They’re professional and really invested in their clients and our special curls! They invest a lot of time with each client, so it’s well worth the fees, which vary for just a touch up to color and style. I always have a cut, wash and style about 3x/year and I receive a lot of compliments on my curls. I was referred here by other curly hair clients of Quinn’s, whom I met when I complimented them on their curls.and it is the only place I go to now!They carry a great line of organic products which amazingly are not marked up drastically.Whichever stylist I use I always have a great experience and enjoy a yummy latte while I’m here!

So happy I was able to find this salon, I wish I did sooner! I never really knew how to take care of my curls and always struggled with styling them, but after the treatment and products here I feel more confident in wearing my curls out! The staff talked me through the process and tips on how to style and wash/condition my hair. I am super excited now that I can wear my natural curls easily and hopefully get them to grow! I am SO happy with my new style. Lydia was amazing and I cant wait to go back and let her dye my curls! Id had my eye on this salon for a while and finally was able to go in and treat myself to a new look! The atmosphere is very inviting and warm, all of the stylists are friendly and super supportive and kind! A+, a million gold stars. This was my 2nd ever curly cut after growing out a pixie, and I was nervous because the first (at another salon) was very traumatic. I got the new client curl package by Quinn the owner, and I’m very impressed. She asked me my curl history, goals, and was very reassuring when I told her about my bad experience. The cut itself turned out great, the shape is beautiful and my curls feel so much lighter without loosing length. Her salon is beautifully styled & her tools and equipment is top notch. It almost felt like a spa. She talked me through every process & product, styling, etc. they did this weird (awesome) hair/scalp steam that was an experience in itself! Overall a really good experience, my hair feels soft, light, and healthy, the cut is beautiful, and I can’t wait to come back & get colored! Now recommending to all my wavy/curly/coils friends. :)

I love Curlture Salon as the stylists are easy going people, and very professional. They work as a team and I get the best possible care. Quinn is a master curly hair stylists which I cherish as my hair is coarse and curly. She is an educator and has taught me how to style my hair so it looks the best. She cuts it so that it looks great so I feel confident about my look. The salon has a vibe that makes me want to be there and relax. AND... Destiny makes a delicious cup of coffee. Lydia is excellent at cutting and coloring my hair as well. I highly recommend giving Curlture a try especially if your hair is curly.

Curlture is like manna from heaven for curly haired people. They seriously understand curl like no other salon around. Even if I didn’t live near them, I’d drive long distances to have my hair done there. They’re THAT good. Quinn and her team make the experience super relaxing, accepting and comfortable too. Lydia styles my hair and she’s magical with color too. Can’t recommend them enough!

As always, Curlture delivered an awesome all-around experience- from the chill and welcoming vibe in the salon to the quality of service and attentiveness of all the employees. I drive almost two hours to get my hair done here and it is worth it every single time.

Quinn and her team really understand curly hair and provide a great service, but more importantly they understand the emotional life and past trauma so many curlies have experienced because of their curly hair. Their empathy, coupled with a great cut and teaching me how to replicate the style at home means this curly girls can love her hair! Ohhh my, where do I begin... this place was amazing from the very first step in, seriously. (Amazing) hair service aside - the deco is gorgeous. Lots of green plants, wood geo furniture, beautiful local artwork and impressive wall hangings. That all wouldnt amount to 5 stars if it werent for their positivity. Like, a surprising amount of love, joy, and positivity there. The laughter was infectious, it felt safe and genuinely great to be there. Not only was the whole hair cut and styling process A++, they were all good people, easy to talk to, easy-going, good listeners, all around not a bad thing to report. If you have wavy to curly to coily hair, please try this place! They are miracle workers lol. Business is all women, diverse staff, welcoming, skillful. Dont pass this place up! This salon is it! Professional, creative, and skilled. Quinn and Lydia lead a team of stylists who are dedicated to the craft, and educating others. I spent many years bouncing from salon to salon, never quite happy with my hair or results. I had my first consultation with Quinn 3 years ago and never turned back! The first consultation is very in depth, and though I am well versed in the “curly girl” method, Quinn had a wealth of information to share with me to help tailor my specific styling concerns.I could not recommend Curlture enough.

Ive been placing the care of my curls into the extremely competent hands of Quinn for a couple of years now. When salons were allowed to re-open for outdoor services, I jumped at the chance to get my COVID-hair situation under control. Although Im generally a pretty anxious person, I felt very comfortable during my appointment. Quinn is not only a gifted curl artist, she is a very conscientious person and she took the utmost care in observing safety protocols Most of all, I was really impressed with how amazing my cut came out! I hope to be able to experience a full-service cut inside the gorgeous new salon soon, but in the meantime I will happily book another express outdoor cut.

I found this salon in IG. I am visiting from NY and was looking to get my curls cut. I am used to expensive curly cuts. However, I find it pretty unfair that all new clients need to book a 2 1/2 hour appointment for $260. I called the salon to inquire about an exception given the current climate. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the state is literally on fire so I am not interested in sitting any where for that long. Lydia was perfectly nice on the phone but would not make an exception citing that they need the full time with new clients to assess the client’s hair, goals and lifestyle and educate the client. This is all great but wasted on me since I have a solid routine that works for me and my hair. All I need is a cut. It a seems pretty arrogant to assume that all of us curlies need to be taught how to manage our hair.Some may find this service very helpful/informative which is great. As someone who has been naturally curly for years, and has had several curly cuts, $260 is simply too much. I am disappointed because the salon looks great and the stylists do great work but I’ll have to take my business some place else.

Before finding this gem...I used to wash my hair every day, always switched my product, didn’t know how to properly diffuse, wasn’t using a satin/silk pillow case and good hair days were, eh, sometimes! Booking with Quinn was the best decision I ever made! Not only did she cut my hair the way I’ve always dreamed she really taught me what my curls could do! I thank her everyday I don’t have to wash my hair and good hair days are basically always! Lol! She is the best of the best, along with ALL her team!!!! If you haven’t booked an appointment at Curlture Salon yet, you should!!! Your curls will thank you!

Great experience! Lydia was very friendly and did an excellent job with my haircut. I gave her an idea of what I wanted, but gave her a bit of artistic license and I am very happy with the result. Ive got a great professional haircut that is a little different then what I have done before, but I love it!

Growing up a curly girl, I have had many horror stories at salons. With that, the first time I walked in to meet Quinn, I was nervously excited. My hair was SO long and it had been untouched for a very long time (aka: didnt look too great! ha ha). Quinns face lit up and she was EXCITED to do her art on my mane. Many times previously I have seen the look of terror on a stylists face when they see me. ha ha (but not ha ha). Quinn came to life in her art as she went curl by curl through my hair. She created a style that I didnt want to wash instead of a style I couldnt wait to get rid of which I had experienced at most other salons! Nobody else has touched my hair since that first appointment with Quinn... She not only tamed the beast, she turned it into beauty!

I met Quinn and most of her team a bit over 3 years ago when I finally had screwed up the courage to fully embrace my curls. I walked in scared and unsure of what was to be and was met with a team who quickly became dear friends.Quinn cleaned your my curls and taught me how to properly hydrate my curls. I was hooked immediately and haven’t straightened my hair or abandoned my curly method since.A few months after my first appointment with Quinn I was diagnosed with cancer. Not only did Quinn help me maintain my hair by washing my hair post-mastectomy, but she also took care of my scalp during chemo using Innersense products. As my hair has grown back, she and her team (yo Lydia!) have helped shape my curls in to my current dope cut!10 out of 10 would (and do) recommend!
