Had a great experience buying a new 2020 Yamaha MT09. Dan was very helpful making the deal and Jon was helpful with questions multiple times before I made the purchase. Very pleased with the outcome and loving my new bike. I have had good experiences with both parts and service too. Everyone seems genuinely excited for me having the new bike. So far everyone has been both knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend doing business here.

I find my self waiting on the phone way to long, then I try to call back in a couple minutes and same thing. Also service there is a SCAM! They quoted me 3 hours for a simple carb clean on a crf 150. When I mentioned that they only charged me 2 hours before which was still a lot of time in my opinion, he later said oh ok well charge you for only 2 hours rather than 3. I brought my bike already taken apart with the carb accessible for there job, thats a lot of time for simple carb work.

Just had a great experience with the customer service at Factory Powersports. There was some confusing and missing information for an insurance quote but after talking with Curtis he treated us right and fairly. He said his goal is to be honest and provide excellent customer service and that is exactly what he did. Customer service is not always the best and many companies are just looking to make a dollar. Curtis proved that Factory Powersports is about customer satisfaction, honesty and integrity. I am grateful and appreciative and would recommend any of my friends to buy from them. (Many already have) Thank you for human kindness and understanding.

Everyone should come here when thinking about purchasing a new on/ off-road bike. Everyone is extremely professional and kind. I bought my first Dual Sport from Dan Harris and I am so thankful that I did! I have never felt more taken care of, it was all so new to me and he took his time to explain everything I had concerns about. Not once, did I feel overwhelmed while making this transaction. I have nothing but great things to say about him and everyone working there. Having genuine employees like Wes and Juan make a huge difference while shopping here, I have gotten to be known on a first name basis there! They are always ready to answer any questions you may have and never make you feel like a burden when you ask a million questions (I am still fairly new to the Moto world so I definitely have asked a million questions) The service department is great there also, they are so accommodating and understanding of what you want taken care of. To sum it all up, if you were to go else where with your business based off of any bad reviews left on here.. you would be making a big mistake.

This place is great! I brought my bike to them for two separate repairs and the second repair was even completed the same day. The manager of the store and the manager of the service department are both very helpful. I even ordered a part from the parts department and before it came in to the store I had moved about 2 hours away. The guys at Factory Powersports were kind enough to ship my part to my new house over a hundred miles away. They are very helpful when it comes to finding the right gear too! By far THE BEST buying experience I’ve ever had with any vehicle. I had been searching around for weeks and most of the dealers I had come across prior to FP were not as honest as I had hoped. When I reached out to Factory Powersports, it was the complete opposite. I had called John over the phone and within minutes, had come to an agreement with a price that beat the competitors by a long shot to say the least. When I got there, I was even more blown away by how friendly and accommodating all of the staff were. I actually finished my deal with the manager Bryan who is hands down the nicest guy on the planet. He was so patient and went out of his way to make sure I got the deal I wanted. I was a serious buyer who had a pretty healthy budget. It was down to a sport touring bike or a naked which could be pushed into touring duties. The sales staff was pretty disinterested in helping me find the right match, instead seeming to just wanting me to chose and purchase. Getting a test ride was like pulling teeth. It got to the point where I was allowed to test ride one after feeling bad about it, and guilted into only putting no more than 2 miles on thing and barely warming it up. For the second bike, the salesman was more than happy for me to ride a clapped out 40,000 mile example of the previous generation rather than making a used bike out of the new model. Instead of spending my money here, I went and bought a $17,000 BMW that I was allowed to test drive, and bought about $3,000 in accessories. Thanks for making it an easy choice for me Factory Powersports. I probably would have walked away with an FJR1300 if the sales staff gave a damn about getting me on the right bike to begin with.I would give them 2 stars for their level of DILLIGAF, but they get an extra star for having a bunch of manufacturers under one roof with lots of options on the showroom. This is a good place to look for your next sport bike, just dont expect anyone to actually care to help you find the right bike, and dont expect any sort of a test ride.

He was very conscientious in demonstrating the bike and explaining the entire paperwork process. The bike was very thoroughly prepared, Jon gave us a very detailed inspection report (nice touch) and I rode it the 120 miles straight back to Rocklin - no problems, the bike runs like a champ. Unfortunately, I experienced a situation similar to Dan Thompson. Santa Rosa was a drive for me as well, though more like 100 miles roundtrip. I called ahead and was told that the bike I was looking at was in good condition. When I got there, I found that the fuel line was cracked (leaking fuel all over the engine), the master cylinder brake reservoir was leaking, and the chain was loose.I can do work myself so thats what I did, but what about people who are less handy? Fuel leaking all over a hot engine? The brakes soon (about a week later) losing pressure? The drive chain possibly coming off? What was even better was when they tried charging me 200-odd dollars for the work they did giving it a safety inspection. Biggest joke Ive ever heard and I told them that.If you know what youre doing, come skeptical and wary... maybe youll find a decent value. But if you dont, these guys will let you ride off with a blatant fire hazard, brakes that will soon fail, and a slipping chain. WIth a smile on their faces and your $200 in their hand.

