My wife and brought my parents here a month ago and we are still talking about how good this place is. We could have had breakfast there everyday and been truly happy. The donuts are incredible, the scone was delicious and the coffee was great. We loved watching them make the donuts while eating them up! Cant wait to go back, keep up the great work. You are missing out if you are in town and dont stop in

Definitely on the pricier side of Doughnuts but they were evenly cooked, fresh, soft and a bit lighter than traditional Doughnuts. My favorites were the fruit ones, in particular the blood orange one. I know now that I will crave these everytime I go somewhere else. Definitely recommended but dont get to hung up on the price as these are very special Doughnuts.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They all seem very happy to be here. I’m assuming the owner was our greater order taker. She was beyond friendly and caring. Haven’t been back to Rosa in awhile and this place is fun. Bummed COVID had to change some of there ops being that I wanted some of there other offerings but were not available at the moment. Good place will come back.

These are donuts? Someone took the lowly donut and stepped it up! My hubby ordered a maple old fashioned, he didnt recognize the huge delicious handful of yummy goodness that came out. I had asked for whatever that was with bacon, it was a huge raised glaze, topped with slices of bacon. Did we go to donut heaven?

Absolutely amazing! It was a little overwhelming the first time because there is so much to look at but the staff was very patient and kind. The flavors were very tasty too. We tried the Whiskey Carmel, the Chocolate ganache with sea salt, and the Strawberry jelly brioche, and I would recommend all three. My one VERY SMALL complaint would be that the doughnut holes were not warm, but that didnt stop us from downing the whole bunch of them. Cant wait to go back!

DELICIOUS!!Ordered 3 of the Cranberry Glazed Seasonal Specials, 3 Chocolate Glazed & a Bagel Breakfast Sausage Sandwich. $32 and worth every penny for well made Treats & Food!Took everything over and shared with my Parents who were very Delighted when the boxes were opened. We stuffed our faces with each bite and didnt care about the delicious glaze around our mouths!Make sure when you order the Chocolate Glaze, let them know if you prefer Sea Salt or without.Will go back for sure. Consistently great service (even long lines move quickly), donuts you couldnt get anywhere else in the county, and Black Oak coffee, which is so good I make it for myself at home when not guzzling it down here.

This place offers great brioche and cake style gourmet donuts in a modern setting. They also have great coffee/tea/espresso beverages, breakfast sandwiches, etc. All of which are very good. Think Acre, but fewer lunch style options and more donuts.Pretty much everything is made from scratch and amazing, to their syrups to the gourmet donuts. Great staff, decent prices, and amazing food/beverages. Highly recommend this neighborhood spot!

I have been so excited to get these donuts for Mother’s Day. We were not able to order online the day before, so We waited til first thing in the morning. Website indicated same day orders only.My daughter went in person, by 8am they are sold out from orders received the day before. How the heck are you sold out if you only do same day orders?!!! The salt in the wound... the woman who answered door said ‘you can come back at 9:15 to see what’s left.’I guess you have to have preferential treatment to get donuts here. My daughter has been raving about these donuts for month’s.Looks like I will never know, and my daughter will find new awesome donuts.Happy Mother’s Day!

The salmon toast is the best i have had anywhere! The donuts were also fantastic. My favorite was the champagne. Wasnt crazy about the cinnamon roll. Too dry and hard. Havent tried coffee so not sure on that but try the salmon toast or avacado toast!!!! Both are outstanding.

We live in walking distance to this coffee shop and get espresso/coffee here often. REALLY REALLY amazing espresso! It always smells like such wonderful pastries since you guys make them from scratch, just wish there was a vegan option or two. A donut, a muffin or scone would be a wonderful! We would buy them all the time.

I stopped by for the first time; ordered a maple/bacon and a lovers lane doughnut. They were pretty tasty, definitely larger and more filling than expected. I will definitely be coming back to try their other delectable doughnuts. I wish they were open more frequently; note. I recommend ordering online.Update: Wow!!! Their coffee is amazing!!! I got a Garden Latte and it was the best coffee Ive had in over 6 months; it went perfectly with my pumpkin spice doughnut. Guys, gals, this is it. Outstanding coffee. Outstanding donuts. Cool atmosphere, friendly staff, great service. The donuts are gourmet, so they are pricey ($3 - $5 /ea), but totally worth it, imo. Street parking is always available.

