Although as a designer and creator of high-end items, I have a great relationship with the staff at my local outlet of this Corporate chain. They all strive to keep the store location stocked, orderly, and clean. They are absolutely friendly, patient, and those who show their creativity outwardly - are fun and helpful to the customers, making the atmosphere positive, even checkout!Their adherence to the highest Community Health guidelines, in all the customer interactions I observe, is also admirable & appreciated since I am a retired Healthcare Practitioner, but now RARELY leave my home.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟A topnotch crew in my well-traveled experience, making face-to-face my preference when it comes to Michaels ANYDAY! Fantastic Michaels. The staff here are friendly, kind and helpful. There is so much to find in this store. Arts and crafts, framing and other fun things in between. Everything is well organized. You could spend days in here just looking at stuff! Love the seasonal stuff like Valentines Day goodies right now. ❤️

After looking online I decided to try to support the store directly. What they had on online provided a much larger selection. The store seems to be well stocked but not with macrame supplies. I went on line to (Amazon) to make my purchases.

Quality of items and selection may not be the best but is great for last minute hobby items or ideas. Going to pay more no matter what but they carry a little of everything but not allot of 1 thing. Usually offer great coupons through the app.

Great collection of supplies. Got what I needed

They have a lot of items. When we were there, we saw staff stocking and organizing the shelves. Great for us, we didnt know where the item we wanted was. All the staff were friendly.

The store is well designed and very clean. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Everything is easy to find and the isles are labeled making it easy to find all your needs; and things you want but dont need. I love this store.

It is what it is. If you are going to Michaels then you probably have a good idea as to what to expect. For those of you who have never been and thought it would be helpful to read the reviews left by total.strangers and then base your decision to go there or not on those reviews I say this. This shop is laid out pretty much the same as the last one which is great. We got to the store in the middle of a restocking. The shelves were stocked well enough that we knock out six of twenty seven gifts. Pretty good for us. The staff is great and know where everything is.

Pretty slim pickings in the jewelry supply and when I asked a clerk about the findings, they didnt know what I was talking about.

Theyre actively monitoring how many people can be in the store at a time. The line does get long but theyre all moving very fast to get people through. They got some great sales right now! I love Michaels

This location is always well stocked, and has a diverse range of craft supplies. My husband is able to find the paints, airbrush supplies, and brushes that he needs, and I have no problem finding the baking supplies I am looking for. The staff are always helpful and positive, as well!They are also currently holding to social distancing protocols, including monitoring the number of guests in the store by forming lines outdoors, and making sure that the check out lines are marked clearly for guests to maintain 6-foot distancing.

I love spending hours browsing the shelves for DIY supplies.. They were a little less well stocked than usual (still found what I needed)...but thanks, COVID

I will never shop there again! Absolutely no customer service! I asked twice for help and the manager was rude to me for taking a product to the check stand without assistance. Lauren is the manager. She belittled me and was condescending. Never again. Bad customer service!

Huge store amd they had exactly what i needed.

I ordered online for curbside pickup due to convenience and covid. they have this neat function where you can tell them you are on your way and I assumed that would mean it would be ready when I arrived 20 minutes later. When I arrived at the store I sat in the curbside pickup for 10 minutes before anyone came out. They did not bring me the right item. I had to then wait in line to go into the store and return it. Completely defeated the point of ordering online and doing curbside. so incredibly frustrated with this store.

Great place for crafts and decorations for Halloween through Christmas, not so good during the other times of the year.

I love Michaels. Its almost a lonely hearts club for well...lonely hearts. You can go there a bit down and lonely and an hour later come out with a smile under your mask and anticipation in your heart. There is always a new craft to be learned, invented or tried. It chases the blues away with oranges, purples, red and yes, blues. The prices arent as good as they used to be, but what price can you put on peace of mind...the people there are nice. Not as knowledgeable as they could be but its the middle of a pandemic, what do you want artisans working at Michaels? I love this store because I look at it and see the end to my boredom. And thats a real gift...

Everything was great about my visit except they had very little xmas decoration items in stock (Dec 3), but that could be supply chain issues (2020).

Really had a great experience here tonight. I had two team members that went out of their way to help me. The first one was David, who spent a good amount of time looking for circle punches for me. It seems there was a run on them in the past week, so there was none on the shelves. David went out of his way to get the step ladder, climb up, and look through several boxes to find the one I was looking for.He could’ve easily said, “Sorry, we’re all out“. Instead, he showed some outstanding customer service, and I’m especially thankful for that.Second was Leo, my cashier, who was just very pleasant, definitely overworked, as there was a line of 40 people and he was the only one working. He scanned my coupons, gave me the discounts, it was overall just a great experience.It’s usually hit or miss at Michael’s with customer service. These two gentlemen definitely set the bar high for other employees at Michael’s. Thank you so much!

