I dont know where to begin! The service and garments were of the lowest order! Big hole in the crouch of my pants that looked like they had been stiched by a kindergardner! Caused a delay to the start of the wedding. Luckily another groomsmen let me borrow his pants last minute that had not fit him. Were not my size but better than walking down the aisle with a big hole in my crouch! Since I lucked out the owner Rich says I was made Whole. Rich will not take responsibility, says he does not know who stiched them and said it was not them; essentially calling me a liar! Offered $50 towards another suit and no refund!Thought that would make me happy knowing that I would never return and spend another dime at his shop!I had tried them on prior at the shop but since I put the shirt on first I did not catch it and Rich did not take the time to get close and look my suit over. From a distance after just a glance said Your good!Aside from that each person from my party had a bad thing to say from their service including the groom.Zero stars!! Did I mention Im out $200!! after this horrendous experience!

Tuxedo gallery was a wonderful experience. I was so happy with the attention to detail. Rich and Judy were thoughtful and attentive. The fittings were fun and on point with class. I will highly recommend anyone to go to the tuxedo gallery. I will surely go there again. most excellent five stars.

Great experience. Walked in to purchase a tuxedo for my hard to fit 17 y.o. son and walked out 30 minutes later with a good quality wool tux at an extremely reasonable cost. The owners are warm, considerate and honest.They do not do their own tailoring but do refer to a good local tailor. This was such a wonderful experience compared to my experience with The Mens Wearhouse earlier this year.I would give them 10 stars if I could!

What a wonderful experience! After not stocking a style and color of shirt I needed for a special Indian wedding the owners Rich and Judy offered me a close match that would work for FREE! The generosity was incredible and I did bring them some thank you cookies after the wedding. The time they took, the hospitality, the quality of the items, the cleanliness of the store were all wonderful but the face-to-face concern with my situation and the way they made me feel important will be always remembered. I wish I could give more than the Five Stars! You must use this store and meet these wonderful people!

First off I must express that everything we saw on the website, reflected perfectly in person when we went to the Tuxedo Gallery. My husband, Mother and I were looking for his suit to wear at our ceremony and the customer service and the fitted suit were absolutely excellent. My family and I have never experienced such warm and friendly customer service. Huge thank you to the kind couple who helped make the day all the better by getting us the perfect suit for my fiance and husband to be! I highly recommend this business for your formal wear needs. Take it from us we are picky folks to please and this place blew us away. MAJOR 5 STARS if I could give it a 10 star I would!

Dan is the man! I went here to get myself and my groomsmen fitted. Dan was super helpful getting us organized. He was able to tailor color schemes and whatever my wife was hoping to see in the wedding party. After the wedding was finished, I was able to walk away with a new Italian suit! I appreciate their help and recommend them for any occasion.

This store is absolutely amazing! Super friendly and accommodating. They dont outsource their tuxedos like all the other places around town so they have everything right there on site and can get you into a tuxedo quite quickly. I highly recommend!

I came to the Tuxedo Gallery to find 3 tuxedos one week before a Quinceañera. I was greeted by the kindest gentleman named Dan. He was so kind, friendly, and so knowledgeable on the latest trends. He helped me pick out 3 of the most beautiful tuxedos. I appreciated the time that he spent with me to go over the amazing selection that they carried. To say this place saved the day is a HUGE understatement!!!!!! We originally went to Bliss Bridal in Petaluma. Disaster, leaving 2 of our groomsmen with NOTHING to wear the day before the wedding!! Tuxedo Galley were unbelievably accommodating. They put me completely at ease. They were so patient with how stressed myself and the groom were and did everything they could to make sure the groomsmen had exactly what they needed and in the perfect matching color! They carry their rentals at the store so there’s no guess work with sizes or something coming in wrong. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a rental go there!!!!

As soon as I walked in I got a great vibe just from the initial selection you see. Then, I met the owner Dan. Incredibly professional and honest. I had cam from the Mens Warehouse and had the worst experience. Trying to buy my suit for my wedding from a YOUNG kid with a black eye and an attitude. The selection was from only 2 options, I couldnt believe it. I left, went to the Tuxedo Gallery, and instantly found the suit I was going to wear to marry the lady of my dreams. I suggest anyone in the area go to the Tuxedo Gallery for a suit or a dress. Thank you again to Dan The Tuxedo Man.

