My daughter loves this store.I love the fact of all of the different items of clothing and anime clothing. I love to shop and for my daughter so easy. As she finds everything here at this store she loves.Great store. Nice retail personnel, always willing to help and love the fact that they are all so very nice and polite. Thank you for making shopping enjoyable for myself and daughter.

Hot topic used to have the best Keychains and the best little nik-naks and now I feel like its just a bunch of radio safe music t-shirts and way to much super hero stuff.I basically just miss the good rock band Ts, the copious amounts of jewelry and now I see a bunch of nothing and it makes me sad :( bring back hot topic circa 2007 ♡♡

It has a lot of cool T-shirts. But its very over-priced. My kids like going here. I really like the random fun stuff they offer.

Some of the employees have a major attitude, other than that the shopping experience is pretty good, I usually let the employees know that they really need to show a little respect for paying customers.

Employees are always friendly, I find that the quality of the items isnt completely to my liking, one of my shirts from here shrunk the first time I washed it, but sometimes that cant be helped. Definitely check your receipt before you walk away too, I bought the same one shirt twice on accident once. Otherwise, very cool stuff! The anime items are super adorable and hard to find at other stores.

My daughter loves this store as it has alot of anime clothing and other anime products. Mask are required. Love the prices and the deals and coupons of a discounted percentage. Love the savings.

Bare bones HT store. But where else you gonna pickup a funko-pop for your kid and a new Ramones t-shirt for daddy? Has a dressing room, bonus.

This shop has everything you can come to expect from the iconic hot topic store. With apparel nick knacks, toys, and cosplay items. Hot topic has a very niche market. Its main focus seems to be on young adults and college students. You can find everything a blooming adult can possibly need.

I wish I had the words to express how profoundly disappointed I am at the hostile behavior I encountered for -trying- to read the signs so I could shop in the store.I haven’t been to the mall since the beginning of the pandemic so I was trying to read their guidelines so I could shop.The staff member that addressed me was nothing short of disrespectful. I felt so attacked by the language the team member used towards me that I ran away and had a panic attack in my car.Best I can tell, this employee doesn’t want to work here any more.

I went here with my 15 year old granddaughter and was impressed with their services. They greeted us when we walked in checked to see if we needed anything then answered a question my granddaughter had. We had just been to Forever 21 where the cashier hadnt even said hello or anything else for that matter she was rude so Hot Topic could teach them a thing or 2 about how to take care of customers!!

I love Hot Topic because its a go to place for me and my Chops friends! I love the bathing suits! I cant wait for summer!

Ehh, this location kind of sucks; super messy and disorganized, the staff here arent very helpful or friendly. Even though buying online takes ages, Id rather do that than go to this location.

Horrible customer service. The manager Megan was extremely unprofessional and rude to me when I called for the status of my online order to pick up in the store. She would not help me when I called originally because she had a line in front of her. So I contacted customer service online and a guy named Luis said he would look into this for me. I did not get any update to notify me that my order was ready to pick up in the store and would be held for 3 days. When I called and spoke to Megan again, I asked why I was not notified and she said “we don’t contact our customers about their orders”??? She kept talking over me when I tried to explain my experience. Just rude.

Friendly and helpful staff... actually found some pins and accessories I used for an event I went too..so really happy with my trip.

Helpful staff. Full of interesting items. Perfume, candy, clothes, jewelry, a bit of punk and goth.

Good selection of geek chic items. But understand Hot Topic is not Punk or Goth, its very geeky-hipster these days.

Its nice to not be asked if we need help every ten feet

I like their cute stuff (i.e. Pusheen and Disney) they never have any shirts for bands I like. Ive graduated to The Dungeon for band shirts.

Hot topic is amazing but needs to be 10x larger. 4 stars for a cramped store. 5 stars for experience and helpfulness.

Not as good of a store chain as it used to be, but it still serves a purpose. Bring back jnco, Tripp and a boot selection then itll be 5 star again.Staff is friendly, helpful. Store is clean, a little overwelming for those shopping for kids or grandkids. But the staff is good about helping you find what you need.

Why is this place still in business? Its nothing but brand name (since when do goths care about brands?) goth pants and a ton of emo crap. Theyre left their roots completely to appeal to the emo crowd, but none of the emos I know actually shop there. Everything you can find, you can find online for cheaper.
