Standard drug store with all the standard stuff. Pharmacy helpful, super busy with giving the covid shots.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in Santa Rosa. Things are never ever filled on time or automatically. Very nice staff so I suspect poor management.

I called just to check if a order was ready. Very rude and bad attitude from the lady who picked up the phone. She should better find another job if she doesn’t like what’s is doing there

This has got to be one of the worst stores. Customer service, if you can get it, is terrible. No one picks up the phone, just rings and rings. They are rude and if they don like their job, quit, cause they make it miserable for the customer. They got a 2.1 rating. Store should be shut down and or cleared out and try to start again.

The pharmacy at Mendocino cvs has the worst customer service I have ever received in my life, time after time they are very rude. I tried to be understanding and patient as maybe they are overworked etc etc but enough is enough. I’m done with this place. Not to mention empty shelves and dirty. Didn’t even waste my time talking to a supervisor as it’s obvious that no body cares. Transferring to a diferente place.

I’ve had several negative experiences with the pharmacy. The line moves slow, sub-par customer service, and in particular with the COVID vaccine, they’ve excused my appointment twice and asked that I come back at a later date. Would strongly recommend doing business elsewhere.

Had a covid test scheduled, showed up and they said they didn’t have vials to preform the test! Undependable.

Retail is a job that I know I cannot do because they must have a verbal finesse when dealing with the public. I just dont have that. Neither did the CVS employee assisting the pharmacy. Awkwardly exerting her authority with mixed undertones of superiority and disdain.

You can tell that a lot of the items on the shelves have been collecting dust and haven’t been replaced in a long time. I don’t recall seeing any food expired or in bad condition, but they also tend to have empty shelves here. Personally I avoided buying food from this location and used it for its decent cosmetic section and its small home supplies aisle. A little messy but it’s not like it’s a nightmare location.

Dont even ask for help finding an item at this place, and dont even try speaking to a manager. Poorly managed CVS. Go to any other CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens etc... in Santa Rosa and you will have a way better experience.

The pharmacists are very helpful and have answered my questions - very kind and go the extra mile At times the staff seems rushed, but always helpful. The only issue that might be addressed is the outside of CVS could use some sprucing up. Thank you for your Service!

After my last experience there I decided to switch. No more CVS, YEA. I am going to open a bottle of wine to celebrate. They called me and told me my prescription was ready, it wasnt. They told me to wait 10 minutes and 1:30 hours later I finally got it. not the first time that happened. That combined with their unbelievably rude staff, it was time for me to go to a pharmacy that cares.

Worst customer service ever cashier saw me and just walked away and went through a door and I was waiting there and then finally a girl came up and helped me and also I bought two thank you cards and they were 699 a piece outrageous

Their pharmacy is horrible theres always a wait the people in the back are unprofessional and rude....nobody there likes their job

I order from doordash and it says you have everying thing but when I order like 10 items I get 3 items can you just fix that please

I believe what others say about this place. I was here and the front cashier who looked like he’s 15 was rude and acts gangster.

So, first they tell my patient they cant reach me and I should call them about an Rx I wrote. So I call and they have no record of the Rx.

Very poor customer service inside the pharmacy. They do not know how to treat a client. I got my name printed three times wrong on my flu vaccine paper. The woman got frustrated when I asked her to correct my name. I had already filled my info including the name but she would not bother to read my info kept asking frequently. Had to stay on line long time without any response, even though I was the only customer there. Wanted to talk with store manager, but he/she was not available there.Horrible experience !!

Garbage, absolutely worst run cvs Ive ever seen. Its disgusting inside. Dirty, bathroom is always down. Staff just talks at front. Someone should call Corp. Fix this place up.

1 hour and still waiting for a prescription I was told would be ready in 30 minutes. Not very friendly staff.

The pharmacy opens at eight yet they leave the phone message that tells you theyre closed for a while past eight. We had trouble resolving issues regarding my prescription last night so I had to wait until this morning for medicine that is keeping me alive. I am in this area a short time only and must use taxis. Well, I was supposed to check in with this pharmacy to see if this got resolved before I order a taxi to the other end of town to tell the hospital they need to rewrite my prescription because their system had me down as someone I wasnt. NOW, I have to take a cab to an ATM (this taxi trip will cost me five times what it wouldve had they decided to answer the phone), then to the pharmacy to see if I have to then take another to the hospital, another back to the pharmacy, and then back to my motel, all because they dont want to deal with any phone calls. This kind of laziness is costing me precious time and money. Addendum: my prescription came missing four tablets!

Not terrible but I like the Coddingtown one better; will stop going to this one, Id suggest you do the same if coddingtown isnt too far for you🙌🏻

The employees here are terrible. They can’t even get the store opened on time. Stood outside for over 15 minutes and decided to leave along with a group of people who were also waiting since 8am for them to open.

Do not EVER shop here. It is dirty. The manager is down right rude. Go to ANY other cvs around, but not this one.

The CVS pharmacy here is absolutely horrible. I have been going here for years and always tolorated their poor customer service but this time was the last straw. Not only did they provide horrible customer service they gave me someone elses medication. When i called to advise them of this the guy in a moking tone told me Thats hard to believe, are you sure?Seriously you think i am making this up. Someone elses name is on the bottle and it was in my bag that was listed with my name. This isnt something as simple has being given the wrong bag. Plus i have deadly alergies, what if i didnt check the bottle.I picked up the medician the day before we moved so i no longer live in Santa Rosa. Over an hour away. They told me they couldnt help me that if i wanted my medication (that i should have got in the first place) I would have to go there. And I needed to contact my doctor to get approved refill. Really come on. You guys made a mistake and i have to jump through hoops to fix it.I am not using CVS at all. Time to find a new pharmacy.

Everyone knows cvs pharmacy staff at mendocino pharmacy are rude, judgemental, lazy and suck at their job. One of the pharmacists was so incredibly rude treating me like I was trying to do something questionable with one of my prescriptions because the phone number on the prescription wasnt the one they had in their computer... it was my new phone number, MY phone number and they treat me like Im a criminal for changing my phone number? Like I said, rude, judgemental and lazy. Glad I only go there when its my only option cause they straight suck.

This CVS pharmacy would not give me a fax number to give to my doctor! I am used to doing a lot of leg work for my health, but this seems stupid and also inconvenient! We ALL have to do work on our own behalf. I am really angry about this. What is so secret about a fax number!

Came in for passport photos, 10 am on Monday. Nicely dressed employee, manager or assistant manager, asked if I needed help I told him what I came for and he said hed be just with me. More than half an hour past before he realized and came over. Very frustrating
