I did the order and pick up.The ordering was easy, The pickup was easy they had all my items.The only bad thing is i dont think they put your Vons card number in. Thats the only reason I gave them a 4-star, oh also for those people who have EBT they do not accept it on the app, So they will not be able to do the order and pick up. So for some of the disabled and elderly who the order and pickup would be good for but they are on EBT will not be able to do the order and pick up.They would have to actually go inside and shop for themselves.Maybe Vons can change that somehow!

Handy and convenient for a short trip for groceries. Good parking and sufficient cashiers! Clean and well stocked, too!

I just wanna write a review about I girl that helped me to in the bakery. Nevaeh (I think that was her name) was such a sweet girl I saw her and asked where some of the groceries I was looking for were and directed me towards them when I couldn’t find one of the items she really took the time to help me which I appreciate because a previous employee I asked for help was a little rude when giving direction nevaeh wasn’t even in her department and she had no problem helping me

I ordered my groceries online and picked them up at the new “drive up” service. Apparently, I was the first customer to use this service. Frank (manager) and a few of his staff members brought my groceries to my car. They were so nice and helpful, they also gave me some flowers, very nice. The drive up service is very very convenient and the online ordering is easy. Give it a try!

Very home-style, countryside feel.

This Vons has had butcher thick cut seasoned bacon for 4.99 a pound. I blame the bacon for the 15 pound covid weight gain.

This place has the best produce and bakery you can stop when your on the go.

Found everything we needed! Eggs were decent price, and a very good supply of Vons diet tonic!

Ive never been to Vons in Santa Paula and when I visited its great just like any other Vons the service and hospitality its great especially the cash register employees 👍

Vons seems to have forgotten theres a Pandemic. On a Saturday they decided to stop the controlled check out procedure that was working well. Today, Sept 19 2020, nothing but chaos. You couldnt stay 6 ft away from people no matter how you try. I left my cart and left the store. If customer gas covid, theres a much greater chance someone else is getting it today in Vons. So thanks for that!

Prices are way too high. Much better buys at Walmart

Reliable, as always, in terms of great food (including the bread and deli items that are made daily) as well as the air conditioned environment with a spacious store layout.

Last minute shopping for Thanksgiving and I visited Vons. The store is nicely stocked I found everything I needed.

Vons employees are very nice and respectful.

Have they even looked at the sad condition this store is kept in? The produce area has garbage all over the floor, the parking lot looks no one has picked up trash for months, management needs to start paying some attention to details.

Low on stock or out of some items. Otherwise, same old Vons. This is fairly new...they now have special parking spaces for pick-up of your online orders.

The employees are awesome, but the store will carry products for a little while and then they stop. Numerous items that I have bought and enjoyed from Vons in Santa Paula, are not there the next time I shop.. Very frustrating. We could do with another super market in town for competition.

Terrible service basket locked 🔐 up at door no one would come to unlock 🔓 it. Had to carry my stuff to car.

Both the meat and produce at this vons are sub par.

Super clean store, friendly staff!

This is my neighborhood supermarket. Courteous staff, very friendly atmosphere. Whether its at the Deli, Meat dept., or at the Florists station. I have never had a bad experience.

Theres usually good selections in the fruit, veggies, and meats but it is a very rare occasion that I dont end up in a line of at least 4 peoples waiting to checkout. It doesnt seem to matter what day or time I come, they never seem totally prepared. It also isnt too uncommon to not have small hand carts as you walk in because theyre all by the registers.

Clean store with friendly, smiling cashiers. Customers are calm and courteous to one another. I like to shop at this store when Im staying in Santa Paula for a few months every year.

Only shop deli, dairy and fruits and vegetables. Not familiar with their floorplan as well as Albertsons...but one in the same. Love Friday specials.

Its an unchallenged Grocery store, and because it has no competitors in town, it is able to gouge its customers of their money. The prices at this vons are higher than others because the people in town have no other option. They take advantage of the people who shop there.

I had accidentally left my phone n wallet attached in one of the shopping carts and thankfully it was returned to me intact by their awesome employees they saved me a lot of trouble:)
