Has a bunch of stuff for your household. Wish there were more staff on the floor to help answer questions and just a more friendly feel. The items are pretty well organized. It can be overwhelming as there is so much to find in here. Theres a Michaels next door for crafting and a Petco as well.

Its ok. Prices are good. Merchandise quality is ok. Very difficult to drive to and always a long wait in line to check out.

The item we came for wasnt in stock. The staff was extremely helpful and located the item on their computer and are shipping it to our home without any shipping charges. The entire experience was quick and easy.

I went in for an item I can only ever seem to find at BB&B but learned, today, that said item is no longer in store. Instead of allowing me to leave empty handed, Lisa went above and beyond to make sure that I left a satisfied customer. What I experienced today, was the epitome of excellent service. Lisa really takes Beyond seriously. BB&B is honored to have Lisa representing their company!

Really wish there was a no or negative star rating! Last few times I have been here have been pretty frustrating! Displays of curtain rods that they no longer sell. Not just temporarily out of stock but havent sold in awhile. 😒😠 A brand of soap dish that Im told they have negative 12 of once I insist the product I picked up is under a tag marked differently than what the register rings up. I realize my small sale isnt much but Id like to pay what I expected to pay & not be given the Well, we dont have that one. followed by a blank stare. Where is your customer service training? Consider yourselves one more customer lost to frustration.

I went to get a cherry pitter. I found one that is better than the original one I came there for. The place is nice and clean.

All the gadgets you saw on Shark Tank are here! All the stuff you need to fill all that empty space you got, it’s all here! I wanted a set of mixing bowls. But wait, they had to be made of metal, not plastic, not glass. They had to nest inside one another. And they had to have lids that snap on so they could double as storage for leftovers in the fridge. This store had exactly the bowls I had envisioned! And some other random stuff that I took pics of.

Over priced and limited to my needs. Finding male styles and a diversity of style is rare at many department stores.

This is a great store. I appreciate the good customer service.

I was surprised to see how low their stock had gotten, and no...I wasnt shopping there right after Black Friday. All I wanted was storage shelving for my teas & spices, but couldnt even find a good substitute for it. Id never seen BB&B so low in inventory and there were still 15 days till Christmas 🎄. Normally a very well stocked store with more than anything you might need, it showed how badly the pandemic has effected the merchandise industry. Hoping theyll get restocked soon. Great parking, easy entry from the parking lot and normally friendly sales staff. This evening they seemed exhausted and tired, only one very nice lady offered to help and find me a shopping cart (nobody had collected them from the parking lot) I thanked the 3 times. Once when she offered, once when she delivered and once as I was leaving the store with my purchases).

I usually love this store. Shelves were poorly stocked, place was dirty, no one around to help, and no music playing. At the counter when I was done paying the young gentlemen helping me turned around and started walking away. I stood there and he notice I was still there and said Oh, I dont have any bags turned back around and walked away. I awkwardly started putting everything back into my cart. Very weird experience.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Shelves were stocked, the store was fairly empty so social distancing wasnt a problem. All the employees were extremely helpful and kind.

I rarely shop Bed Bath & Beyond. Tried them this Thanksgiving.1st. Its Amazon in a brick n mortar. In many cases 15% higher than Amazon.2nd. Tried the Extra 25% Off for curbside. Twice. Both times I had to call the store to get my items.1st time they had 4 people waiting 20 minutes. All calling for their orders.2nd time the order wasnt registered as picked so my 10am order I finally went to pick up at 6pm - yep 2 hours just like they said. 2 hours after I picked my order up, I was alerted my order was ready for pick up and picked up. Plus there was no spaces left for curbside pick up. I saw 4 of us but several people pulled in as I pulled out; who like myself had been waiting to pull into a numbered space.Inside shelves were empty. Stock was limited as was staff. Felt like a going out of business sale.Staff were kind but poorly trained. Instead of using a scanner at a distance, they were checking drivers licenses. This is awkward, at best, in the daytime and horrible in the dark of night. I mentioned understaffed. Under statement. Under trained.Online. I tried to order a heated blanket for my son. 4 times my order was cancelled. Not By Me. I wrote the supplied address to find out why. The answer I received was basically not one. Apparently calling the 800 is my only choice. Is a $35 blanket worth it when Amazon can have it to me in 2 days?Overall, after a handful of experiences - total, Ill not be shopping Bed, Bath & Beyond again.

