My husband orders from Schwans on a regular basis and has been very happy. The last time he ordered 2 different delivery people delivered the same order twice in one day when we were not home. And we were charged twice. We tried immediately to return the second order. We were told it would take 24-48 hours to pick up the food and we should store it. Our order was a large order, just under $200 and we dont have a lot of storage space and told them we did not have room to store the duplicate order. We begged the customer service rep to have someone come that same day to get it. The customer service person told us to throw it out or give it to a neighbor and assured us we would still get our credit. And refused to give us anything in writing. We are now getting the run around on the phone and are told every time we call that someone will reach out to us. And no one does. They are not crediting our card. We are forced to pay for their mistake. BUYER BEWARE.
