The Baristas here are some hard working and considerate people! They take care of me like Family! Ive been coming to this particular Starbucks since I moved into the neighborhood 3 yrs ago and enjoy the atmosphere here! Ive been a long time Starbucks Fan since 1991!!🍵😎

Just another Starbucks that serves up good coffee. Same kind of atmosphere as just any other Starbucks. Good people and good coffee.

This is my first time coming to this Starbucks location in Santa Rosa. I took my girlfriend here for some drinks this morning. We ordered 2 grande iced white mocha’s with caramel drizzle on top and on the side, but when the lady handed it to us there was no caramel on top of the whip cream. So my girlfriend kindly asked the employee if she can put caramel on top of both of our drinks, and she rudely said no because there was caramel on the side. She grabbed the caramel bottle and squeezed it on top of both of our lids and it was dripping on the side. She was very rude with an attitude, and she didn’t say have a good day or anything she just walked away like she didn’t care. Me and my girlfriend was very upset about the situation and we don’t appreciate this type of treatment . Any other Starbucks location would’ve helped us out instantly. I will not be coming back to this location.

Solid Starbucks with good service. I marked it down a star because people are often smoking outside, which can waft in or make it difficult to enjoy your purchases outside

Move been to a lot of Starbucks all throughout the US from SF to Pennsylvania, but this was the best Mocha I ever had - well, except for Caribou, but thats a Minnesota thing. It was so amazingly good I have no idea what they did different than Other ones!

The new Impossible Saugage sandwich is great, especially if you have acid reflex for no reaction. Sweet cream Cold Brew, extra sweet cream & 1 pump of Vanilla is really yummy

This location is always great. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean. I even saw them go out of their way for another customer when they realized they were out of what he wanted. Gotta love that customer service.

I literally walked in with my daughter and was easily prompted with happy greetings. This was march 2nd around 1pm and the young girl took my order very quickly. I ordered a Passion tea with the water substituted for Very berry hibiscus + sweeter. This is my usual and I know how its supposed to look (magenta) and I received a yellow Peach green tea with my substitutes. While they were making my drink I decided to take my daughter to the potty since shes 2 years old and training. Not even 2 minutes into being into the restroom one of the employees knocked on the door and tried opening it to ask if I was okay. I responded with the bathroom is in use and Im in here with my daughter. I got an attitude response when she said Okay as if Ive been using their restroom for hours. Fix that.

This Starbucks has the happiest employees Ive ever seen at any Starbucks even when they are mopping or having a disagreement behind the counter they are being polite with one another with smiles on their faces and genuinely happy to be at work even when stressed during peak hours. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks on Santa rosa Avenue in the Costco shopping mall right next to and across from Panda Express. Coffee great as usual. As was the server. But often when I go into a Starbucks, I have to remove the crumbs from my table, as well as not be concerned about the ones sticking to my shoes.There seems to be a large percentage of slobs who are customers.The staff are usually busy. It is their job though. Also, this Starbucks seems to be a haven for homeless. Or whom appear to be homeless.Such as the one nearby who had a shopping cart full of belongings next to her, while she appeared to be asleep. So much that someone could not awake her.I watched from 20 feet away. Wondery if she was alive. Looking for breaths, i did see some movement. She eventually woke up, moaned, then passed out.As well panhandlers, a strange man staring at people, and what looks like large coffee stains with crumbs, coffee cups, cigarette butts.This is a shared courtyard of tables and chairs for many businesses. Which I assume is the responsibility of all businesses. Once again, busy staff may not keep up with the constant slobs also known as customers. Thanks for the good coffee!

OK Starbucks is so expensive definitely a splurge these days. This was a new one place is big but felt dirty and messy. Server was prompt but order was messed asked for hoy not iced chai. They let me keep the cold one. And promptly fixed my order and apologized for the mistake!. So overall is OK.

Barista made a mistake on my order & could not correct it (OK, I forgave her for that). This place is very rowdy because it is in the center of all busy retail businesses like Costco, Best Buy, Target plus tons of others. Customer service is OK but not a top priority, speed of service is. Only very few AC wall plugs. People are mainly casual fast-paced customers. Parking can be difficult unless you dont mind a long walk. Overall, it is an OK store. I prefer the other Starbucks like half a mile South on Santa Rosa next to 7-Eleven better.

It was busy and service was odd. I probably dont understand how drinks are organized and made, but I saw multiple people get their drinks before me that paid after I had. They got my drink order right so thats a plus.

Listen, Starbucks is usually Starbucks.If we were rating Starbucks coffee on the grand scale of things, Id say they ring in at about a 5.5/10 for their normal stuff and a 8/10 for their reserve coffees, but thats not really what makes one Starbucks better than the other.People dont look at Google/Yelp reviews to try to decide if theyre going to get Starbucks coffee or not, theyve already figured out if its something they like ...they look at these things to try to find out WHICH Starbucks they want to go to, and theres a number of reason that Ive chosen to go to this one, and the largest part of that is the friendly staff.Shy of having a Clover machine and the reserve coffees that it brings along with it, this Starbucks is my favorite in Sonoma County. The staff here (in very large part) is friendly, warm, inviting, and pleasant. Ive seen them put up with customers that wouldve sent me through the roof, and done it with a smile.Very simple, if you want Starbucks and you have a choice of where to go and you dont need to hunt down a Clover, go here.

This location was out of chocolate croissants early in the day and had no drive-through. The Starbucks at Yolanda Ave could not heat food because of two broken ovens! Not a good Starbuckss day in Santa Rosa! Luckily for me, I ended up getting the beverages taken off my bill because of the hassles, which also included problems with the app. Had that happened, I would give fewer stars!

They have a very fast drive thru and irregardless of how long the line is, Ive never waited more than 5 min from beginning to end. Nice batistas and have several seating options inside and out.

Ive rarely if ever seen service this bad. Anywhere! First they mess up my drink order. Then they forgot to give me my pumpkin loaf. When I realized that they completely forgot it, it took me a good minute to get anyones attention to get it (I was the only one standing there). Then they warm it up without asking me, which is apparently the default. They bring it to me, broom in hand, warmed, I say to the man that brought it to me that I didnt want to warm. He tells the shift leader, I think. The shift lead (Im assuming) then shouts across the café informing me, very rudely, that it comes that way! I apologize, while getting up to come closer to her because I didnt want this to be a public display, then tell her that I didnt know they changed that policy, I told her, again, I didnt want it warm, and I would like another one. She questions me. I apologize again, and request a new one again. She then very rudely tells me that in the future I will need to request they not to warm it up while rolling her eyes (like I hadnt figured that out). They give me one, then to top off the horrific service, another employee cuts me off as Im about to sit down where I was sitting before, where all my stuff is, and forces me to wait as he sweeps under my table.

I usually have a good experience here but sometimes I get a cashier that looks so unhappy to see me. And if there is a line and they look really busy, just leave cause the drink will be rushed and taste bad.

Well.. its no different from any other Starbucks? They spell your name wrong but the drinks are oddly addicting 🤷‍♂️

This is only an okay Starbucks. It is not very consistent and because of the area has more likelihood of irritating customers than many other SBs in the area, like just a 1/2 mile South on the same street.