Really disappointed in thier hiring, they had a job offer in February for cashier and j applied to it and called multiple times to try and get an interview. Today I called and they said they were not hiring for cashier in February. So this is confusing and disappointing. And I have talked to someone about hiring in February and they were!

Great Store.

If you need Christmas decorations in September, this is the place to be. If you need a cutting mat, exacto knife blades, or other actual crafting supplies, you will be greeted with empty shelves like I was today.

I dont come often enough to know my way around but every isle has interesting stuff anyways. The sewing area is small lots of yarn though but they have other craft hobbies covered in full even boys would enjoy the car and airplane model area with bigginer to advanced kits and all sorts of paints and tools to build them with. Hit Smart and Final grocery store or Ross and treat yourself to a visit their just across the parking lot.

Michaels has everything for crafting and is a regular stop for me with my artsy child. They are also great during seasonal periods with great prices on items for the season. Lets not forget that Michaels also owns Aaron Brothers and has an incredible framing dept. An all around great, resourceful store.

Great place to find anything you need for handcrafting and more

I went to this place with my daughter and we had the greatest time. There are so many art supplies and fun crafts and projects to do. I mean they run the gamut from painting to building to decorating. We had a blast picking all sorts of things out. I would highly recommend this place to go check out and buy a few fun projects. Great for Christmas gifts too

Clean store, plenty of parking, easy access. The store seemed well stocked, signed and staffed. Floor clerks were mostly helpful. The two cash registers were sufficient for the light customer traffic and we checked out within 5- minutes.The regular prices were comparitivly high as some items we checked on Amazon were 10-20% lower than Michaels price after the 40% off coupon discount. It is however, an experience to walk in, wander around and touch stuff.One downside was that we did not find a public restroom... If there was one, it was very well hidden.

I made an Online/Same Day delivery purchase, yesterday., the process was super quick, although there was a mishap with an item, the Santa Rosa store manager and delivery driver (Roland at Roadie.com) were both amazing and very professional, the problem was resolved in no time. I absolutely recommend this store... 10 Stars!

Good selection of popular items, not so great for anything remotely niche/exotic. Usually do a banging job on seasonal decorative, just remember theyre always working a season ahead. Staff is hit or miss on helpfulness, and scarce on the floor. Always lots of stuff on sale to ease sticker shock.

Michaels had the stuff I needed for my project at a reasonable price with a nice coupon to boot! Easy store set up and everything was in stock. Like those giant eyeballs (did I really need those though... lol).

Staff is friendly and helpful.Ordering online during Covid has been a nightmare...1. Hundreds of items advertised online are out of stock. Yet still displayed in the online store. Huge time waster.2. When you DO find available items, you may purchase then receive an email the following day saying, Were sorry, the items you ordered are out of stock. Well refund your money.3. Then you FINALLY find an item in stock and available to ship! But then the item arrives totally busted up, unusable, so you lug the heavy thing back to the store to return it and what do they say?? Were not taking returns due to Covid. Grrrr...Michaels is not accepting returns but plenty of other stores are. Ill skip Michaels for now and shop where the experience is more pleasant.

I love this Michaels. Ive been to a few over the years, but this one is my favorite! Always well stocked, I love the selection of beads and high end crafting supplies. They also have cute decorative items for the house, although those are usually a bit over priced. Ahead parking available.

Its a Michaels. Youve seen one, youve seen them all. Aisles were neat, shelves were clean. Registers looked properly staffed. Very cute craft things here.

The staff is always nice and there are always deals to take advantage of. Just remember to have a little patience as staffing can be an issue from time to time. Rest assured they will help you.

I love Michaels, I can go in at 10:00am and come out at 9:00pm and have so many fun products to play with. If I have a party to plan for young girls they have everything there for it games stuff to make. They have a section just for baking and cake decorating. I love Michaels and you will too!

The lines are way too long because theres never more than 2 cashiers at once. They take awhile to answer the service bells in the aisles. They werent rude but not friendly either. Bleh!

I always like Michaels. Especially when theyte having a sale! There were a lot of things between 30% and 70% off the day I was there. This location is large and well kept. The staff are generally easy to access and helpful. Another good visit!

I need to check the name of a employee next time im there bjt one associate has been so helpful and goes above and beyond. I was helped by a staff member who was not so helpful and rude so i said thanks for the help and tried to figure it out myself then at ghe register went to the helpful women with items i wasnt sure if i needed or not she took her time explaining and finding info if it wasnt already provided on the manufacturers packaging.

I was dreading and Black Friday shopping but to my surprise even with extremely long lines they come and scan your items while youre in line. This was such a significant Time Saver and very much appreciated. Also what was impressive given the fact that it was Black Friday, the store was clean and the shelves were neat and tidy.
