One of the female Technician’s that works at the front desk is rude and racist against Spanish speaking customers. Instead of assisting by getting a Spanish-speaking technician to assist the customers, she speaks to them in English and dismisses the fact that they do not speak English. A couple of times I had to be the one to translate for the customers. Staff is very unprofessional I had to wait for the “Technician” to send a text and take a personal phone call while having the customer wait.