What an amazing experience at The Texedo Gallery. I’m not really comfortable wearing suits and tuxedos but Rico and Judy made sure every step was easier and comfortable. Rico (the tailor) pays a lot of attention to detail and is with you every step of the way to make sure you leave happy. I highly reccomend this place if your looking for a place to get tuxedos or dresses. These people are very professional and you will leave very pleased.

I had a really hard time finding decently priced suits that looked good for the guys to wear. I knew the guys wouldnt want to spend a fortune and a couple of them would never wear it again. I kept going from place to place and finally thought I would buy them at a store but the guys were such strange sizes it didnt work. On my way home I found Tuxedo Gallery and decided to stop thinking maybe it would just be easier to rent tuxes. .. I walked in to such a surprise. These guys immidealty were the most friendly people I have met in this process. PLUS THEY RENT SUITS. My wedding day was this weekend. They guys were treated so well the process was easy and the only thing I was sad about was that it was so far from my venue so it was kind of a pain to get the suits and bring them back but no biggie because it was worth it. THANK YOU so much for helping my day be amazing My boys looked amazing in there suits I couldnt have been happier.

We finally got over here three days before the wedding, knowing they had on-site alterations and same or next day service. Thankfully, we came in during a time when no one else was in the shop. Miracle Dan gave us the run down of price points and styles with humor and a smile, got my husband measured in a minute and fitted while also juggling phone calls and a tux pick-up. We were in and out in just under an hour and he looked SHARP on our wedding day. We couldnt have been more pleased. THANK YOU!!!

I’m a 15 year old boy & unfortunately i’d had a lot going on personally & couldn’t get a tux for homecoming on time so the day before, me & my grandpa walked right up in there & they were able to provide a tux on the spot.Let me tell you I look fresh. I look clean, sharp & crisp so they have very good quality clothes. I’d been there last year which was my freshman year & they did a great job then & obviously now.This place has such a wide variety of clothes & colors & styles that are all so wonderful. If i didn’t have a date that wore the color beige I’d be picking some other color that was available but still, the tux I have is a VERY clean look & fits extremely well.Unfortunately my grandma had some problems at home so grandpa had to go home & take care of her so I was stuck there! I believe his name was Rich & he gave me a ride home which was very nice of him so it goes to show the people that work there are nice & it is a good environment to be in.Thanks Tuxedo Gallery - rubee

Worst business and owners ever! Do not do business with these people. If I could give them 0 stars I would! After using them several times over the years I thought they were good people but I was wrong. We will never do business with them again! They hired my 14 year old daughter to work for them over the prom season. After she was verbally abused multiple times and never off on time they finally fired her. (Which we were actually thankful for as this is a horrible hostile work environment especially for a first time job) This would have been the end of it but then we had problems getting her final check. Finally as a parent I had to get involved. When I went into the store and asked for the check the owner Richard who was in the Parking lot on lunch came into the store screaming at me, swearing profanities, kicked me out of his store and refused to give me the check! I have never been treated so rudely! All we wanted was her paycheck which legal should have been given to her the day she was terminated. I dont post reviews very often but was so appalled by the owners I thought people should know the kind of business owners they are!

My husband was asked to walk our niece down the aisle, and we wanted him to look father-of-the-bride-ish. I looked at reviews online and diligently compared a couple of local rental places. Not only did we get very friendly, personal, family-oriented service at Tuxedo Gallery, but the price was better than the busy place downtown. (When I went to that shop, they were fitting a wedding party and did not even acknowledge that I had come in, so after waiting 10 minutes for someone to at least make eye contact with me, I left.)Our niece said a black suit with a bright tie in any of her wedding colors would be great, but when we got to Tuxedo Gallery, the nice co-owner gentleman said a bright tie would overshadow the bride and suggested sticking with an ivory vest and tie. He was so right! My husband looked dignified, but the spotlight stayed on our niece.When we picked up the rental suit, vest, tie, and shoes, the young woman who helped us showed genuine interest in our situation, although she must have heard hundreds of wedding stories by now.This place shares the parking lot with Fosters Freeze (although how I failed to notice that the many times Ive picked up a Big Boss burger, I cant explain). I also dont know how well Tuxedo Gallery can do when there are problems, because our experience there was flawless. It was a pleasure doing business with these folks, and I would recommend them to anyone in Sonoma County.

This tuxedos store is the best. My fiance needed a shirt for his tuxedo three days after the wedding since the one he had was badly fixed and I didnt stay. We went and the owner and his assistant treated us super well, they also made the trouser for the pants since they fixed it before they left it very long. 100% recommended and also very good prices!