Great selection of kitchen accessories, but the Santa Rosa store was actually missing what I was looking for: foaming hand-soap dispenser. There was plenty of the regular dispenser, though, and I give them credit for that offering.

Love that on a Friday no lines, just mask up & go shopping . Staff was very freindly& observant of when people were coming to checkout and called for more clerks to help with the flow of customers, good job ! ☺

Great Beauty products... they are the only place I have been able to find the one and only moisturizer for my face that I absolutely love and does not break me out in any way shape or form. They also have some pretty great customer service as well.

This place is already a mad house. There needs to be some line methods. Some people are forming one line for all the registers and some people are going register by register and making a line. Either way is fine, both is seeing some inter customer tension

I always love going to Bed, Bath & Beyond. They have so much, and so many different kinds of things. The prices are usually good, too. They have a lot of advertised on TV kind of things, almost always $19.95. Usually their quality is good, though sometimes it could be better. Their sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Got a pillow here, the beautiful woman assisting me with my back and forth questions, I wish I got her name, and her number.I love this pillow! She is incredibly well informed about the product I was looking at, after she took me there, I hope she gets the outstanding recognition she deserves, from not just her company, but her boyfriend as well.

Solid Chain store for many of your home/kitchen needs. I have not bought much bedding other than found some great pillows and sheets and if you watch the prices there will be good sales now and then. The kitchen gear is huge and well stocked with multiple choices on most products. The staff is often quite knowledgeable and knows where things are. This is one of the few chain stores I shop regularly and always happy with it.

If they still did those supermarket television shows where you had like five minutes to run through a store and fill up your cart with as much stuff as you want, and I was on that show, I would choose Bed Bath & Beyond as my store. I love the layout and just all the kitschy stuff. Things you didnt know you needed until you stumbled upon them. Wonderful.

Bed Bath and Beyond is one of the best place where you can get almost every essential household. Prices are average but quality of products is the best 👌

Employees are always very helpful and go out of their way to find what your looking for. You dont have to walk the entire store to find someone to help you, like you usually do at most stores. Isles are not cluttered and shelves are stocked with the items that are supposed to be there with the correct price for that item. So many times you go to a store and are interested in buying an item on the shelf, but there is no price tag dislpayed to match it. Or part of the item is missing. If part if it is clearly missing, it shouldnt still be out for sale. This is not the case with Bed Bath and Beyond. Always everything is professionally displayed and marked.

Everywhere you turn here will be some kind of household tool that will be useful.As much as BB&B throws those 20% coupons at you, youd think theyd be hurting for business. So stalk up and go to town!

The store in Santa Rosa is no longer acceptable. Someone is not doing their job or they need to hire more employees. Shelves are bare and need to be stocked!! The last few times I visited that store I could not find what I was looking for nor could I find someone to assist me.I have been a regular customer of Bed Bath & Beyond for many years, but if they dont improve I will have to shop elsewhere!!

If you like junkyard then shop there. World market the same thing. Junkyard. I bought matcha tea. They put it in a tea bag. I dont think they know what matcha is. Or how its used. Some people just dont do research. Is supposed to be served with a meal. In the leafy greens are supposed to be served in a thick t. And then you add more water. II serving. It is never meant to be in a tea bag.

I am a white woman that has never been to BB&B and never understood the obsession with them. Then my roomie wanted to redecorate her room so she took me to one and I get it now. THEY HAD A WHOLE WALL OF TOWELS. And like, ALL the as seen on tv products. I mostly just sat in the massage chairs while my roommate shopped but man, that was an experience
