I could have gone anywhere for comparable pricing but Marilyn at Big O Santa Rosa Ave location (manager) actually made me feel that spending my dollars at her store was appreciated.Such an uncommon experience these days to feel like the customer is important and respected. Marilyn was professional and friendly all while multitasking.Will definitely refer friends here!

The women at the front was very kind and honest. She told me that they were short staffed and would get to my car as soon as possible. Everything was done with in an hour and I was very pleased with the service and her pleasant attitude. It can be hard to keep a good attitude being understaffed and over booked. Great experience and will be back!

Just got a quick oil change on my truck. Monica was extremely helpful! I had noticed a bit of oil underneath the truck the next day and called and they immediately got me in and checked the vehicle and everything was fine. Will definitely be back again!!!

Go on their website and get a coupon. Pay less than $50.00 for a full synthetic oil change for a small car. Other places around quoted me $80-100+. The man helping me was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They even look at your car to check if anything is wrong with it for free. Best oil change ever.

Honestly, probably one of the best oil change services Ive ever had. I booked my appointment online and was able to get a great coupon on Groupon to fix my alignment! I didnt catch the staffs name but he was very kind and understanding with all my questions. I felt super safe asking questions and I always find myself getting nervous asking things. I didnt have to sit in the car the whole time so that was a plus as well 😊. Overall a great experience and will be definitely coming back 😊

I was able to get my appointment, day-of. Everyone that worked there was helpful, professional and efficient. My new tires were installed in an hour while I waited at the shop, which had good, fast wifi. Very satisfied.

Friendly and professional staff. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. They proactively found a screw embedded in one tire - I had no idea. Oil change (was down 95%), rotation AND tire repair $91- Honda dealership for just oil and rotation $99 and god knows what tire repair would have been IF they would have noticed the screw. I purchase my tires at Big O now will continue to go there for maintenance!

My Big-O Tires experience in Santa Rosa with Monica and Jose was incredible!I had last minute tire issues with a rental car on my road trip up the coast. I was driving from San Diego to Oregon and had issues right in the Santa Rosa Sonoma county area.I scheduled an appointment with them and showed up with low tire pressure after trying to fill it twice, and and they took me right in! Monica was welcoming, calm, and understanding of my situation and she exceeded expectations with my tire issue. She was not only professional, butwent above and beyond to check my fluid levels (on top of the other tires) because she knew I had a long stretch between Santa Rosa and Humboldt County. Jose was the only technician for the day, and despite having many customers and a lot of work, he was very kind, accommodating, and quick to find and solve the issue.I would highly recommend this place and this magnificent duo to anyone passing through the area. You will not be disappointed!

Awesome experience. Super fast on my alignment. Came in for a tire repair from a screw, it didn’t actually puncture the tire and were 100% honest that a repair wasn’t needed and didn’t charge me for it. If you are thinking about going here do it! If you are shopping around, you can’t beat the honesty and integrity here! Highly recommend!

I went in to have some tires I purchased installed and get a front end allignment. I was told 1 1/2 hrs or 2 hrs max. 3 1/2 hrs later the tires were installed and I was told I would have to come back for the allignment.

I got 4 new tires an alignment and an oil change.. They did a great job and was the cheapest price I could find. The oil change was about $50.00 dollars cheaper than Oilstop. From now on I will have them do all my automotive work. Fantastic service and great prices. Thanks Big O!!!

The guys working there were a big help and had great customer service. They went out of their way to make sure services stayed in my budget. Took my car in today and paid for full oil service which included tire rotation. Alas my tires were not rotated and question if the oil was changed as well. Will not be doing business with this location again.

I did my homework by checking out several locations in Santa Rosa and then came upon Big O while on my way to Les Schwabb. I met John Paul and it was apparent that he was not a “salesman “ he was and is a person who cares about and is concerned about giving the best possible price for your needs and offers options without upselling WHAT A PLEASURE!!! I’m a single older person and he treated me like a person! There was no hidden price and you don’t have to wait for a appointment if he has the tires then you can have them down that day depending I showed up at 4 pm and we talked many options and he showed me the computer screen! He said he would have my tire the next day and I showed up at 1 as agreed and I walked out 2 hours later with a 12 month no interest B-O financing SOO thrilled. He balanced my tires checking under the hood and I left safe and my tires feel SO different thank you John Paul for your honesty and Big-O❣️

GOT MY CAR STOLEN. I gave my keys to an employee and said I had a flat tire. They told me they would repair it the next day and I could come back in the morning. The next morning they never called me back and when I called at 2pm asking if my car was ready, they pretended like I had the wrong location. Turns out they had A break in and someone stole my keys and car. They didn’t inform me until I had called because they didn’t follow garage protocol and their employee didn’t ticket my keys or car. It’s been 5 days and they have been rude, demeaning and have not provided me with their insurance or lawyer information.

