Gas pumps are EXTREMELY slow. Spent almost 15 minutes here filling up a 20 gallon tank. Will not be coming here again.

They have a restroom but wont let you use it. When I asked again, they said this time that it was broken. I am quite sure the admittedly busy employees dont drop their drawers outside.. if they cant do the bathroom cleaning for COVID 19 think about the other COVID 19 measures they shirk. Went to Costco, restroom, cheaper gas, food court I trust. I wont waste time here again.

Worst place ever! Guy asked for my ID for lottery tickets but said I didn’t look like the picture even with proof how can you say it isn’t me.?!! Oh and refusing to give me his managers information too.

The staff at this location are disrespectful unlawful they dont wear masks they dont wash their hands they serve food they close and lock the doors at 1:50 and then open up at 2:10am all around bad service if you can stop somewhere else for your gas and convenience

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, card declined for gas then I check my bank and it says -$60 went back for my money and told me to go else where. Law suit coming real soon

Ok I usually dont write reviews for getting gas but here I go. In mist of the need to get fuel being that were in the middle of another major fire and Costco gas lines are completely nutso I came here. Posted on all of the tanks were sloppy handwritten signs stating that there is no regular gas available. Really??? When does a gas station run out of regular gas? How convenient for them at the time when over 100,000 people are evacuating the County because of the huge fire that they now need to pay the premium price of gas! This is called gauging the consumers and it will be reported! You guys are pathetic!

I went to see if they were doing the free slurpee and I was trying to ask a worker a couple questions and was totally rude walked away while I was talking to him. I was so made to be treated like that I left. I will probably never go back to that 7/11. If ur going to work in customer service be nice even if u have had a bad day

I usually enjoy my visit as i stop by every morning on my way to work for coffee but today i was over charged for a new fanta drink that is clearly labeled 2 for $2 and i checked another receipt from yesterday and again over charged the cashier kinda freaked when i asked him to check with a manager i will be back later for my money or free drinks or i will be going elsewhere for now on i mean mc donalds is across the street and their coffee is cheaper and drinks
