Most thing you would expect at a Target. Clerks are pleasant and helpful. Returns are easy and lines arent that long. Good selection of foods. As well as clothes, electronics and all other household items. You can walk into the main inside of Coddingtown in the back to shop at other stores as well.

This Target, no matter what department, STRUGGLES to keep anything stocked. Work bring me to the Coddingtown area every day, so I stop in here on average 4 times a week. Its been this way for years. Very rarely are things restocked in a timely manner.

I like this target.. great selection of a vast amount of merchandise, good prices on most items.. clean store.. no waiting in line is a plus this has been my experience at most target stores from southern to Northern California they have a good checkout area..

Stock is iffy. Floor staff is of limited value.

For curbside (Drive-Up) pickup; Carelessness in bagging damaged several items in last pickup: I found one of the sugary beverages Id purchased had ruptured in the bag, soaking through other items and making a nasty sticky mess all over my vehicle and my kitchen. I got a refund for the damaged items but now I have to either go back for them or go without, and clean up the mess in the meantime. It doesnt take a huge amount of effort to load a bag thoughtfully. (Also, packaging fresh fruit beneath cans of soda is just deliberately destructive)

Service is really nice here. Clean and lines clear out quickly.Food is stocked better here than Target South

Came in this morning for the new winter release at Starbucks and the security guard Samantha was so patient with everyone and the hectic rush.

Went in for a quick run found everything I needed and cleaner then other targets around here ! But unfortunately had a bad encounter with cashier Rihanna she had a very bad attitude the whole time very unpleasing.

My experience at this Target was outstanding! I had an unfortunate problem with a portable pump Ive been using to inflate my car tires occasionally from a brand called Slime and had found out that they have these pumps available at the Target right here so I dont have to travel all the way to the Petaluma location to exchange my broken pump for a new one. however it turned out what was available was actually a larger more expensive pump which cost me a little more than the one I got, but Alan made sure to check and see if the exact pump that I was returning was available for an exact exchange.Unfortunately he was not able to find the exact one, so I just accepted getting this larger slightly more expensive one but it wasnt a problem. Although I didnt have my receipt available I was able to make the exchange and I only had to pay a difference of $14.94 exactly using my Target red card.This situation was handled exceptionally as he gave me all the information I needed to know about what was in stock and everything and handled the exchange very well. Hopefully I just wont have a problem with this pump like I did with the less expensive when I returned

Friendly employees, but the service and supply are seriously lacking. Might be due to COVID-19, as this isnt usually an issue.Freshly clean shopping carts are always available upon entry. Be nice if they rubbed down the inside as well, when shopping for clothes, but they are better than most stores.Management is friendly as Ive dealt with them on prior issues before, but sometimes service is slow, which can be very annoying.

We bought a couple of items online for pickup. No problem with the purchasing experience or the store experience. The problem is that Target charges for 10 bags ($1) regardless of whether you use the bags or not. You are supposed to get the charge refunded upon pickup but you don’t get it. Total ripoff and given the increase in online and pickup shopping, Target is earning hundreds of thousands of dollars with this bag charge. Let’s hope they donate it back to the community, rather than lining their corporate pockets.

I loved the convenience of shopping online & not having to go into the store at this time! The employee was very sweet & helpful! I even offered him a tip & he said he couldnt take it because of company policy! I gotta say, that says a lot about him, hes honest! Wish I could remember his name!!! The drive up feature is so easy to use. Its an incredibly convenient option for me. As a Mom of 2 kids, taking them both into a store can be difficult, especially with my 3 year old. She does not want to wear her mask for more than 5 minutes.

Pick up was completed in under 60 seconds - The store staff were friendly & very fast in retrieving my order!This location is great, and the staff are always super friendly & helpful.

Clerks were noticeably pleasant and helpful when inquiring about a product, which I really appreciated. Some stores, they avoid you or run in the opposite direction, if you look like you could use some help - Best Buy, for instance.

