Thank you, Chris and Kustom Kar for saving me $2,000+ on a replacement of my 2013 Subaru Outback infotainment unit. Hansel Subaru quoted me $2400 to refurbish and install the unit. I found a replacement on EBay, took it to Kustom Kar and they had it installed in less than half an hour. The price was extremely reasonable, too. You guys ROCK!

These guys are amazing. We agree that the job would be completed in four hours. Before I left the store the owner told me I could pick up the car in just one hour. Everything was done perfectly.

I bought a stereo system from Kustom Kar 20 years ago. Deck, 10 disc CD Changer, Amp with 4 speakers and they installed my rear bass-box for my 68 Stang. The system never failed, never! I would have not needed to change anything. I recently went back to switch out the deck for a newer one because my son, who also had a Kustom Kar install in his vehicle, bought a new car and needed a deck upgrade. So, I got an upgrade with his older deck but still newer than mine, sweet! Friends, Kustom Kar rocks! They do awesome work and the components last! You will be totally satisfied with your new system if you go to Kustom Kar.

Went back here to update the system they did for me in 2005, yes 2005, it still sounded great but I wanted more and updated options like android auto. And once again they nailed it, everything I wanted and more. Chris is the man! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

I had several upgrades to my car stereo installed 10 years ago by Kustom Kar Audio. I have not had one problem with anything!! Not one. I have come back to them for advice on accessory cables and other new things and they give me the red carpet treatment and even remember my name. I have referred many friends and my daughter for stereo work and they all give the same feedback on the exceptional quality and customer service offered! I wish other local businesses would take notice!

Brought my 2016 GMC Canyon to get a little woofer for some extra kick and amp everything up at the same time. Knowledgeable staff that put no pressure on the sales front, just clearly defined options. Super clean install (pretty sure the cab was cleaner than when I brought it in), quality components, and it sounds great.If you twisted my arm to find a negative, It would be that they were booked a week and a half out for the install. Thats just the price of being a quality business though.Ill be back when I blow the stock speakers out to get some upgrades put in!

Just had Kustom Kar Audio install stereo and speakers I got for Christmas. Scott and Joe are great, they gave a time for it to be completed and came in ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them and we will be bringing another vehicle in for new stereo in the future.

I had a great experience, great price and great service. Two years later I went in, because I messed up something and wasnt getting any sound, Chris cane out and fixed me right up in no time and I was back on the road w music blazing.. chris and his guys are awesome!

I bought a 2017 Heyday WT2 which comes standard with a Wetsounds stealth 10 soundbar. I wanted to upgrade and so I took it to these guys. They had to custom cut the speakers into the hull since there werent any cutouts on the boat from the factory. The work turned out flawless! The turnaround was quick despite having to custom plumb the entire boat will all new speaker wire. The amps and subs were tucked away nicely so they would not interfere that much with storage on the boat. The system sounds amazing! I cannot recommend these guys enough. My cousin even said, worth every penny.

This place sucks. Only place around that was authorized dealers to fix the problem but Was rude and wouldnt help even tho they could and the dealer sent u there to get the problem fixed. Dont go there, find a better shop or place for what u need.

They have my business and my friends as well as my familys today yesterday till eturnity.... Dont waiste your time at other shops... This place is a one stop shop... This is the best place to go in Santa Rosa for auto alarms. I have a 2001 Toyota van that I purchased 5 years ago. It came with an alarm system. Through the years, the alarm starting doing strange things like beeping for no reason (only 1 churp at a time) and then the would not lock or unlock. I never knew when it would work or not.So I checked reviews on Yelp and Google and Kustom Kar Audio seemed to get the best reviews. I called and talked with Chris. He had me bring the car in so they could check to see if the alarm could be fixed. They spent 2 hours on it and did not charge me for the time. When it was all said and done, the alarm needed replacing. Which I was fine with. They did a great job installing it and explaining how to use it. Now I have a really reliable alarm that I know will work all the time. I highly recommend these guys, both for quality of work, honesty and pricing. I will definately come back here if any of our cars need audio or alarm work.

These guys are fantastic. I showed up after 4pm, hoping for an install the same day. Chris answered all of my questions and I got to listen to the stereo I was considering through the speakers I was considering, which sold me on both. It was nearly 5 by the time Id figured out what I wanted and paid for it, and Chris and Scott both jumped on it together and finished a couple minutes after 6, despite the tangle of wires left over from my last install, which was done without a harness by a friend. Though they close at 6, Chris voluntarily and patiently went over the stereo functions with me and let me know I could come by anytime with stereo questions or problems. The customer service was top-notch as was the install. Id highly recommend them to anyone.

Just moved to town and needed a new audio store. Had established a great relationship with my previous store owner, and wanted to find that here. pretty sure it was scott that helped me out when I came by, but anyways it was a fantastic experience. I previously stopped by a competitor store nearby, and had a poor experience.(sleezy, hustlers, and felt like they werent there to help, but to do their best to take money out of my pocket and put it in theirs.) So before I accepted what I was offered there, I came by kustom Kar audio, and things were much better. Instead of feeling like I was being hustled, scott took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and something that would fit my budget. he took the time to share pros and cons of my different options, and eventually put together a little package of everything I would need for my current project. He discussed a few different methods of installation techniques and shared some knowledge with me to assist me with my project. I appreciate when I can find a store, and employees, that are there to help, and that will answer my questions. Because even though I may be doing the installs myself, when I find a store I like and feel comfortable with, I am more likely to come back for everything else I need or want in the future, since I can get the merchandise I want, along with the fantastic customer service which I believe to be just as important. Thank you to all at Kustom Kar audio. Will most definitely be returning for all my other car audio needs in the future.
