I have all the emails, so dont worry about my memory.Here are some relevant details ... Order number 29615. I ordered medium US size, or Italian large, for the items. I received XXL. I received a low end Nalini short for the high end compression shorts. For the XXL jacket I received, I never even received the proper size replacement. I never received the refund for shipping costs incurred for the return that was not my fault. While I didnt mention customs charges in my earlier review, I also incurred extra customs charges due to the second parcel not being marked as a replacement for a previous shipment.Original review:I ordered from these scam artists a few years ago. They substituted lower end items without asking and also sent the wrong size for most of the others. They sent XXL instead of large, for two of the three items ordered. My guess would be that XXL is in very low demand for cycling gear and they thought since I am in Canada, I wouldnt return then due to prohibitive shipping costs.I emailed the owner, Luis, who finally agreed to send the items in the size ordered, if I mailed the parcel back. As I am in Canada, this was quite expensive and after some argument, Luis finally agreed to pay for the return shipping. Weeks after receiving the parcel, Luis finally replied after I threatened to request a chargeback from my credit card company. He said he would send the agreed upon replacement items and refund the return shipping costs. When the second parcel finally arrived, I found that he had sent a low end pair of shorts instead of the top end ones I had ordered. He also never refunded the $35 for return shipping he had promised, and refused to answer any emails thereafter.

The Nalini bib shorts that I got from Procyclegear perform great. Luis knows his inventory and gives me good advice on products if I ask. The products and service are top notch.

Buying my bib short is going bad. Payment isnt working. my bank says its a fraud internet site. After some bad experiences I believe my bank.Watch out!
Luis, was very helpful taking my order over the phone; and even went to their warehouse to check on the sizing of a Jersey! I ordered 4 Jerseys...all were as advertised and very high quality (all 4 were made in Italy). Would Recommend very highly!
Best quality and service
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer, even accounting for the days of catalog ordering over the phone. I place an order, hear nothing. Weeks later, I am told the items are backordered (information which was apparently known to the retailer but not provided on the website). Weeks later I am offered replacements, which arent what I was looking for. I ask for a refund. More weeks pass and I am finally told the items will be shipped. The items are then shipped to the wrong address. In sum, they dont keep the goods they advertise in stock, dont ship properly, and dont respond to emails for weeks on end. I dont expect small shops to provide the same rapid response as a company like Amazon. But at minimum, it is unacceptable to just take money from people and then be totally unaccountable.
Im a big fan of Nalini cycling clothing. The quality of stitching, the Italian styling, and the fabrics are hard to beat. What is hard, though, is finding a good selection of Nalini products. Then I discovered ProCycleGear. They have good selection and prices, and Ive been very pleased with the service and delivery.
I have ordered team jerseys for a gift to a friend on 29th. They were very quick to charge me and send me an email. Today is the 6th and not received the jerseys or email or answers to phone calls and messages. Since Im leaving on the 10th its unfortunate I may not get them on time. Very poor customer service and follow up. Will give them to the end of the day before canceling the order and buying it from more reputable store who cares about their customers.One of the reasons I choose them was they were a us based business with a phone number. I thought theyll be a good store to buy.
Ordered cycling gloves they mailed the wrong gloves and wrong size and I can’t get a hold of anyone at the store to help. Poor service so far.