I first wrote this review in anger as I drove the long, 100 mile, drive back home. Ive had some time to cool off and wanted to leave some more level headed feedback.Chad (Im sorry, but I have to use your name because the experience was so bad I feel the need to warn others) and I briefly talked on the phone about a used CBR they were selling and I explained that I was coming from 100 miles away so we agreed on a small discount to help sweeten the deal. I was all ready to buy it, helmet in hand... So I go to look at the bike, which I saw pictures of online and, to my surprise, the bike had been dropped on the side which was NOT in the photographs. There was no mention of the damage on craigslist, or on their site. No mention of the damage on the phone. I was misled and tricked into driving 200 miles round trip. He offered to take off another 100, for what was easily 1500 in damages. What kind of human being do you have to be to think this behavior is ok? Not one I would ever give a penny to nor one I would ever want to do business with.

I had a great buying experience with getting a DL650 while on the promo through Suzuki. I happened to get there the next to the last day of the 0% down, 0% interest for 48 months--Mike made it a smooth and easy transaction--no hassles, the bike was delivered as promised from another one of their locations. The shop was sent the wrong hardware (twice) to mount the hardcases to their mounts--even though it was frustrating, it wasnt the fault of SRPS and they did everything they could to make it right. I appreciated the service department going over the features too of this bike, along with recommendations for better enjoyment of the bike overall.

Hay guys how is it going ?My experience at Santa Rosa PowerSports was the best ! We went down to Monterey Bay for three days on a short vacation. Cynthia,my fiancee had a Yamaha 250 v Star And I had a Yamaha 650 v Star. We had been talking to Chad and Brian over the phone about trading in the 250 for a bigger bike for Cynthia. The 250 was a good bike for her because she was a beginner. But the trip down there ended up being a hard experience for her because the bike was to small for such a long ride. On our way down we stopped off at Santa Rosa PowerSports and talked to the guys about trading in and getting a bigger bike for her. They where very helpful in the trade in and keeping in touch every day that we where down there. Things just where not working out on my part as far as knowing what I wanted and having the right funds for the time. We where on our way back home and Chad had called and said that they would keep looking and keep us informed. We decided to stop by on our way back home and see them. Chad then asked is there anything wrong with the 950 v Star. At the time I wanted an 1100 or 1300 v Star and my money just wasnt right at that time. He showed me pictures of the 950 and right away after seeing this bike I knew what I wanted. Cynthia got my 650 and I got the 950 4 days after returning home from our trip. Now we are ready for the Highway and longer trips to anywhere! These guys are GREAT! Chad, Brian, and Mike are the BEST! I will be going to them in the future for all my two wheel (or four) needs. I know I have no information on my profile. I only joined Google+ for the sole purpose of writing a review about Santa Rosa Powersports. I went in on Saturday, June 2nd. I saw online that they had the exact bike I was looking for : a 2008 Honda CBR 600 RR. I called up Chad and told him I wanted that bike but I wouldnt be able to make it up to Santa Rosa for a few hours. He said no problem and said he was going to put a sold sign on the bike for me. I drove up and the bike looked even more spectacular than the photos I saw of it online. And it sounded HEAVENLY. I was immediately in love with the bike.Chad sold me that bike in 10 minutes. While waiting for the transaction to be completed, my husband (who had just a Yamaha R1 from a private seller earlier in the day) needed some gear. They gave him a discount on all the items he needed because I had purchase a bike that day.Aside from the quickness of the sale and discounts given to my husband, I really liked the attitude of all the people that work at SRP. Being a female in a male dominated sport/activity, you usually get a lot of sarcasm and condescending attitudes. But not these guys. They took me as seriously as anyone else. The ride home was flawless (except for all the morons on the road that never look for us). The bike has absolutely no issues. I took it to another bike shop to get it inspected just to make sure. I am really happy with my purchase and my husband and I are having a wonderful time riding our bikes together.Oh I forgot one thing...I left my very expensive and most favorite sunglasses in the entire world at the dealership in my excitement to get on my new bike. I called Chad and he offered to mail them to me for free. I got them next day packaged correctly and in perfect condition. Thanks, Chad and thanks Santa Rosa Powersports.

Worst buying experience of my life! They sold me a used Harley and convinced me that their mechanics were experts. 2 months later the bike broke down and SRPS wouldnt help me. They told me to go to their competitors at VeeTwin down the road to get my bike fixed (even though it had only been 60 days since I purchased the bike). $1000 later I finally got my bike back. It was a problem that had been there before I purchased the bike. Its now 4 months later and the bike is broken down again and just sits in my garage. I received a Registration Renewal from the DMV where I had to pay fees that SRPS was supposed to have paid. Additionally, its now 6 months later and I still have not received my license plate. When I called in to SRPS, the manager said, well, theres nothing we can do now since you already paid the registration. Thats crazy.I WOULD AVOID BUYING A MOTORCYCLE OR ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS AND THEIFS.

Worst experience my family has had in over 40 years of riding quads/bikes. When we first called, we were told by the Service Manager to bring down our ATV for a dignostic. When we arrived he said he had nothing scheduled and he couldnt get to it for weeks (SAME GUY WHO TOLD ME TO COME DOWN!). After nearly a month, I get a call telling me that it needed nearly $1000 of dollars in work. I was frustrated that it took almost a month to come to this conclusion. When I picked up the quad to trake elsewhere, the SAME rude Service Manager tried to mark up my pre-agreed estimate by over $150! His attitude was horrible and he tried to make me feel as if I did something wrong by bringing in the quad in the first place. I had been reffered to Santa Rosa Powersports by my cousins who purchased their quads there last summer. Based on my service experience, I would never do ANY businesss with this dealership!!
