Rebecca did a awesome job on my hair today. I had highlights and lowlights done and love them! She really listens and asks questions, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out great! Very sweet and knows her craft.

For $205.00 dollars I received a clipper cut and color. Color was not what I asked for and did not even cover my gray hairs. No response from Katie, salon manager, after two calls. Will not be returning. Ridiculously expensive for the services rendered!Update: Did get a call from Rosa to resolve color issue.Color will be corrected at next appointment.

I came here on a whim and was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment before Easter. It was my first time there and I chose to have my hair done by Jordan Kingsley. Let me tell you, she was so diligent about getting my cut and color just perfect. It made me feel so taken care of and I knew I was in good hands. She seemed to instinctively know exactly the right balance of what I was looking for, like how blonde was too blonde vs what I would have been underwhelmed with. I was so impressed with her and her dedication to her craft. I will definitely be returning to her. Not to mention the salon was so clean, spacious, and parking was a breeze. I highly recommend Jordan Kingsley and Leading Edge Salon! I’m so glad I happened upon them.

From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a warm and friendly energy ... from the receptionists and stylists to the owner herself. Its an inclusive team working together and welcoming you into the group.LE is also a spotless, well-run and organized salon with a powerhouse of talented women! Ive had the good fortune to work with the holy trinity of stylists (thats what I call them :) Karen Garrett, Natalie Morrow and Jordan Kingsley. Karen has been my go-to hair adviser and stylist for years but at anytime that Karen isnt available, Natalie or Jordan step in seamlessly. I love them all 💙

5 stars doesn’t even live up to how great this Salon is. As soon as you walk in it’s a very comfortable setting, not chaotic at all when I was there. Natalie colored my hair, and it turned out BETTER than I even expected. I’ve never had luck going to salons for the exact color and look I’ve wanted, and Leading Edge Salon nailed it. So for anyone looking for a nice classy salon, go to them!! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In my opinion! I will definitely be making this salon my go-to from now on.

I’ve been going to Natalie for 3 years now and I don’t want anyone else to color my hair ever again. She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to really understand which direction I want to go with my hair. I always leave there feeling like a super model! She’s simply the best.

Leading Edge continues to raise the bar for salons in Sonoma County. I have never been to a salon that is so warm and inviting, from the smiling faces to the warm cup of tea. All of the stylists are FANTASTIC, and the services are consistent no matter who you see. If you want a 5 star experience, this is the salon for you.

Quality Aveda salon. Clean, knowledgeable staff, convenient location with plenty of parking.

This salon was nice on the inside decoration wise but that’s about it. My haircut came out super choppy if I change my part there are random strands hanging down and it’s very noticeable. It wasn’t overall a bad haircut but it was far from amazing. I paid $80 but it was more worth $40. It felt very salesman-y. I felt that they were trying to sell me their products at every turn. And they didn’t even straighten my hair at the end. As soon as I left I straightened it myself so I could take after pictures. I was not about to show anyone my hair the way it was when I left the salon. Don’t think I will be back.

Shauna did a fantastic job on my mens haircut. Ive been looking for someone to cut my hair the way I liked it, Im happy to say Ive finally found someone who has exceeded my expectations. I am also happy that the salon uses cruelty free, plant based products. I also dont have to worry about my hair smelling like chemical products days after my haircut. Super clean, organized, friendly and attentive staff. Extremely satisfied.

What I loved about the place is the relaxing experience of luxury.From the moment you sit in the chair, it starts with a shoulder rub + aroma therapy that puts you in the perfect relaxation, followed by shampoo time 10 and thats before the haircut. The use of the scissors from the experienced staff shows the expertise.The detail of every cut seemed to be just right. All that and a glass of wine! Its just perfect.

First time at the salon and Jessica was my stylist. Love my hair cut. Best one I have had for awhile. She listened to what I wanted, provided professional advice regarding how to achieve what I was after. Could not be happier with the way my hair looks.

The atmosphere was okay....very busy place with lots of energy and people. High prices and i still didnt get a partial highlight. Ive been getting my hair done for years and this was first time I walked out of any place with same color hair I came in with. Not impressed! Dont waste your money.

Overall Im happy with my experience. There was a communication issue my first visit but the team went out of their way to get me back in for a redo. The second person, Natalie, that i saw was a better match for me and i got exactly what i wanted (though she didnt give me a shoulder massage like theyre supposed to. i was looking forward to it). The front desk girls are the sweetest of everyone i met so far and i enjoy asking them questions. I appreciate being served drinks and treated like Im important.

I picked out the hair stylist Karen from their online booking site (because she has awesome hair and I figured good taste) and could not be more happy! Great price, amazing atmosphere and my hair is so cute I cant look at mirror without smiling!

