Prices and selection are OK. The floors look like it hasnt been swept in months and I always wait in a long line to make my purchases. There is lots of fabric inventory but the overall look and feel here is tired. . If it werent for my wife insisting on coming here, I probably wouldnt.

Came to Joann Fabrics to find a sticker to glue onto a felt hat. Instead I ended up buying another fun hat that was on sale for a few bucks that fits my dog perfectly. I had a series of coupons I received in the mail which was nice to get a discount. Staff was helpful in finding things. Just wish there was a little more of a selection in stickers for my crafts.

Unbelievable dirty!! I have always loved Joannes but this store made me cringe. I grabbed the essentials and left. Such a sad thing as I have spent so much time browsing and finding inspiration in other Joannes stores. Not a place I will be returning if I can help it.

I went here looking for Valentines day things, and they had nothing. I wasnt looking for anything in particular, maybe heart beads or paper to decorate my gift with. I didnt find anything. However, I would come here in the future for ribbons. Their selection is huge!

Found markers I wanted but were locked. Went to cash register & waited about 10 min. Was told to go to a table over there and ask someone there. Im not waiting again, could you please send someone there. She called and I went and waited. I walked out!! I went to a local Art Supply store and what a difference in service. I ended up buying $100 of art supplies.

I love this place. Overflowing with fabric choices. Uber friendly staff always willing to explain a process or share an idea. The place can get a little busy though and sometimes its hard to get help, especially of you need a cut of fabric. But if. Youre not in a hurry use the wait to enjoy the all the craft supplies you can shake a stick at.

Its nice to have a fabric tore that also includes many arts and crafts. I enjoy coming here. Parking is easy, the workers are friendly, and its easy to find what I need.

Always nice people working there especially the acting Manager, she is very helpful and always have something to show that she has gotten as a gift that someone else made for her especially during the pandemic far as masks in 2020. The ladies at the cutting tables are very helpful and has great conversation and great ideas when you ask them a question about their fabrics.

Joann is a decent shop. I rate it 5 stars for being a good shop for finding fabric, etc. The business is clean, well stocked and decently organized considering the sheer volume of product they have on hand. The staff are pleasant and helpful, even during Covid-19 which they seemed to have operations working well.

This is a great source for craft supplies. They also have a great selection of fabric, even though the fabric section can get a little disorganized or picked-over from time to time. The employee are knowledgeable and kind. One negative: sewing machines have been in short supply lately, but their website consistently shows that they have a few available, and that is not true. Make sure to get the Joann app for the best discounts and coupons!

Such a selection of material, I went to get materialfor the interier of my car. I found what i had in mind, and it was a good deal.

Shopped online during a sale. My sister and I ordered 5 no sew blankets for Christmas gifts and we received an email saying our order was ready for pickup. However when we arrived at the store we were only given 3 blanket kits and were told the others were out of stock. Disappointing as these were for children. We then had to wait in line outside to go in and figure out new Christmas projects. Had we known at time of online check out, we could have ordered something else then. We were trying to avoid crowds. But Joanns Fabrics did a great job of limiting amount of customers inside, creating social distancing, requiring a mask be worn, and disinfecting carts & counters!

Great Covid health protocols, small but serviceable selection of fabrics, found the crafting foam we were looking for And they have really good online coupons, plus the people who were working there today were just lovely.

Their curbside pickup process is terrible. I ordered my items two days ago and finally got the email today that they were ready and the email told me that they would bring the items out to my car once I arrived and called.So I went to the store and called, and they told me to go to the front door and give them my name. After waiting in line for the front door, they had a hard time finding my items and took 25 minutes to get my 5 balls of yarn to me, as I waited outside in 100° weather. Would have been way faster and easier to just go in and buy them 2 days ago.

A good basic selection of crafts for beginners and bit more. Above average fabric section and supplies. Employees are a mix of new and experienced, but all require you to hunt them down for assistance. Pleasant attitudes, though.

Only 1 checker and she was new. I felt sorry for her because her manager didnt take care of a customer that was asking way too many questions and being difficult until there was several customers starting to get restless, and one dropped the the products she was going to buy and walked out. Other than that; they had exactly what I was looking for. Just glad I wasnt in a hurry.

Amazingly slow experience. They were never super sharp but now its pretty frickin unreal. Line to get in, line to cut fabric, line to check out, and half the staff has no clue how to do anything... Including sew! Give yourself 2 hours at least.

Absolutely horrible! It took us forever to find the place because the entire Joanns sign was unlit this evening. Not to mention the entire parking lot had lights but they were so dim you could see better with a candle. When I went to find the manager and tell her all she said, was Its not our problem, its the landlords. As a retail chain, it is the business has itself to make sure that there customers and employees are safe with a lit parking lot and a sign to be able to help with advertising. I was astonished at how she reacted and then began talking about me like I wasnt even standing there. I wont be going back not to mention the place was kind of sketch as far as organization went and the manager herself, the way she looked and acted which was very unprofessional. I plan to call corporate and complain about the safety issue as I could barely find my car and almost tripped over a curb getting into it. I am concerned about the older people that were going in there shopping. I also noticed that the lights over the awning as you walk in were also turned off so you couldnt see anything walking in the door. I wont be going back to that particularlocation.

In general staff is very friendly and wait time is short... If its a big sale day expect to wait in line. Always a fun selection of fabric and good amount of crafts.

Standard Joann fabrics. Service is slow and the place is dirty. These things are on wheels, why not move them and clean every once in a while? Whole store is this dirty.

Great store but I always wait at the cutting table FOREVER. Its so bad that I come in, grab a number, and then walk around, shop, take a nap (kidding) but seriously. The vets are good at their job but some of the new gals need to hustle. Great coupons, pricing, and selection

Its hard to find another craft store that has their level of selection. That said, I did have trouble getting what I wanted because they were out of stock. The building could use some repair. Staff is generally helpful.

Joann Fabrics is amazing...aside from this location. Every time my wife and I come in here the staff seem to be very irritable. This evening my wife and I came in and one of the employees just barreled through us as we were looking at some product like we were in her way. No apology, no excuse me. That was the last straw. We will not be returning to this particular store.

Not only were the ladies that worked there super friendly, but the gal behind the counter hooked it up with some serious discounts. I went in to start a new hobby (crocheting) and they made it so I will be back to continue that hobby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Staff obviously take the time to keep the store clean and organized. Everyone was willing to help and answer questions. If they werent sure they would ask until they found someone who could help.If youre looking for fake flowers, you want to go somewhere else. There selection is very limited. Personally, I dont like fake flowers so this has little impact on me.At this location they even have items for cake decorating and making candy.

The store was far too crowded on a Sunday morning with long lines. People were wearing masks, but aisles were packed and it was not possible to maintain distance. Doors were closed. Management seems more concerned with sales than safety.

Forgot how much this store is. So many ideas to want to have fun.

Never buy anything here that isnt like 50% off... Especially scissors or anything Fiskars. Same exact product that was $70 here was $37 at Walmart and Target. Otherwise its a decent place for making/crafting supplies.

Great combination fabric/craft store. Lots of supplies and basic fabric choices. It lacks a little in the creative idea department and I really wish it would carry some of the more high end quilting fabric.

I went to this place today the sales people did not want to help me.they were only helping white customers. I was going to purchase $52 worth of ribbon but after their behavior I decided to just buy the ribbon online from a different vendor. I recommend that people of color by elsewhere.
