Was absolutely the perfect place to get my wedding dress. Laura made the experience oh so fun. She really listened to what I wanted while also pulling dresses that she thought I would like. She was also amazing about keeping me under budget.Highly recommend this place. They were wonderful.

Wow, I am completely blown away by WCB. If I could give a 100 star rating I would! Not only were the dresses drop-dead gorgeous, but the customer service was out of this world. The lighting was fantastic, and the boutique was clean and organized. Melissa made me feel so so comfortable and supported during this process. She was knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and really made this the best possible experience. I feel blessed that I got to work with her because you can tell she really cares and really loves what she does. Best bridal shop in Sonoma County! I got my dress, accessories, bridesmaid dresses, mother of the bride dress, flower girl dress, and alterations here!! Everything went wonderfully and they took great care of me. I highly recommend the shop to anyone looking for wonderful service in a beautiful shop with breathtaking bridal gowns! They have a wide range or sample sizes for any bride. They also have off the rack gowns for a bride with a tighter budget or not enough time to order. They can look up designer inventory for a faster shipping time, so there are options! I thought I knew what I wanted, but I ended up in something totally different and amazing thanks to my Stylist, Elizabeth!

I went yesterday to look for my gown. From the moment I walked in they treated me so well! They were patient and listened to what I imagined my dress to look like. Although I didn’t find my dress there I loved their service and how they made it all about you and worked to try to find you the perfect dress! Absolutely loved my experience here!

I highly recommend Mellisa and Nicole, they did a wonderful job helping me find my dream dress! I had a large group coming with me to try on dresses and they where extremely accommodating. I purchased a beautiful 2019 Enzoani gown & my daughters flower girl dress, I absolutely love both of them!

Simply astonishing. My fiancee and I were in town visiting family and they made her a surprise appointment at Wine Country Bride Boutique. At first she was reluctant to get out of the car to try on dresses because she felt she was not ready. Her aunts finally convinced her after telling her how great this place was. She sure was glad she did. WCB boutique provided exceptional service. They were uniquely attentive to what she wanted in a dress while never providing too much pressure to buy. She also wont stop talking about the shops decor and how its beauty and elegance perfectly complimented the moment. While I havent seen the dress or the shop, a short visit to the website and I can see why she likes it. Thank you so much WCB Boutique for making our trip to Santa Rosa all the more special.

If I could give Zero Stars I would. Horrible customer service from the consultant who was helping my mother. We were visiting from Seattle and we were hoping to have a great weekend and find my mothers dream wedding dress. I dont know if our party just looked poor? Or maybe not quite right for this boutique but we received horrible treatment, from not being seated right away, too not being offered anything to drink, while others arriving after us sipped champange to my mother (the bride) being left to try on dresses with her current left opened.The space we had not been cleaned up from the bridal party before us so there were dirty cups around. The party that came after us, were offered Champagne and we had to ask for water. My mother was just handed dress after dress after the consultant stood there telling her the prices of each gown. Instead of trying to find out what the bride was looking for or any information about her. She kept commenting on price and if my mother cant afford the dress. She even directed my mother to the black friday racks. I was the one to finally help my mother out of her dress while the consultant stood there holding the curtain open while she got dressed. My mother felt so uncomfortable and unwanted that I ended the appoint early and left.I have worked in that industry and never in my life have I heard of a consultant treating a bride this way. We had money to spend that day but you can believe we will never spend a dime at this establishment.

Wow, wow,wow!!! Loved so many things about this shop. They have everything, dresses, shoes, hair accessories, and jewelry! Elizabeth was so so sweet and genuine. Would HIGHLY recommend!
