I have always had helpful friendly service. Ive been going there for years and am very satisfied.

I just laughed so hard because all the reviews about the ice cream if you guys want an ice cream you can go to Alebrijes the best Ice Cream handmade store, they are located next to the gym across street from the postal office. The best ice cream ever. This rite Aid store its the best .

I called this location to find out the hours for their ice cream service. It was 9 pm and the website states that they close at 10 pm. When I called to double check the guy that answered the phone stated, “we’re usually open until 10 pm but it depends on who is working and how many people we have here and who’s working what time we close it”. So then I asked what the normal hours are and he said 10 pm. So basically your hours depend and fluctuate based on who is working? This makes no sense. To me this seems ridiculous. This needs to be shared so management is aware and/or corporate and they address the issues with this store.

Went there earlier today. no one was even at the register. it felt like a ghost town, seriously understaffed

Would give zero rating if I could the staff is so rude. When I went to pay the girls up front didnt even acknowledge I was there they just kept talking with each other. Im never going there again.

Not very good service. I walked in an hour before closing for ice cream and they did they were closed because of the water.

Bad service in ice cream did not sell me an ice cream just pcz I never said (colossus) cone is in cone a la verg with this cashier