There are several, but the most important was the supremely efficient and safety-conscious manner in which the employees handled cart sanitizing, shopper entry, spacing at registers and directing shoppers to registers. I stood and marveled at the efficiency of one young man as he deftly and swiftly had the line flowing.

This printer is in high demand across the country due to Covid 19 causing a surge in home schooling. Sergio wasted no time in finding an equal alternative. Sergio was very quick and knowledgeable on the process of finding and ordering online a comparable HP printer as a perfect match to what I was looking for in a printer. I have been in retail myself for decades for a big box store chain so I could tell instantly he knows what hes talking about. Looking forward to shop more often at my local Target. You made me drive down there just to tell me that my items are not available anymore. Dont say that an order is ready if its not dont waste my time that is the reason I do order pick up because I dont have time to waste.

At the beginning of Covid I choose to come to Target because of the cleanliness. However, the last couple of times it has bummed me out that the associates are not cleaning the register area between customers.

The store in Santa Rosa was dirty. The womens restroom had no toilet paper in almost all the bathroom stalls and the floor was dirty. The seasonal Halloween section of the store had products scattered on the floor. I walked past several sales associates and a manager yet did not get offered any help. I had two children with me who had never been there as have I never been. We couldnt find the kids department. My children kept asking loudly as we walked past sales associates. Yet we still didnt get offered any help. luckily we found our way around the store with no thanks to your employees at the target location by the Santa Rosa codding town mall

Convenience, variety styles and priçes on my granddaughter clothes and shoes and quality of clothes brands once your famil familiar with The name brands you can get really nice stylish up to date cute clothes, and my granddaughter is 4yrs. But very sure of what she likes to wear a little fashionista.

Wonderful staff, and a clean store. The employees are never too busy the give assistance.

While I can usually find what I need, the lines at the customer service station are always really long and take a long time to get through. Theres usually only one person working behind that counter, and they are hardly ever in a good mood. Ive heard employees complaining about schedules, lack of support, interactions with other employees, etc. Its a little less customer-service focused and more a peek into the Target soap opera.

I had a really good experience here yesterday. A 16-year-old female employee politely asked me if I needed help and proceeded to give me educated and honest information about the makeup. She deserves a raise! She was an epic sales woman, I left with way more makeup than I meant to buy when I walked in. Unfortunately I didnt catch her name but shes tan and has dark curly hair that was up in a messy bun. If youre looking for makeup, ask her!

Ordering on line for pick up was easier and better than shopping in the store. But, in the store: clean, wide aisles, helpful people, great pricing. What more can you ask for?

I enjoy Target as a whole, the store in Coddingtown is great, but a lot of times items are not restocked and their shelves are bare. I live down the street so its convenient for me to drive over, half the time i buy online and pick up in store and that doesnt even endure my products will be there.

Shelves were poorly stocked almost everywhere in the store and the employees were really rude at the self-checkout. Also, the travel item section had items that were spilling in the racks. My boyfriend and I were trying to get some simple travel items and we couldnt find everything we needed here and had to collect other items elsewhere.

I love Target! The changes in clothing and housewares made during the past year gives it an up to date feel. Grocery prices are good for this expensive area.

Though the store may be a mediocre place to shop with it’s adequate cleanliness, the behavior of some employees really lessen the experience. Im not just talking about customer service either, there are some employees that personally offend/ attack other fellow employees. It both saddens and irritates me to the point where I believe that Target is not a good place to work.

Tjis is the best way to shop, from the comfort of my easy chair. When I picked up my order, it was bagged and waiting for me. I had plenty of time to continue shopping through the store. It is a win win system. Saves time, money, hassle. There were no robots, but real people fulfilling my order. While at the store, we stopped at a local retaurant for dinner, and felt like the communitys economy was truly helped. I love Target for so many reasons.

Employees here are busy but helpful. So it might take a minute to flag one down but when you do they are very responsive. Shelves are generally organized and well stocked, with the exception of the mens wearhouse area. It can be a mess. Come on guys. Why you do that.

