My family has used Quality Discount Cabinets for many projects from small to large. Recently my wife and I worked with them on our own remodel. Frankie has been great from start to finish. She laid out a beautiful kitchen design and was always available to answer questions or make revisions. The owner Amber is always involved and eager to help with any step in the process. They are all incredibly friendly and it is a true local family business. Amber’s husband assembles and delivers the cabinets personally. They remain accountable and involved in every step of the process. Lastly, the cabinets are both beautiful and durable. We have never had an issue. I highly recommend Quality Discount Cabinets.

I cant say enough about our experience with Quality Discount Cabinets. From start to finish Amber provided the best service and expertise. She was prompt in her response initially and in all interactions. She helped with suggestions and alternatives on the look we were going for and within our budget (I think we actually ended up lower in price than what we were originally looking at). The cabinets and countertops were on time and look fantastic, not to mention the best price we could find in town. Great local family business and businesswoman to support. Would highly recommend!

Not reliable. Do not order from them. My mistake was that I didnt take the words of previous customers seriously! Just look at previous reviews, this business ignored customer after installation since they paid in full. So, how can someone trusts them and pays them upfront and then be ignored after installation for any potential issue. I paid half upfront and all I wanted was a guarantee that the same thing wouldnt happen to me. Their solution was to cancel installation literally last minute. Just take these words seriously! You dont want to work with a family business who doesnt know what a customer service means! On day one, I showed these reviews to them and they said the family business ownership is transferred and they are very different now. End of the story was that I faced the same issue and I regret it very very much now!

Great service! We were taking our time and taking pics! Cant wait to return with our kitchen and bathroom measurements. Excellent quality cabinetry. Love the fact that it is wood, too!

I dont understand some of the highly negative reviews. My experience was great. My cabinets were ready in a week. They are good quality. I had one small issue and they took care of it immediately. If you are expecting the quality of a custom cabinet shop that may literally charge 3 times as much you may be disappointed. I have no hesitation recommending QDC, thus my 5 star rating.

This is a family owned business in its second generation. Amber and her husband couldnt be more accommodating and helpful The cabinets are of great quality, the price was right and they arranged for the installation of the cabinets and granite tops with contractors who did a great job. Definitely put them on your short list.

My wife and I just purchased an entire kitchen from Quality discount cabinets including Granite and quartz tops...Amber was awesome...we were treated with respect...she did everything she promised...we will be back...keep up the good work.

Amber and Kristin were great from start to finish with my kitchen cabinets. I would recommend QDC to anyone wanting great cabinets at great prices. I had no issues with my order at all. I will be returning for more cabinets when I remodel my bathrooms for sure.

0 stars. I read the other reviews and I would have to agree. POOR customer service. Lets hope you dont want accessories or problems after the initial order, because they wont do anything about it. I was told it was a waste of there time. Spend your money somewhere else.

OMG! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT shop Quality discount cabinets! These people are underhanded and such a huge waste of time and money. At first everything was great and flowing smoothly but then it all went down hill after our initial meeting. They failed to complete the job. The installers were not very carful and not polished. When we brought up any issues such as the nicks or scratches on the materials they acted like it wasnt a big deal. The installers would blame one another and not fix the problem. Denise and her husband try to play the Christian card but theyre far from it. Not professional. Trust me save yourself time and unwanted headaches and go somewhere else!!!

The owners are wonderful and the cabinets are high quality. I learned this is a family ran business as well which made working with them even more desireable. The communication was great and my kitchen and bathrooms turned out breathtakingly beautiful while not causing me to go bankrupt! If you want high quality cabinets and countertops, great customer service and a gorgeous outcome then you should absolutely come here!

I purchased granite countertops from QDC. The granite is fine and looks good and they were reasonably priced. However, when the counters were installed the dishwasher was not in place. When the plumber came two days later he could not attach the dishwasher to the counter because they did not leave the part to do so. I emailed the owner and he said someone would drop off the part that week...that was three months ago. It has never been delivered and the owner has not answered two follow up emails. I have had to file a claim with the BBB simply because they will not come out and properly attach my dishwasher to the counter! Everytime I open the dishwasher, the rack and the dishes roll out! Horrible customer service...once they have your money they are done with you.
