FANTASTIC WORK! Also, amazing prices.I walked into their office to see what they had to offer and was immediately greeted by one of the owners John. I couldnt have asked for better customer service! Be sure to say hello to their extremely friendly dog! He came out to my house a couple days later at my request for measurements and also with him he brought glass samples to compare the 2 different types in my bathroom (we were installing a brand new shower door).By the coming Monday my glass door order had already arrived and was ready to be installed. When they called me to schedule installation they were available the immediate next day. The glass doors (frameless) are installed and look AMAZING! What GREAT customer service. I will definitely be going to them on my first choice on any future glass type projects I may have!

Of course, when everything goes according to plan, you give a good review. But what happens when disaster strikes? We just finished remodeling our home and contracted with Sonoma Shower Doors to provide doors and mirrors for two bathrooms. The doors were on time and perfect. The installer even did a quick pro-bono repair on a gasket in a third bathroom that was not part of the job. Later, John came by to measure and placed a rush on our order for mirrors. Those in the master bath were a bit complex because holes needed to be cut by the fabricators to allow for lighting and faucets. The next week, they came by to install the mirrors and it turned out that the fabricator (not Sonoma SD) cut the holes wrong. This was a big problem for us because we had a brokers open scheduled for the following Wednesday. John apologised and pushed the fabricator to commit to provide replacements by Tuesday. Sure enough, Tuesday rolled around and I got a call from John letting me know that the mirrors were not delivered that morning. Now, most companies would have shrugged their shoulders and only apologised because the mirrors were made by a fabricator and therefore it was the fabricator that caused the problem. Not John. He told me that they would not be charging me for the mirrors or their installation. This was no minor amount - over $1,000. John went out of his way to make me a satisfied customer, and I am. His company stands by their product and their service. The mirrors finally arrived and they look great.I wouldnt use anyone but this company in the future and neither should you.