At least 1/3 of the shelves and peg hooks are EMPTY! I can never purchase everything on my shopping list and end up having to go to a different store. Im about to give up on Target and do my shopping elsewhere.... However, the staff are very nice

The cashiers and manager had no idea what promotions were going on. I missed out on $10 off due to staff not knowing their services. Im out of town and where I live doesnt have a target to even return items to get the promotion deal. Pretty upsetting!

Its Target. Not a fan of huge chain stores, but Target is better than many. I buy only a few National Brand items here that I like and most all my first aid and over the counter medicine here. This one is clean and convenient.

I couldnt bring myself to take a picture of bathrooms, this is bad enough. Employees were not helpful, I needed batteries, electronics department told me sold out, I found them at check out, the Target batteries are priced higher the name brand. Asked why? His comment was, I dont make the prices. Not a customer service friendly place. Wont be going back there. This isnt the 4th or 5th time its happened. Gave them more then enough chances for my business.

Beautiful new store! The staff here takes pride in presenting it in a clean well stocked way. Its not that busy yet and for my own selfishness I hope it stays a hidden treasure.

Large, well-lit store. Would have liked to have stayed longer in order to look around at all the merchandise. I appreciated the cleanliness of the store plus its helpful staff as I hurriedly did my shopping.

I like target for the most part. They can be a bit pricy but the quality is good. I however, am not too happy abt their return policy. I purchased a jacket from their active wear department, and the zipper kept breaking. Because they didnt carry the item any longer I was only able to return it for 10bucks instead of the whopping 35 bucks I originally paid for it. They had similar jackets there from the same line and wouldnt even give me a sale price for it. I was very upset as I have spent several thousands of dollars at Target the past few years.Also, I purchased a defective toy, and came back with the receipt and although I paid cash and had never used the toy, but because it was past the return period I wasnt able to get my cash back and was forced to buy from their store although I found the perfect toy at another store that wasnt a Target chain.This company is a multi-billion dollar company. They can afford to have a better return policy than this, ESPECIALLY with those that have proof of purchase and a receipt no matter how long. Some times we purchase things in advance for Christmas, birthdays, or just because our little one will like it once he/she is a bit older; and if it DOESNT work out we would like to try something else.Just something to think about.

Bragg to LA one of my daughters wanted a Starbucks drink and my wife wanted to get some snacks, the store was no different than any other Target except the rest rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and polite this is not a common thing for Target so this was a great experience, Target should use this store as a model for the rest.

Maybe because it was Friday afternoon after work, but I found the store in total disarray, from the women’s swimsuit section - help! - to the shoes to the workout clothes- that’s it? - unattractive and dowdy. You really could should take a lesson from the Southern California stores. I walked in and out of there in a hurry. A disappointing Target run and done.

Grocery section has a lot of items with no stock. Same with the toy section. It is sad when you can find common items such as baking powder, pam nonstick spray or any brand Vanilla ice cream. Also went to the store to get some hotwheel tracks for my son for a surprise. I was in for a surprise. No Hotwheels tracks!

Horrible customer service! I bought a 50 dollar item that I accidentally left in a cart - I put the cart in the cart caddy outside. I called to see if someone could go check if it was still there. They told me, Well no, but when the cart guy comes back in with the carts we will check. Some customer service. Thanks my purchase was taken by someone else. Why couldnt you send someone to check. If I was the person on the customer service line I would tell them I would go personally check for them.

Cashier was extremely sexist and apparently impatient. He greeted me with I need to check your fake Id and when I gave it to him he said I know how all you women work. It just continued from there. He didnt even wait til I was done packing my bag before leaving the register. I was so infuriated that i forgot to put the face wash I bought into my bag. Now I have to go back tomorrow and buy another one .

Understaffed. Lots of things out of stock. Employees still very helpful and nice. Probably bad management and low wages, so not enough staff.