My stylist Jessica was fantastic. She listened to what I was asking for delivered a super cute, tailored cut. It looked even better than I thought it could. In fact, someone said it looked like Jennifer Lawrence. Wow!

It is always a great experience at Leading Edge Salon. Erin and Jordan are both awesome! I have been a client at the salon for over a year and a half and even after moving 25 miles away, it is well worth the drive up to Santa Rosa for a great haircut! They are so helpful at answering any hair care questions and suggesting products to use. I love the Aveda products! They carry a lot of travel size bottles, which is great to try out a new product and see if you like it.

Shawna gave me not only a great cut and highlights, but a luxurious scalp massage and shampoo that are worth the price alone. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Easy, free parking and beautiful, clean salon. Highly recommended!

The professionals at Leading Edge Salon have a genuine focus on pleasing the client. Its obvious when you are there. The staff is welcoming, acknowledge your presence, and do a great job with cuts and processes. I wish I could go more often.I like their hair products. They are pricey, but last a long time. I havent tried any of the facial beauty products.

Definitely not recommended came in to ask if they would do my hair or if it wasn’t ready they said yes would have preferred to get turnd down I came into ask for a reason and left me even worst. Now I have 5 different colors and my hair melting of that much money to end up with almost no hair and all they wanted to do was slap some more toner on top

All the staff are warm and professional. It is like going to a spa in there- the wash room where you get your hair washed is my favorite- serene and relaxing. From the beginning armoatherapy neck massage, to the color, wash, and cuts are excellent. It feels like a treat to to Leading Edge.

Leading Edge salon has a great vibe. It feels more like a spa experience with a mellow kind of energy - head and neck massages (your choice of aromatherapy oil) and none of the loud crazy music than many salons subject you to. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Additionally, they use Aveda products and have a great selection of products for purchase. I had been going to Leading Edge for years, and when my stylist left, I left with her - but now Im back.

Ive had my hair cut by Paula for probably 25 years. Always friendly but professional and most importantly, always a great cut. I cant image going anywhere else. If you want to be pampered, this is a great place!!

The worst customer service ever! The store owner was a total rude lady! Straight up didn’t listen to what I was trying to say and was trying to say that they just updated the service cancellation fee right when I got to the store. I told her I had an emergency and had to take my elderly patient to the ER and the store owner said that’s “great.” What makes this store owner say it was “great” that my elderly patient had to go to the ER???? HE HAS LEUKEMIA! And I have to be there for him in any case of emergency. The only great thing she did was give me a whole refund, but that was it. She never said anything about being sorry or what it means to be an at home care giver? And I’m sorry to say that I will not be returning back to this salon.

The Ladies here are amazing!!!I suffer from mental abilities, thats right abilities. Their only disabilities if you let them limit you. 1 of them is anxiety believe it or not and I was sooo nervous I thought i would pass out on my way to my stylist chair. And Im horrible with names so Im sooo sorry I dont remember any of their names, Im truly sorry.But once they heard my story on how n why I choose to donate my hair and why I choose that salon. We started talking and my anxiety level went way done. Then seeing another man walk in to get a haircut also, well my anxiety was almost non existent to the point my hands stopped trembling.I truly can say I love this place I will be going back once my hair is long enough to donate and who knows maybe get a different look then the one I got this time around.Thank you ladies for the wonderful experience today, from the front desk to my stylist.They are all amazing!!!

I cannot recommend The Leading Edge highly enough. I have gone there for 6 years and find their sylists exceptionally skilled and current on hairstyles. As an Aveda store, they use only Aveda plant-based products which are the best and we purchase their products from the store which we use at home. Their pricing is very reasonable and the facilities are modern clean and first-rate. Highly recommended.

I scheduled very far in advance (2 months) for my mother and I to get a haircut. She hasnt had a professional haircut in 10 years and I explained this was a big deal for her. We wanted to get our hair cut at the same time. I called the day before to confirm we are on for that time. 2 hours before our appointment, as I am on my way to Vacaville to pick up my mother, I get a phone call cancelling ONE OF OUR APPOINTMENTS.They asked if I still want the other one. I said no, this was more so for my mother and she didnt want to go by herself. I explained I am already on my way to pick her up and begged if there is anyone else who can fill in. They said it was an emergency and theres nothing they can do except not charge me a cancellation fee for the other appointment.I will never step foot in this establishment again.

Ive had the best hair cuts and received such great service from Leading Edge. The products are amazing and Jordan is such a talented stylist and very friendly and sweet. I have thick damaged hair and only have been able to get it healthier because of the Aveda products and the care Ive received from Jordan.

Karen is the only person Ive found in years who can cut my hair properly!
