You had what I needed. When I ordered online, you claim to have curbside pickup. You have a sign for curbside pickup in your window when I arrived. However, you give no instructions on how to get someone to actually bring out your order. I waited for several minutes, and nothing, and I was literally parked outside the front door. When I gave up and went in, the man couldnt find the order. He asked me what was in the order. I showed him my email confirmation that the order was ready, and a copy of the order. It still took him over 5 minutes to find it, and there wasnt a single other customer in the store, and the phone didnt ring, so he wasnt juggling anything else.

They have every battery that Ive ever needed (plus some I had no imagination even existed) very friendly and of course knowledgeable.

I love this place they always replace my watch battery well and have every battery I have ever needed.

I have purchased multiple Personal Watercraft (See Doo) batteries from this location. They call to let me know when the battery will be ready, are always super-responsive, and knowledgeable. On top of that, I find the AGM Extreme model batteries they sell are powerful, durable, and long-lasting.

The guy (Mike) was very helpful. Explained my options. I believe he had my best interest at heart.

They were very helpfull, some of the battery connectors i had were different from the ones they sold me, but they offered to solder on the corrent ones from the old batteries, thanks for that.

Screen repair was fast. New screen had a minor issue, and they were willing but reluctant to look into it. Were also willing but reluctant to take my admittedly huge amount of used batteries for recycling. So yeah, we did business and it was fine. But it seemed like maybe they were taken advantage of one too many times.

Mike knows everything I need to know. I only go to professionals with knowledge. I feel completely safe that I will get the right product for my needs at a decent price. All battery and bulb needs can be completed with one stop.

The folk here have been great.I originally ordered via the web and had to wait a day for delivery of the two batteries I wanted for my truck. There was a bit of confusion but it was sorted out and I got the batteries. I would have rated the 3 stars then (average).Fast-forward a year and I discover that both the truck batteries have been completely drained because it sat with something sucking the power for 6 weeks. One battery would not respond to either a 2 Amp or 12 Amp charger, I was afraid it was dead. I took it in to have them check it and while it appear dead, they said to leave it and they would try to revive it. A day later I got a call that they had revived it and it was working fine.Two days later I found that the battery in one of my cars was dead because I accidentally had left power on while it sat in storage for 6 weeks. I was happy with my experience up until 5 or so days ago. Had my phone battery replaced which ended up causing more issues than just my battery dying. My phone now has to be replaced. When I called to see what their policy is on this sort of thing. I was met with rudeness and no answer as to what their policy is. Your employees should know how to answer the simple question on what their companies policy is. My $80 to replace my battery has now coat me $700+ to REPLACE MY PHONE! I will never step foot in this place again. Thank you for ruining my phone!!!P.S. You should teach your employees how to handle phone calls without rudeness/additude.

Very helpful manager quickly identified unlabled bathroom bulb and locates replacement in-stock on shop computer. In and out of shop in less than 10 minutes. They also accept responsibility to recycle or safely dispose of old bulb.
