So our experience at CTC was, hands down, the single best thing to happen with our major whole house remodel. I’d give them ten stars if I could! Mary is a standout in a crowded field of exceptional staff. She spent many hours with us working out designs for two bathrooms, hardwood-look tile for a large area of the house, and new countertops, island and tile backsplash in the kitchen too. She really listened to what we wanted as a final look and feel for the house. She offered valuable guidance and resolved issues as they appeared (and you know they always do!). She knows the best installers in the area; and on top of it all, she loves her job and it shows. We were always greeted with a smile, and her top notch efficiency. She made a difference to us-what could have been a nightmare is instead a dream come true-in no small measure due to her efforts. Thank you to everyone at CTC!

I recently completed a large tile purchase from CTC and am very please with their selection and service. When you walk through the store you find room after room of displays. Just when you think youve seen it all, you walk through doors to a warehouse-like area with 100s more samples to see.One of their designers, Peter, helped us with our planning. I cant imagine having done this without him. I am DIY enthusiast and Ive taken on this large project (1700 square feet) myself. In addition to helping us choose the tile, which we love, Peter has offered installation tips like the size of the grout line and staggering the seams that I might not have considered.The store doesnt deliver so I decided to rent a lift gate truck and pallet jack to bring the load home. When I told Peter my plans he suggested that they re-pallet the load so that each one didnt weigh so much. I had never used a pallet jack before and Peters suggestion was crucial to my ability to unload the tile. I was barely able to manage it with the lighter pallets. If they had been at their original weight, I dont know what I would have done to get them off the truck.
