Chris did a major service on my bike, though it was one which he was not dying to work on. Very thorough, cleaned up several details other shops had shined on. Some consumables, like chain and sprockets, seriously upgraded. Great communication, fair hourly rate, bike runs better than ever-- a fine deal all around. Highly recommended!

Im not a customer. If youve done research on motorcycle repair, you know this is the place you want to take your bike. My bike is a 2000 and MotoMedic is currently only taking 2005+. I asked to be placed on a waiting list - didnt care how long. Chris sent me an email and asked what I waned done. I was trying to figure out if I needed to replace an expensive part. Again, Im not a customer. Chris replied with a video showing me how to test the part. Saved me $250.I knew by my research and reading the other reviews that this is a great place to take a bike. I hope by reading this - youll know that beyond what you pay for - youll know the kind of person youre dealing with.And honestly, we need more people like this.

The BEST mechanic around. He has saved my bike repeatedly. Followed him to his own shop about 10 years ago, and would follow him anywhere to work on my bike. Chris is skilled, tenacious, fair, and simply a joy to work with.

I cant even begin to describe how amazing this place is. I was on a road trip hundreds of miles from home and needed a new rear tire. This place was one of the only shops open on mondays and was able to squeeze me into their tight schedule. They were very helpful, super nice, and extremely through.They got my bike back to me very quickly and gave me some good advice on things that need to be taken care of when I get home. I cant explain how thankful I am for this shop and the excellent service they provide. I wish I lived in the area so that Chris could be my mechanic. If Im in the area again they will be my one and only choice for where to go. I highly recommend this place.

I recently bought a used Yamaha XT250 Dual Sport after being away for motorcycle for 30 years. I needed it to be checked out and was referred to Chris at MotoMedic by Cycle Gear. I am so glad I was.Chris went through the whole bike. I was missing some bolts and other little things and he took care of it. Plus he added a cool iPhone holder and 12 volt power source so I can now enjoy music, maps and more.Chriss shop is clean, organized and he is super friendly and helpful. Plus when I needed some special suspension work, he recommend me to 707 Suspension who also did a great job.Chris knows what hes great at and knows motorcycle specialist who can help in other areas if needed.No need to go anywhere else, Chris and MotoMedic rocks!

I met Chris at Moto Medic about two months ago. It was my first visit to his shop for a check-up repairs for my Piaggio MP3-250. We went over some things before I left it with him, things like his methodical game plan in analyzing my problems with the fuel system. I felt very comfortable talking with him like he was family. Long story short, my problem was found and Im happy to have an HONEST shop in the SR area. Very knowledgeable he is and with a passion for his customers and their bikes he explains things in detail how to keep your bike running well and dependable.

Chris is just the best! I have been taking my bike (VStar 1100 Classic) to him for the past few years and wont take it anywhere else. He takes care of my bike like it was his own. Amazing guy!!! Took the time to work with me and ensure all my question were answered. Not just about the repairs but motorcycle stuff in general. Made sure everthing was perfect and I mean perfect. I just got my motorcycle back and he informed me a part was on back order and he would swap it out as soon as he got it. Turns out its a small little bolt most would use any that fit. Not Moto Medic hes the real deal. Thats how detail oriented he is. Cant say enough good things about him. If you need repairs this is your guy!!! Hopefully ill never need repairs again but if i do theres only one place ill go..... HERE!

He was very nice and swift, I would have him always work on my bike. The only difficulty with his shop is it is not easy to find because Google Maps orients Santa Rosa Avenue as if you are coming from Rohnert Park, but that is not his problem just a warning

Pro service for fair price.

Bought a super old bike that wasnt working the best, hard starts and rough idle. Brought my carb to Chris @ Motomedic. He had it back to me, within a very short turn around time, clean, beautiful and fully functional as if it was from the factory without the high prices found elsewhere. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your mechanic needs! I know that Im not going anywhere else. 5 stars isnt enough to express how stoked I am to have found Motomedic.

I had an amazing expiriance. 1200 miles from home on a bike trip, it was refreshing to find an honest, hard working mechanic. he was up front and friendly. took the time to listen to my issues and treated my like a person, not a number. He was eficient, priced well and even checked the air in the tires and topped up my oil.. BEST MACHANIC AROUND, THANKS AGAIN