Brioche donuts are delicious! Cant choose a favorite, but the fruit glazes are awesome

Excellent doughnuts! Sure they are a little more expensive than a basic doughnut, but they are worth it. The lovers lane is so delicately flavored with rose and lavender. I have not yet tried everything but both the cake and brioche doughnuts are very well done. Parking isnt the best so just be prepared for that.

Great addition to the Santa Rosa food scene. Not the traditional style donuts (go to Andys for those) but these are a real treat. The maple old fashioned is a game changer.

The coffee was great, we had a pistachio donut that was out of this world, and they offered us some green hummus to taste that was crazy delicious. The folks who work here are incredibly nice and the vibe is nice and laid back. Ill definitely be back!

Meh...I was told they make croissant donuts after 10 am. I went in after 10 am and they said, “ oh, we make those if my husband feels like it on a weekend”. No 5 th star for being inconsistent. You always know what you’re getting at Tan’s a block down. The road.

City Garden has the only Donuts that I am able to eat! They are delicious and I love the unique glazes that they have. However I only give a four-star rating because the prices are too expensive for me. I wish things were a little more affordable.

I forget the coffee we had but it was extremely good. We ordered a cold brew and the flavor was very full. We also had a huckleberry donut that was amazing! I would recommend stopping here.

Ive heard lots of praise regarding this coffee shop. So I thought I would go see what all the hype was about. Very clean and spacious eating area wafting with the aroma of coffee (Black Oak coffee from Ukiah) and doughnuts. They use high end and top quality ingredients that are locally sourced in the making of their doughnuts. Whether its the Maple syrup glazed doughnut with Hobbs Bacon (From Richmond Ca.)to the Meyer lemon glazed buttermilk cake doughnuts each doughnut is meticulously prepared. Prices for the doughnuts are on the high side averaging in price at $4.00 each. so my expectations were high. I am definitely going to have to try this place out again because the doughnuts didnt taste like$4.00 doughnuts and trust me I have had my share of expensive doughnuts. Nonetheless I will be back

Theyre doing something really cool and different here. I didnt know you could put bacon on a maple-frosted donut, but apparently you can. Also their coldbrew is great. My girlfriend really wants to try their specials.

For a 4$ donut ((strawberry) it didnt deliver. Not enough strawberry, too much sugar. The place, staff and coffee were good. Spoiled by blue star and voodoo donuts in Portland.

Great macchiato. Light, crunchy bacon scone is absolutely perfect! Atmosphere is open, clean with old pictures of Santa Rosa. I like that you can see the lovely pastries being made in the kitchen. Beautiful display of yummy goodies!

The avocado toast is really good! Expensive at $8; however they give you the whole thing it seems like - piled high and seasoned deliciously! The decor is nice and minimalist and the atmosphere is busy!

The avocado toast and coffee are both wonderful. The kids love the donuts. However, the cloud of greasy smoke in the dining area is overwhelming. They really need bigger exhaust fans.

I LOVE this place! The doughnuts are amazing and their salmon toast to die for! The staff is friendly and the owner frequently comes out and visits with the customers and gives out samples of new menu items and new recipes that they are working on.

These folks open Wednesday morning June 31, 2017. Meet with them a few weeks ago and love what they are planning. I cant wait to try them out !Visited last Sunday and had nice time. The barista crafted a fine cappuccino for me. They use Black Oak Coffee from Ukiah which is nice stuff. They have excellent donuts, but they are far from cheap at $3.25-$4. I is clean and friendly and building a nice local rep at this point. I will be back to keep an eye on this place.

The donuts were WAAAAY too overpriced. We got 4 donuts and a latte, which cost $25!!! The donuts (cake, maple bacon, huckleberry, and vanilla bean) were good, but not mind-blowing which is what I expected from the price. The latte was strong which I like but other than that I dont think Ill be going back anytime soon.

Good doughnuts, for the most part. The Madagascar vanilla bean doughnut does not taste very well. The coffee is really good though.

The ambience - the quality of ingredients - the coffee - really perfection ! I’m a passionate baker (and eater) and these donuts are top notch . We tried the coconut cream, maple glazed old fashioned and sea salt dark chocolate brioche donut - it was divine ! But you also need to try their hummus and avocado toast ! The hummus is so creamy and the olive oil they use is just delicious !And the staff and owners are so friendly, we didn’t want to leave ! I will fly back here from New Jersey just to come here !!!

Absolutely ridiculous prices, and crappie doughnuts. Not what I expected, I will never go BACK! I went Tans doughnuts up the street and got a dozen fresh doughnuts for half the price and got much better customer service and I will be returning to Tans again.