It was during the fires in late September, in the middle of the night we were evacuating. We were heading out of town when we stopped to get gas, it was 1:30am and my daughter got a flat tire. Needless to say we didnt leave town that night, we slept on the floor at my husbands office.The next morning I called Big O Tires, to inquire about tires. We went back and forth with the options and how soon they could be delivered. I was tired and exhausted, and stress needless to say. We had new tires on the car later that day and then we continued our evacuation.During our evacuation I took a look at the tires and realized these were not the ones I wanted to purchase. When we came back into town, I went back to Big O and spoke with manger and the regional manager, they were both very understanding, they switched them out for the tires I had wanted.Initially I thought the service person had made a mistake and ordered the wrong tires. But just yesterday, yes two months after the fire, I found my notes from my phone call with Big O and I saw that it was me who made the mistake! I have to thank both managers for being compassionate as I hadnt slept much in days, I was trying to think of everything I needed to take care of in this evacuation mode. These guys switched out my tires knowing I was the one who was mistaken. I wanted to write this review to just let everyone know how caring the guys are at Big O. I will forever be grateful.

Very friendly, honest and respectful. Went in to the Big O Tires shop on Santa Rosa Avenue, in Santa Rosa, for a brake job, after they quoted me a price over the phone. They called me after looking at the car and let me know that I didnt need new brakes, and that I still had 50% left. I will definitely return for that brake job, when it is time, in addition to any oil changes or tires that I need. Will be sure to let my friends and co-workers know where they can find an honest Big O Tires location.

Parts and labor came out to be roughly 530$. over all my car was there for a total of 2 hours including waiting time. Which comes out to be an hour plus of labor. Very nice gentleman in the front Gave me an original price of 615$ then 600$ after I agreed because my car was already there and I happened to have the money I paid 530$ I think it wasnt a fair price but work was done swiftly and they answered all my questions. Unless you have money to spend on what Im assuming are very good mechanics.go else where. You get what you pay for. New spark plug and coil. If youre wondering.

Very friendly . Got the car in as soon as I arrived. The technician took the time to explain the adjustes and I got a print out of the current setting and the correct setting. Totally efficient.

After a bit of a wait, oil change & tire rotation was completed in 15 min by a tag team of 2 techs.

I dropped with no appointment on a Saturday and they were able to take my truck in for a front break job at 9am and by 12pm my truck was finished. They did a great job and the customer service was amazing. I will definitely go back for any future needs for my vehicle!

This Big O came through! I had an awkward situation because of the Covid where the AAA could not let me ride with them. They took my car in, but left me stranded for hours and hours by the side of the road in a rural backwater of California. My phone battery died but not before I was able to get in touch with my partner who dealt with Daniel at Big O remotely. He said and did all the right things and even stored my car which had camera equipment in it under cover overnight without being asked while I straightened everything else out. Very friendly and nice staff. Got it done on the following morning, a Saturday, within an hour of opening. I have used Big O quite a bit over the years and have had mixed results, mostly good but not always. The guys, on Santa Rosa Ave, in Santa Rosa were terrific. Many thanks for rising to the occasion at a really awkward moment.

While I wasnt there to watch the work be done. The guy at the front made me feel comfortable and felt like a genuine person. They got the work done early even though they were busy and short some staff i could see. Kind of felt like i shouldve done the job myself thanks to the price but it was as easy and nice as it ever couldve been having someone else do it. Glad for the work and the care taken with the vehicle. Will probably have them rotate my tires again in the next 5000 miles. Thanks yall!

I went in for an oil change and a free inspection, was told i needed 2 new tires wasn’t offered to keep my old ones they replaced, within 2days later my rear tire going flat I bring it back in and they showed me where my rim has a crack in it and is making my tire leak ! I hadn’t used my car since they switched out tires ? So they didn’t have to patch tire and it’s going to keep going flat cuz the rim . A waste of 250.00 and didn’t have tire problems till I went in there....I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever ....
