Ive attended some classes here, cupcake decorating, cake decorating, and candy making class. they are great! fun and made easy to follow. the classes are a great price and its even more fun if you take them with a friend. I can now say without a doubt my kids have the BEST cupcakes for their class and my friends and family LOVE all the goodies Ive perfected since taking these classes. I highly recommend stopping in and taking a look around, and go to their Facebook page to see the classes they offer! I get all my baking supplies here and they always are fast to answer any questions i may have or order anything i may need that they dont have in. Best customer service!

This place has terrible customer service. The staff doesn’t know much about baking, and the owner is very rude. Of the people I know who bake often, including professional bakers in the area, this is the last place they’d shop.What is inexcusable is that they don’t allow returns on anything. When I asked why, I was told that everything in the store is considered food - even the pans and paper products. They said that is the state regulation.This is not true. Pans, paper products, cooking tools are not considered food. In fact, there are very little food products in the store. The owner is lying to her staff and customers about this. If she lies about this, what other practices is she doing that are illegal?There is an excellent store in the same complex, in fact only a few steps away, that provides excellent and honest service at good prices. Or you could go to Sur la Table for supplies and classes. Nancy’s Fancy’s is also a wonderful alternative. Go anywhere else - don’t go here!

The staff is super friendly and very knowledgable. They have items that the big stores dont have. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend to any baker from beginner to expert.

Classes advertised as one price, then they hit you with added costs for tools to take the class, calling it a kit. Quite the racket! Signed up for a $35 class advertised on FB that would have ended up costing me over $100 with all the tools.I called to cancel and had to argue with the owner for a refund. If the class costs $105, just advertise it at $105 and avoid unpleasant customer experiences.Great store to pick up specialty baking items on the east side of SR. Wide selection considering its a small store. Owner & staff are very knowledgeable. Easy & free parking.
